I had a commercial vehicle tire repair. The gentleman that came to aid was polite, but was amazed as a service truck that there is no supplies to do even the simplest job. He had to run to a parts store to get "tire plugs." These plugs where what you would use in a car tire, and not suitable for large tires. After spending a lot of time trying to pick out the object, I asked if he could just remove the tire and use a tire boot to save time? He insisted they don't carry tire boots and kept spending more time trying to repack the leaking plug that he installed.
It turned out that he started this job at 4pm and finished at 8:45pm and the tire was bubbling air out through the plug.
He said it would seal as it heats up as I travel....next day, I am in a rest area with a flat tire.
Good people called three places to get a alternater fix everybody said next day ,called here said bring it up had me fixed in 1hour and half.anything breaks we will be calling Interstate

We were traveling from NH to FL and got a blowout. Finding our at 445am we had no spare they got us to a tire shop safe and sound just about within an hour they are the best Thank you so much!!!
Our SUV wouldn’t start on a Sunday afternoon after we used rest stop. After two calls of shops that wouldn’t get us we found Interstate and Johnny had our truck towed immediately after we called him. We had very little money being that it was the end of the month. We explained this to Johnny and this wonderful man said no problem. He got our truck fixed that day as well as fronted us the money for a hotel room that he recommended for two days until we got paid. The room was a half hour away because he put us where we could walk to stores and restaurants without having to Uber or cab it. He had us driven there and picked up two days later. He lent us cash as well. We thought a switch in the truck went bad and Johnny’s mechanic realized the battery was super dead. We were going to change the battery anyway so he could have charged us for both. I definitely recommend Johnny and Interstate Auto and Truck Services. We need more people like this in the world.We are touring the country and this could have been a real nightmare for us.
I wish I would’ve gotten his name but I 1000% recommend this company. My slow self did a u turn (cause I miss my turn trying to drive back home) in the middle of nowhere Dunn NC, back roads at 11pm (so it’s dark) and drove straight into a ditch. Yay me. After my company failed me by not being able to get a tow truck for me, I started calling tow truck companies near by. I initially called one company and he wanted to charge me sooo much just to pull it out so I said no thank you. I next called interstate auto and he said he would be able to help me for $125 I immediately said yes please. He got there literally minutes after I called and got me out. The gentleman legit made me feel so safe and laughed with me at my situation. The way he spoke and treated the situation made me feel like I was his granddaughter . It felt like he was dad my dad giving me that look n laughing like really? A ditch? ey it happens but point of the story I highly recommend.
John and his crew were very professional and courteous. The tire was replaced quickly and we were back on the road. We appreciate their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Johnny and Barney were an absolute life saver! I was driving from South Carolina to Pennsylvania and my car started to overheat. Thankfully I was able to make it to a gas station. I started looking online and very auto repair places were closed since it was a Sunday. I came across Johnny’s shop Interstate Auto & Truck Services and gave him a call. He helped put me in contact with Barney with Barney’s Auto Truck & RV Repair Service. Within just a few hours Barney had my car fixed, came to pick me up to take me back to my car after they had already dropped me off at a near by hotel. There are honestly no words to describe how helpful, generous and kind these men were. I can’t recommend them enough!
Family-owned business. Just wanted thank John and his staff for services performed on my Volvo truck last week. Broke down in Wade, NC. Truck stop recommended them. The owner came out and assessed the truck and ordered part which came the next morning. He removed and replaced the u-joint, strap kit and yoke. And we were back rolling in the afternoon. Called for a tire 295 75 22.5 Sunday around 7pm and he said used $35].00 so I drove to his shop and when I arrived there he said price is now $740.00 for a used tire just for the simple reason that my truck was a car carrier. Did not use the.. that's not good business
Called and spoke with the owner looking for a shop that could handle exhaust system repairs on my Freightliner truck. The owner was honest and said that he could not do what I needed but was quick to recommend another shop in the area that could. While I was not able to do business with this company, I greatly appreciate the integrity and willingness to help out.
I had a turbo hose separate on me while going north on 95. I called Interstate Service and Walter was there within a few minutes. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. I was back on the road about an hour later.

This is a family owned business that cares about their customers like I haven't ever experienced before. I had just paid another shop 9K and had used them for 3 years and they never treated me like the folks at Interstate did! I broke down in the fuel island at Pilot exit 75 on I95 in Dunn, NC. Which has a shop....they told me it is after 5 we are closed...did not care that I was blocking a fuel island. Interstate on the other hand sent a gentleman out that got me going only to break down again because it was an electrical issue with ECM wires. Electrical issues are a major pain to track down. They towed me to their shop that night and started on my truck first thing next am. Awesome people!!! I will definitely be back to see them. Thank you Mr. Johnny you and your TEAM rock!!

My wife and I were returning to Connecticut from our honeymoon in Myrtle Beach when we broke down with smoke on I-95 on a Saturday.
The fire chief arrived and recommended John's services to pick us up.
One of his drivers took us to the Interstate lot where met John, who drove us to the Hardee's down the street where we could use a clean restroom and continue to make calls. I explained our situation to him, and he made calls to shops and professional contacts. He made some good recommendations for local auto service and even held our vehicle in the lot over the weekend since everyone else was closed. Our car was delivered to the shop early Monday morning.
John is a truly caring person and, from what I could see, an excellent manager of his team. He's family oriented, true to his faith, and very good at what he does.
Thank you, Interstate, for helping make our potential honeymoon disaster into a bit more of a pleasant memory.

On a early beautiful Sunday morning in Fayetteville NC we received a very successful tow service from Interstate. We were on a family vacation, headed to Williamsburg, VA with a camper in tow. On Sunday. One of the wheel bearings on the camper disintegrated. After many tries, we were finally connected to these guys. They got the camper so that we were able to drive it back to there shop . They not only were able to fix/replace the bearing, they checked the rest to make sure they were good. They did this on a Sunday evening. For a reasonable cost considering the circumstances. Very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend.
Everyone was closed, not a single place we called wanted to help. But a woman from the gas station about a mile a way recommended these folks. At 8:30pm on a Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend, willing to help when we needed a tire repair, I can not complain. Thanks for your quick and courteous service.
