The people at the Greensboro location are top notch. They are the most down to earth and kind people you could ever hope to meet. Excellent service with genuinely nice people.

Took four hours for them to come to tow my car from the side of the road But after supposedly 45 minutes of searching they couldn't find it and quit.Dispatch was not help and had a attitude.Simply sorry can't help and said they were booked for the rest of the day.
But next towing company had zero problem finding my car and in 30 minutes!At least one company cares and really helps out in a bad situation but Not Ray Harris towing!

Do NOT use this company. They tell you one thing and one price then it’s something different when you get there. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other because one person will say one thing and another person will say another thing. They act nice like they’re resolving an issue and just keep charging you more money. Take your business somewhere else.
The most professional Towing place. I've ever seen. Take care and courtesy that was taken when my vehicle was picked up what's first class. Beautifully organized lot what's remarkable an exceptional customer service. They care about your business and it shows.
I went through a long list of “24 hr” towing companies and finally got one that answered. The driver kept me updated along way and got my car off the road as quick as he could. Pictures were sent to me of my car at the dealership. I definitely recommend
Experience was extremely bad, rude and they're breaking laws on lot. Good luck if youve been in a wreck because they're gonna try to screw you. Tried to charge me over $1000 for 16 days on lot, even though It was someone elses fault. Would not allow me to get personal items out of MY car! They are crooks!!
Quick and easy to find, they towed my totalled car and there was some discrepancy at first because of them requiring my insurance to call them but I understand they want to make sure they are paid for their service too. I couldnt get into my trunk due to it being only electronic and the tow driver even came and gave me a hand and got it opened up for me
I needed my car that was broken down at my house towed to a friends, and knowingly called during lunch time. I told them no rush to get me, but they were still there very quickly. I called 6 different tow companies and they were the most affordable and very professional !
Driver was very courteous and prompt. Took very good care of my car. He had to tow it over 100 miles away to the nearest service center for my car (Tesla). He called me when he arrived to let me know that the Tesla tech was still there and called me afterward to let me know that he thought the car was in good hands after having a conversation with the tech. I would definitely recommend Ray Harris towing to anyone!!
Significantly more expensive than anyone else I talked to. The lady I talked to was unpleasant to say the least. Stay away from this company they will take you for a ride and not in the way you want.
Such a bad experience. I am a service manager and work on cars every have cars towed on a regular basis. The manager straight up lied. Will never use them not will I tell anyone to use them.
I was out of town and used them to pull one of our trucks out that was stuck. Owner was the one that came out and got our truck with no problem. Before them we called another company that only came out and got their own truck stuck and then said they couldn't get ours out and left. Ray Harris didn't hesitate and everyone we talked to was very friendly
Not sure of the gentleman's name that assisted me this morning, but he was absolutely amazing. I'm sure he is a clear reflection of this company's morals and values. I greatly appreciate the service I received this morning.

Great services was $30 bucks cheaper than everywhere else I called! Appreciate the savings! The driver didn’t take forever to get to us like some other companies.
Polite, curtious, hard working and efficient they work hard and at times are in dangerous situations. They tow your car where your insurance company states to take it. if you have items in your disabled vehicle you should remove them before it's towed js my personal experience with this company has been nothing but great and glad to have them tow for me anytime thanks for jobs well done...
If you would like a careless and wreck less tow truck driver you have came to the right place. There rude, disrespectful. Could careless how you feel and where you want your car to go. To get the real wreckless driver get the one in truck #108. And you will be in fear for your life even if he’s not towing anything. He will try to run you off the road in the snow. He try’s to run stop lights. He will make sure you don’t pass him anyway he can. -100 stars
Staff is professional and courteous. We've used their service a few times and for each job, they were on time, professional and reasonably priced. Their staff were always available any day of the week to work with us, so I don't really put much stock into what the lady with the camping gear experienced. We have recommended them to other organizations who were very happy we did.
Nickel and dimers. Sent two wreckers when only needing one. One wrecker driver smoking in my truck, didn't even ask. The other driver that actually towed my truck was very professional. I will not use Ray Harris Towing again.
I would have given no stars if I had the option. We were hit by another car & our truck was towed here (which we did not ask for). We were on our way to go camping when this happened so we had our clothes, tent, blankets, pillows, food, & all our hygeine products in the truck. The very next morning we called to get our stuff & see our truck when we were told, "It would be easier for everyone if you came on Mon." They never told us there was a fee for each day. We did as we were told by their company & came back on Mon. At this time we find out the other driver has no insurance & it would cost $410 to even see our truck. JUST TO SEE IT!!!! We were also told we could have come on Sat, but it was more convenient for them if we waited. We asked if the additional days could be taken off being that it wasn't our fault, they lied about telling us we couldn't come on Sat when we could have, we never asked for the truck to be towed there, AND when we asked to come the next day we were told no. They refused & we ended up having to pay $525 to get our truck that had just been sitting there for 4 days. We were told, by the owner, that our truck would be towed to our home on Mon. At 10pm Mon evening, we still had no truck. I called the on call driver who said he was never informed he was to tow our truck. Tues morning the company tells us they were told by the owner to deliver the truck Tues, NOT Mon as we were told!! When asked to speak with the owner, we were told that conveniently she was out of town. Talk about great customer service!! I guess they only care about the big businesses they deal with & not the little people who are already being screwed every way they look. They are a crooked company with owners who lie to people & are just money hungry. I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB. Do not use unless you want to be screwed over!!!!!
Very good towing company we own a dealership in orlando fl.. They could have charged us what ever they wanted cause I was in need of towing Asap Very fair Prices Thanks guys !!!
