Update: I heard from a friend of a friend that at one point you were trying to figure out what vehicle I was talking about and if you could put a lien on it because I got my money back. I don't have that vehicle anymore, good luck!
I DON'T NEED THE MONEY, THE POINT IS YOU DON'T HAVE IT, AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
FUNNY THING IS, YOU PROBABLY WOULD HAVE WON THE CARD DISPUTE IF YOU WEREN'T TOO LAZY TO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE.
It wasn't a processing fee, it was dishonest markup which cost you the whole thing.
They tell you one price and then change it once they have your vehicle on the truck.
Then they aren't very careful with your vehicle putting it up or down.
Call Sherrills down the road, they may take longer, but they give you better service than these amateurs.
Edit: now that its been two years now, I'll finish the story, I disputed the charge on my credit card for them (mainly wanted to get the difference between the quoted price and the higher price they charged). These jokers never replied to the credit card's attempts to contact, so the card company refunded the full amount.

Very helpful didn’t have any issues answering all questions I had after they towed my rental car that was totaled allowed me to collect all belongings before they released it to insurance!
I was stuck in Willow Springs in the early morning. I called him, and he said he'd be there after he got dressed. I woke him up, and he still got to my location within 15-20 minutes. Super friendly, really affordable. If I'm stuck again, I'm calling Stuart.
Stuart is the best tow truck guy you could ever ask for. He is nice trustworthy and he has always helped me out when I needed a tow. I will not call anyone but him when I need a tow truck.
He gets to car and calls and refuses to tow car cause its next to house then hangs up on me like a child. Very unprofessional. Instead of asking me to come there and get it to where he needs so he can tow it he just said no and hung up. Would not recommend.
We waited on our insurance to send a tow truck for over 3 hours and nothing I called Mr. Stuart and he was there in 15 minutes very kind man he will be our tow truck company from now on ...
