My experience with Don's Automotive Removal was a great one. On Good Friday, my late mom's 24yr old car caught fire in a grocery store parking lot. I called AAA, but they weren't able to tow it. I was able to leave it in the parking lot overnight and it was really stressful not knowing who you could call to have the car removed. After some research the next morning, I called Don's Automotive. He was so super nice and even said that he would might be able to give me something (payment) for the car. I told him that him being able to take the car was payment enough. Within 30 minutes of speaking with him, he was able to meet me at the grocery store parking lot. He and his son had the car loaded up and his son was cleaning up some of the fire debris for me. He still gave me a payment, I signed the title and they were off. After such a traumatic experience, Don made the rest of it truly easy. I highly recommend Don's Automotive Removal!!
He returned my call and arrived promptly and was so kind! He helped me remove the tarp, and was patient while I had to deal with my young ones! Overall amazing service and even agreed on the price I wanted which shows he's not here to low ball or scam anyone. I'd definitely call them again if needed! Great people
Showed up when he said he would which is worth the five stars alone. He was quick, gave us a good price, and had a good sense of humor while he worked. I would definitely recommend him for a salvage.
