These guys are top notch . Just used them . My truck broke down and I was stranded . They were polite , courteous and prompt . We have been using these guys for many years! I once again needed them today and it was as always a pleasant experience! These guys are top notch. Vehicle left me stranded on the side of the road with my kids and these guys was here within 15 min to get my vehicle and tow it to the shop! Mark the driver was very kind and professional and David was just as kind and helpful when I called needing their service! Guy who answered phone is VERY unprofessional. WHOEVER THE OWNER IS I WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER REHIRING. Not only was he rude but he swore and threatened us. I thought this was a friendly reasonable towing company. Boy was I wrong. DONT NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They picked us up on the side of the road and took us 50 miles! They were fast and kind and work on Sundays!! Mark was an absolute joy and I am so thankful that he saved the day! Thank you guys!!

At the end of February we hit an object in the road on route 73, which destroyed the tire and rim and caused the brakes to fail on the vehicle. We called AAA and they told us it would be at least an hour before a tow truck would be available. The vehicle was in an area of high traffic and a relatively dangerous location. We called Price Mill, as they were nearby and we’re on scene in 15 minutes. They expertly loaded the vehicle onto a flatbed and Mark drove us to the repair center of our choice. Mark was great very personable and got us out of a very unsafe location as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend their services if needed.
Hands-down, the sorriest excuse for a business ever !! Absolutely terrible the rudest and pathetic professionalism I’ve ever encountered I would not let them hall my garbage to the landfill!!! If ur 90 yr old mother or ur 16 ur old daughter was stranded they could care least !!! False advertisement as well !! If ur web page says 24 hrs a day then good business in my eyes is u honor that !! Guess bubba gump didn’t get his shrimp boat he ended up with a tow truck instead !!
I called to arrange a pick up for my van, I talked to Margaret a very kind lady, we agreed on the price, so I say I will call the next morning to pay for it and schedule a time. So when I called the next morning an unkind gentleman told me a different price, and when I told him the price we agreed the day before he told me to look for another company and hung up on me. This company was recommended to me. If he treats lady like this over the phone I won’t trust them to take care of my vehicle.
I got into a wreck a few days ago, they worked with me on how much to get my car out of the lot. As a single mom who just started working again after almost a year (because of Covid) this spoke volumes to me. Will absolutely call them if I ever need a tow!
We were stuck on 73, found a guy to fix a flat & he didn’t know how to get the spare off of our car so he called this company & told them to come tow us. we waited for awhile and finally called this company ourselves and he said the guy never called him back and confirmed we had $100 cash that they don’t take cards which is odd anyways. We told him we did have the money but we had been waiting on him we thought they were coming and this guy told us “just go ahead and find somebody else to help you” and hung up. We were from out of town and no other towing company was answering at that time. What a sorry excuse for a man & company!
