I've made two trips to drop recycled oil and tank is always full. They didn't have the tools on hand to bench test alternator. I'm done with them.

Straight up smart ass . Called about getting an oil seal which is standard in several vehicles and utv . He automatically said oh we aint going have that we dont have utv parts . I said sir this seal comes in several vehicles also. Just total disregard thinking hes smarter than someone whos messed with more parts than hes stocked

Purchased an alternator.... lost my receipt. Paid $75 for a core charge. Called the store and they said they would issue a store credit. Have purchased many things from this Advance. Every single time ive dealt with "MARK" hes busy smoking a cigarette or quick to tell you he cant help. By far the worst customer service ever. Now im out $75. With a paper weight. Good job Mark! He didnt even try. He just looked at me lost and was not willing to help. If he worked for me he'd be looking for a new job.

I find what I need. Some employees could have better customer service skills. Those employees act like it's a bother to them to help a customer.

Philip was completely and underly sexist and rude towards me I requested a new battery as mine was dead he stated that he was pretty sure my “daddy” must have payed for my truck which is not even relevant to what I came in for and proceeded to teach me as a “woman” I should know car ownership is expensive and I should be glad my daddy pays for it I have been working my butt off since I was 16 he proceeded to degrade me for “not being able to afford my battery” I had to go to the parking lot and transfer money from my second account I would hope that women who actually do work on their vehicles because they do exist get treatment the same as male customers exist I would like to see some training put into the store for him individually I did not pay 230$ to be degraded.

Went in for an air filter for my vehicle. The salesperson not only got the air filter I needed, he kindly changed it out for me. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Sampson has a strong mechanical knowledge of car issues and suggest things to look for without coming across as cocky or arrogant. His advise has saved me time and headaches. Sampson has a great, pleasant attitude every time I walk in for parts and advise. Im only adding this review because I've had to deal with the total opposite of Sampson in near by Greensboro stores. Understand by singling out Sampson in this review I don't want to take anything away from other employees at this store. I haven't had any negative issues with the staff here in Stokeridge Thanks guys for keeping the motor running ! 😎

Bought a part for my GTO that was being rebuilt. Technician at store advised this was the part I needed. So I proceeded to buy. Well wrong, part they sold me was for a Ford... Little bit of difference don’t you think. When I was able to finally get car back, and found out they couldn’t use part. Because 1. I had been sold wrong part. 2. Time limit had expired although it was still in pkg, brand new, hadn’t been used an had been sold WRONG part. Tried to correct problem with another employee, he couldn’t do anything about it. I would have to speak with Pat -Store Manager So I did. Another DEAD-END... Just saying a store credit would of been fine in my opinion but no wasn’t offered that either. Just a warning.... be very, very sure you are buying the right part when you pay for it cause if not, more than likely you’ll be STUCK!!! Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again!!!

I dealt with a lady named Pam don't know if she's a manager or just a regular customer service representative what do you want from me no new movie she admitted in a very professional manner and made sure to help me in every way possible to get the parts I needed I will definitely continue my business there

They never have what I need and don't seem to want to help get parts that I need. Not very knowledgeable about anything. I always end up going to auto zone on Battleground. I was looking for a turn signal light and they told me I had to get it from a dealer, autozone ordered it snd I had it within 2 days. I also needed a fog light bulb they didn't have it in stock and didnt offer to order it. Very disappointing

Courtney S went above and beyond to help me. She is a true asset to this business establishment. I needed brake fluid for my old truck and she was quick to help with a smile on her face. Good customer service is very hard to find. She's a keeper.
