They ride around campus looking to tow student vehicles. They tow cars in handicap spots even when they have a handicap tag and will still request payment. The workers were also extremely rude.

They ride around school campus looking to tow our children vehicles. My daughter have a handicap tag and they still towed her. I tried to explain it to the lady I spoke with and all she could say it's $220. They are not willing to hear what I had to say.

This place has terrible service and workers. They don’t offer any solutions to your problem and change their policies.

Very rude, unprofessional and hostile. They are not business oriented, and seem to hate their jobs. Beware.

I just need a car towed to a mechanic. The good parts were not expensive and fairly fast. The bad, the dispatcher was rude and rushed me twice. The driver was fast but he dropped the vehicle to the wrong location and left. I had to drive over and move the vehicle to the correct mechanic. Very sad experience. I hope they get better. Not calling them anymore.

This place is as shady as it gets, they tow from visitor parking lots at apartments, tell you one exorbitant price on the phone then the price is higher when you get to the lot. They are not open 24 hrs like they say, you have to call & hope someone answers then wait for them to show up.

These predatory towing companies should be ashamed of themselves at the rates they charge to return your cars.

They tow cars but when you come to pick up your car nobody’s here to service you. I’ve called, came to the shop nobody is here nor answering. They claim they are available 24/7 but that’s a lie.

Extremely unprofessional and misleading. Despite claiming to be open 24 hours, they were closed when I tried to retrieve my vehicle at 6 AM. This business operates in a predatory manner, with employees who attempt to manipulate customers into breaking the law. The runaround I experienced just to get my car was absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, I was initially told I could use my card, only to find out they only accept cash—in 2025! Avoid this place at all costs!

towed my friends car who literally has a handicap sticker. on the phone they said it was because she didn’t have it up and then said that it is a “handicap resident parking “. also said it was $200 and we when we got there it magically became $260. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AND PLEASE PUT IT OUT OF BUSINESS. Insane money fraud and the ableism is wild. to tow a disabled woman’s car SEEING THE HANDICAP STICKER is absolutely insane. she also has to teach a class at 8am and we were there waiting for a person to show up until nearly midnight. they deserve no business and we WILL be moving forward with lawyer charges.

I didn't know it was legal to go through neighborhoods and snoop through parking lots looking into cars for decals. Maintenance even sees them and people see them at night. I contacted my Leasing office who called them because supposedly they've taken 2 cars that had decals. Then they have the nerve to be rude because they know they have YOUR car. The Leasing office was able to get my car and hopefully they can put a stop to Casey's towing!!! They don't deserve even a 1 star!!

Casey’s Towing is very unprofessional and whether supposedly “contracted” by student apartment complexes to tow vehicles that don’t have parking passes or not, they don’t honor the apartment complexes policies. University Village updated its policy to state that Towing Companies would give a 5 minute courtesy to people dropping off/picking up residents. On today, when dropping off my daughter, we literally parked to take her suitcase and belongings in and use the restroom before getting back on the road and before we could walk back out Casey’s Towing was pulling away with my vehicle. My daughter jumped in her vehicle and stopped them before they got out of the apartment complex lot and they told her if she had cash on her they would let the vehicle down. Before she could even count her cash one of the drivers (since it was 2 trucks as they snatched another vehicle at the same time as mine) rudely told her “it doesn’t look like you got the money anyway”. First of all, Casey’s Towing did not do a “5 min courtesy” before snatching my vehicle. Secondly, as we followed them to their impound lot, the tow trucks weaved in and out of lanes and drug my vehicle and the other vehicle with no regard for any damages that may be caused to it. Luckily my daughter has a dash cam with all of that coverage. Finally when we get to their impound lot, again the drivers are so rude and unprofessional (the fee kept changing- the lady at the desk said it could be paid with a card then the driver came in and said cash only). This business is very unprofessional, whether they are actually working at the request of the apartment complexes or not, there is a better way to do business and provide customer service. Furthermore, preying on college students and their families, simply isn’t it. Working for the community is what their website says??? More like lining their pockets and that of these apartments complexes. I also noticed on the BBB website their score is an F. I’m not surprised. God don’t like ugly. Everyone has a job to do, but how you do it makes all the difference in the world. Beware of this business folks! (I would have given 0 stars but had to select at least 1 to post the review).

Wrongfully towed my car, illegitimate "cash only" business. Talking on the phone with them... driving up to the place.. you know exactly what type of operation they run. They don't actually do *any* due diligence before towing. I had a permit to park, brought them proof- still had to pay to get my vehicle. Security at my apartment complex didn't even know they took my car. Signage isn't posted within legal distance of the entrance so, I had to call around to even find out where my car was. I guess you can just steal people's cars in the middle of the night and because you know they don't have the energy to deal with you in any legal capacity, just extort them for money while holding their vehicle and items inside for ransom. I understand why people *should* be towed.. however, I *shouldn't* have been towed. I was legally parked. I would not service this business in any capacity, and I cannot believe they are still legally operating honestly. The amount of karmic debt the employees and employers are racking up must be genuinely astonishing. I can tell they aren't the type to give back to the community so I can't imagine they have anything going on in their lives to balance out the negative karma accrued from the predatory nature of their business practices. A business that "only takes cash" but "doesn't have any change" is a very accurate description of my experience with them and their integrity as a business.

Roshaun is incredible! I just needed a tow of of the sided of the road because my tire blew and the lug nuts wouldnt budge. He towed me off the road and personally changed the tire for me as well as giving me a jump. It was almost like God sent me an angel. I am insanely greatful for their kindness and will keep them on speed dial if i ever need a tow again!

My daughters best friend has lived at an apartment complex for over a year and my daughter visits her weekly and has stayed weekends with her friend but all of a sudden, this tow company decided to tow my daughters car tonight. They have, along with the apartment complex, keep blacking out visitors parking,TARGETING college students for money! They are riding around towing people who live there! And they say you have to pay even if they towed you from a clearly marked visitors parking space. Is this legal in the city of Greensboro?? Or does this company need money so desperately that they are breaking the law?

I am actually very satisfied with the efficiency of this company. My car got towed overnight from my apartment complex (completely my fault) and when I called at 5am to ask how much the towing fees were, i was told in a rude manner and got hung up on as soon as I was done asking questions. No goodbye or anything. After reading some reviews I was skeptical about getting overcharged or running into rude employees as i already had dealt with a man and a woman on the phone who were both rude (I called twice to make sure I had the correct amount in cash) Along getting there, there were 2 ladies in the office. I was overcharged for a fee I was not aware of, but the two ladies in the office helped me out and were fairly nice and respectful through the entire process. I can see where the bad customer service reviews come from, however the people behind the counter are willing to work with you just so long as you remain cordial and respectful. Because at the end of the day, it’s not their fault your car got towed. So to those ladies who were there on 10/29 at around 8-9pm Thank you!!

I was very pleased with Casey’s towing. The staff was very professional and able to answer all of my questions and get my car towed in a timely manner as promised. When the gentlemen arrived they were very knowledgeable and willing to help me get my car towed and repaired. Thank you for your hard today.

This company’s customer service is absolutely terrible. My car was unrightfully towed when I had paid my parking pass and registered my car. When I called customer service he put me on hold indefinitely. Afterwards I had called two more times and he was completely rude, and was not willing to give me any kind of help. He did not even know what the parking permits looked like and was unable to describe it to me. Nobody should EVER contract with them as they are a completely inappropriate and unprofessional business.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to my friends apparetment yesterday and my car was towed within 5 minutes of me being there went back outside and thought my car had been hot wired it happened so fast. These people are crooked as it gets. Apparently there were signs that towing was enforced but they were on the end caps of both ends of the apartments my friend lives in the middle so I never seen the signs this could have been avoided entirely if they would put signs in the middle part of the parking lot as well cause there was no way I was going to see that where I parked. The staff was extremely rude on top of all that and it was 300 dollars to get my car back that's the highest tow bill I've ever heard of. I got it out within a few hours but that's really messed up how fast they towed me and I do plan to take it to court to see if I can dispute it because that was just wrong. My phone and pocket book were both in the car cause I was coming right back out apparently they sit in the cut and wait on people to park without permits.

Just because it sounds good doesn't means it's good. Had my son's vehicle towed yesterday and not only did they leave the towing chain attached to my vehicle they damaged it. The front bumper on my car is now loose and nothing was wrong with the bumper when they picked up the car. Also when they dropped off the car the driver barely put the car in a park spot, just dropped it on anywhere and left. One and done for me with this place, this is the one time I wish I checked the receives first.

Towed my vehicle, and I'm on lease, and the apartments say they are scammers, but I won't knock no one hustle. I just know my vehicle shouldn't have been towed, and apartments made the issue right. But be aware of where you park because I've experienced it myself.

I was staying at the Cavalier Inn in Greensboro NC, and experienced some car trouble. The management said there was no problem where the car was parked, as there were lots of spaces available anyway. The same evening, the security guard called Casey's Towing to have our car towed erroneously- it appears they have some kind of arrangement- when he saw our car parked across two spaces, he called Casey's, and our car was gone! When we spoke to the guard to see if he knew anything, he was super rude! I'm sure he knew plenty! This was such a set-up! When I called Casey's to find out what was going on, we were told twice by 'Ameeka' that we would have to pay $300 to get it out of their tow yard. When we went to get it, the amount had changed to $600 to retrieve our car. I'm sure the security guard got his cut of the $600, and Casey's got the rest. This is all kinds of crooked, and shady. Zero stars for Casey's !

Contact the Better Business Bureau on them! The more the better. They're stealing from people! Took my car when it's registered to this apartment, because my rear view mirror tag had to be put under the radio so I can see my directions driving home from work. I'm new so I don't know my way around quite yet. I forgot to put it back on the mirror getting off late from work and they towed my car. My license plate number's on the the contract to my apartment. And even though, they have a "contract" with The District apartments, Casey Towing "conveniently" doesn't have a way to look up your license number with the apartment. You just BETTER have your tag in the window. I recommend tape and a means to shut it all down.Their making people pay for stuff they already have.

This place is truthfully scamming people out of their money. The lady at the front desk was one of the most disrespectful people I’ve dealt with in customer service not only would she speak over me but she quoted me a specific price and the next day doubled my quote blaming it on a “glitch” as well as told me different dates everything was different within 24 hours. After speaking with other towing companies it is widely known they are unprofessional as well as work with different agencies to try and get over on people. I understand life may be hard but to lie and scam people out of their money is concerning! I hope she receives the help she needs.

I am really baffled at how this place even got 3.2 stars. If I could give no stars I would. The lady who answers the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me when I called to see why they would tow my car after running into my house for a split second. My neighbors told me they just picked up my car without even checking it. I stay in a neighborhood where you are not allowed to park on the side of the road but the driveway is made so that you have to park behind any other cars you may have. So, if the person that is parked first has to leave you have to pull your car out so they can leave. I had to park my car on the road so that my husband could pull out. When I go in the house to tell him to come out my car is gone. The keys were in the ignition and the car was on. They didn’t even have the decency to check. I have 3 kids and they could have been in the car. I tried to talk to the person towing and he flew right pass me. I called my complex to see if they could help and of course they couldn’t so, when I call Casey’s the receptionist had a terrible attitude. I had to pay $300 to get my car and when I got it I had all kinds of lights on. These people are TERRIBLE, RUDE, IGNORANT and this place does not help our community! I will be contacting a lawyer ASAP!

Customer Service can make or break a company and the lady that answers the phone for this company is the most unprofessional Customer Service Person I have ever dealt with. To speak to someone in the manner that she did when calling to inquire on a tow that was done while car was still started & keys in the ignition was not only uncalled for but BAD BUSINESS!!!! It’s obvious that company is sitting stalking ppl at their homes to find a slip up and use loopholes to make money. I fully intend to report this place (not business) to the BBB!!! This is such a shame especially when you are trying to support Black Owned Businesses and you get this level of unprofessional behavior. Lady you really should be ashamed of yourself and consider another profession. I will continue to negatively report this company on EVERY social platform as warning to ppl before you have to deal with this company. Seek other tow companies if you are looking for professionalism and to speak with someone that will listen to you as the customer before calling ppl names (call back when you get some sense is what was said by this company’s customer service) or rudely hanging up on you the customer!!!!! Learn how to speak with customers without insulting them. Now all the lights are on in the car as it was improperly towed.

I am from out of town. I just came out of Logan’s restaurant. I started my car and it wouldn’t go into gear. I tried everything. I found Casey’s towing on a Google search. The lady on the phone was very understanding and professional. I told her what kind of car it was and she gave me options. She said they would be There in a half hour. The driver called me and said he was near and I told him the exact location I was at. The tow driver (Jay) got out and introduced himself. He was also very professional. I have a 97 corvette, and Jay treated it like his own. He was extremely careful lifting it and placing the dolly under the back tires. He drove it with care to the Chevy dealership and let it down gently. I can’t thank Jay and Casey’s towing for their professional care and service. Thanks again Jay for treating my car like it was your own.

I wasn't happy. The dispatched who was on duty Friday night was courteous, but communication between dispatch and driver was terrible. I was told I could get my car before 1am, I was ready with money in parking lot before 1am, made over 30 calls to dispatch for NO ONE to show up. I left at almost 1. Called back the next day and the morning dispatch said "I don't know how you kissed it, they released a car around 2am". Had to make several calls that I was still waiting after showing up at the time given. Dispatch started to get an attitude with me but her driver was the one who wasn't there. Driver showed up and had a predetermined attitude. My bumped was cracked and leaning off my car and the driver said "nothing you can do really." When I asked to speak to the owner I was told "he don't deal with the clients, I'll take your info and we'll get back to you" and haven't heard a thing from them. Terrible experience.

What a day?! I was heading home from a 2 hour trip when I suddenly experienced trouble with my tire and found myself stuck on the side of the highway in one of the busiest locations on 40 West in Greensboro. There was barely any room for me to pull over. I called my insurance company’s roadside service and it was taking them a while to send someone so I finally decided to search for towing companies near me. I found Casey’s Towing. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The price she quoted me was reasonable. She said someone would be there within 30 minutes but it probably wouldn’t take that long. Big Mike called my cell to let me know he was on the way. He was there in about 20 minutes. He was helpful and friendly. When loading my SUV, he even noticed a huge screw in my tire which is most likely the cause of my trouble. He gave me and my car a ride to the service station of my choice and even helped me leave my key in the drop box. Big Mike gave me a receipt so that I could send it to my roadside service for reimbursement. They were wonderful and I will certainly call them again should I run into anymore car issues when I’m in Greensboro. Thank you Casey’s Towing!
