My daughters best friend has lived at an apartment complex for over a year and my daughter visits her weekly and has stayed weekends with her friend but all of a sudden, this tow company decided to tow my daughters car tonight. They have, along with the apartment complex, keep blacking out visitors parking,TARGETING college students for money! They are riding around towing people who live there! And they say you have to pay even if they towed you from a clearly marked visitors parking space. Is this legal in the city of Greensboro?? Or does this company need money so desperately that they are breaking the law?

I was very pleased with Casey’s towing. The staff was very professional and able to answer all of my questions and get my car towed in a timely manner as promised. When the gentlemen arrived they were very knowledgeable and willing to help me get my car towed and repaired. Thank you for your hard today.

I am actually very satisfied with the efficiency of this company. My car got towed overnight from my apartment complex (completely my fault) and when I called at 5am to ask how much the towing fees were, i was told in a rude manner and got hung up on as soon as I was done asking questions. No goodbye or anything. After reading some reviews I was skeptical about getting overcharged or running into rude employees as i already had dealt with a man and a woman on the phone who were both rude (I called twice to make sure I had the correct amount in cash) Along getting there, there were 2 ladies in the office. I was overcharged for a fee I was not aware of, but the two ladies in the office helped me out and were fairly nice and respectful through the entire process. I can see where the bad customer service reviews come from, however the people behind the counter are willing to work with you just so long as you remain cordial and respectful. Because at the end of the day, it’s not their fault your car got towed. So to those ladies who were there on 10/29 at around 8-9pm Thank you!!

Wish I could choose 0 stars…not sure why City of Greensboro contracts with them for their towing needs. My son was in a recent accident during heavy rains and car needed towing initiated by GPD. Unfortunately, the car needed to be towed to Charlotte, but the tow driver verified this would be ok and provided costs to do so via a phone call. We needed to take my son to the ER to check out pain being experienced, so the tow driver also stated we could leave and he’d call for payment shortly. Initial experience was very positive and the gentleman on the phone seemed great and helpful. While at the ER, the tow driver called and informed us he forgot (or was not given) the gas card, so a long trip couldn’t be made that evening. I offered to pay for the gas which was politely declined. He stated they’d take care of it in the morning and update his notes for management concluding with an apology for the inconvenience (including expectations for an update from them the next day). The next day we received no update, so my wife called to verify status. The manager stated they had no idea what she was referring to and said there were no notes. They said they would check on it and hung up on my wife. Manager then called back with the tow driver present stating what we said was “bulls***” and he never said anything about towing to Charlotte or a gas card with manager stating they don’t have gas cards…back to square one and were shocked! Why would we lie about this?! Very disappointing and turned into a nightmare working to get car moved to required body shop. Luckily, insurance jumped in to assist and help navigate the challenging situation. Felt like a scam. Very unprofessional. Beware.

Customer Service can make or break a company and the lady that answers the phone for this company is the most unprofessional Customer Service Person I have ever dealt with. To speak to someone in the manner that she did when calling to inquire on a tow that was done while car was still started & keys in the ignition was not only uncalled for but BAD BUSINESS!!!! It’s obvious that company is sitting stalking ppl at their homes to find a slip up and use loopholes to make money. I fully intend to report this place (not business) to the BBB!!! This is such a shame especially when you are trying to support Black Owned Businesses and you get this level of unprofessional behavior. Lady you really should be ashamed of yourself and consider another profession. I will continue to negatively report this company on EVERY social platform as warning to ppl before you have to deal with this company. Seek other tow companies if you are looking for professionalism and to speak with someone that will listen to you as the customer before calling ppl names (call back when you get some sense is what was said by this company’s customer service) or rudely hanging up on you the customer!!!!! Learn how to speak with customers without insulting them. Now all the lights are on in the car as it was improperly towed.

No stars no stars…No excuses!!! I was wrong I parked in a handicapped parking spot. My car was towed Friday June 16th, around 5pm-7pm. I came outside to speak with the driver he was rude and denied providing me with the towing information. Until Saturday morning I was unable to find out where my car was and what company had it. My daughter posted on social media, two seconds I was referred to Casey’s towing, called a female answers the phone, no professionalism at all. The background was loud with festive themes, the female made no intend to move to more quiet location during work hours. I was told to get my car I had to pay $340 for towing fees and $75 for daily storage per day. This was on 06/17/2023 they did not even have my car for 24 hours yet. Ok total calculated to $415. She said to me if I do not pick up the car by midnight meaning 11:59 pm 06/17/2023, I would have to pay a additional $75.00 for the next day storage fees. Ok so on 06/18/2023 I have $415 plus the current $75.00 for not being able to pick up by midnight. Around 2:00 pm on 06/18/2023, the price shifts to $565 dollars cash only. I mean really $565 dollars cash, the male now talking on the female behalf cannot explain why the price jumped from $490 on 06/18/2023, to $565 on the same darn day. I paid the fees sadly. I needed my car but the city of Greensboro are not receiving any funds for this scam. I believe using only cash, your company not reporting earnings correctly to the IRS. But do not worry they will catch up with this mess. Who can explain why there so rude and charging tremendously high cash only prices??? They receive no stars at all none. Just pull me over and hand me traffic citation.

I am really baffled at how this place even got 3.2 stars. If I could give no stars I would. The lady who answers the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me when I called to see why they would tow my car after running into my house for a split second. My neighbors told me they just picked up my car without even checking it. I stay in a neighborhood where you are not allowed to park on the side of the road but the driveway is made so that you have to park behind any other cars you may have. So, if the person that is parked first has to leave you have to pull your car out so they can leave. I had to park my car on the road so that my husband could pull out. When I go in the house to tell him to come out my car is gone. The keys were in the ignition and the car was on. They didn’t even have the decency to check. I have 3 kids and they could have been in the car. I tried to talk to the person towing and he flew right pass me. I called my complex to see if they could help and of course they couldn’t so, when I call Casey’s the receptionist had a terrible attitude. I had to pay $300 to get my car and when I got it I had all kinds of lights on. These people are TERRIBLE, RUDE, IGNORANT and this place does not help our community! I will be contacting a lawyer ASAP!
