This company helped save the day. The dispatcher I talked to was so pleasant. My car got a very flat tire and a check engine light on at work. I was on shift so I didn't have much time. The dispatcher helped get my information and assured me that the driver would be out very soon and would call when he arrived. He arrived, was very kind and patient and also called me when my car arrived at its destination! Thanks to Mario, this situation turned from bad to good and got resolved quickly!
I have called multiple times to have a car removed from my reserved parking spot, as this is the towing company assigned to the property I reside in. The first time I called, the representative took my information and said they would send someone once a truck was available. Two days later, the car was still there. I called again today, leaving a message regarding a vehicle parked in my designated spot, which I need due to a medical necessity (the spot even has my unit number on it). No one has returned my call. This company is extremely unreliable and unsympathetic. I’m not usually one to complain or leave negative reviews, but I am truly disappointed. I just want access to a spot I went through the proper channels to reserve, yet this company is making it impossible. I sincerely hope the property management chooses a more responsive towing company in the future.
After about 3 1/2 hours of waiting for a tow truck from my insurance company I called Bobby's Friendly Towing. They told me when the driver would get there and the cost of the tow. Both time and cost were reasonable. The driver was friendly and super fast. You can't really ask for more.
