Bobby’s not friendly at all. You have to call 4 times to get an answer and they for sure ain’t friendly. 0 stars. Horrible service all around. They don’t deserve a half of star. In 9/5/2025 I got to their office at 4pm to find out they closed it a hours earlier. Called the guy to talk to him earlier anround 2pm and he said they close at 4:30pm so I decided to get there at 4. They were closed when I got there. Called their number 6 times to finally get a guy on the phone. He said all trucks are out and he notified them to come back to give me my car. It took them 4 hours to come give me my car. I waited from 4pm to almost 8pm to get my car. The dispatcher also kept hanging up on me. NEVER USE THEM for anything. They take hours for regular customers but come in 5 mins when the police calls them. Finally got my car and they took their time for a reason. They damaged my car in many places smh
They responded very quickly and were there to help.
Thankfully I didn't have to pay because my transmission was in drive.
But if things were different I would have paid them.

Broke down one night and Josh came to the rescue. Josh is very polite and knows what he is doing. I have a lowered car that normally gets all messed up when put on a flat bed but Josh had brought ramps and left my car without a scratch. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs towing. reasonable pricing as well.
Unethical business practices and has no remorse. $380 for a tow from. Brand new business that is bringing in a lot of revenue for the city is criminal. Signs are not very visible.

Car didn't start in the morning so I called them and they came immediately within 10 min. The person on the phone was very responsive and the tow truck driver, Dom is a fantastic gentleman. Very polite, hardworking and a great communicator. Definitely recommend this gentleman and the company!
I suppose the person who answered the phone was drunk. I listed the pickup and drop off location but apparently they aren’t competent enough to handle simple instructions.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Bobby’s. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours for a tow that never came, I called Bobby’s Friendly towing and recovery. Reasonable price. Slightly higher than what I was quoted by other less professional and slower tow companies in the area. For the level of customer service I received, I would have payed the price twice over. I was told 30 minutes and they were on time! I didn’t have to ask for an ETA, the driver texted me himself when he was nearby. It was raining and the service man who showed up was all smiles and a complete gentleman even though he had to use a tow dolley because my battery was completely dead. I will only recommend this company to all my ladies needing a tow in Greensboro. Thank you Bobby’s Friendly Towing and Recovery.
They seemed nice but the guy towing my truck was having a hard time securing truck to wrecker.....long story short....when i drove my truck next after towing i felt this horrible knot in the rear passenger side tire...took it to thomas tire and found out that one of my new tires now had the belt seperated.... ruined one of my tires from securing it too tight to wrecker???? ....so idk but it is what it is...

Alternator went out, AAA wouldn't even answer us and dispite their 24/7 hours postings was closed and couldn't even locate us on their app. Bobby's quoted us an hour...showed up in 30 min to the side of the highway and drove us straight home. Able was our pickup guy and he was the nicest, quickest, efficient tow driver I've ever had. Hopefully we won't have any more car issues but if we do, we know exactly who to call...Pricing was also a huge plus so a simple tow didn't break the bank for the week
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bobby’s Friendly Towing and Recovery. They assisted my parents when they were in a serious accident. The guys that towed their vehicle were extremely friendly and even helped my Dad get all of their belongings out of their totaled vehicle and into the rental car. This was no small feat as my parents were traveling out of state and had the vehicle loaded down. They went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful not only for their professionalism but for their kindness as well.
Called this company and they was spot on with great customer service. The rep was very pleasant and professional. I couldn’t remember the name of the shop that I needed my vehicle to get towed to. But she took charge and was able to find the name. The driver Abe was excellent!!! He was very quick and very helpful. Had a great personality. I will definitely be using them again if needed
I had an excellent experience! They sent someone out in under 10 minutes and had me on my way quickly. Abe was helpful, informative, efficient, and kindly answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Needed to get my car towed across town, called and got an amazing quote and I didn't believe how cheap it was! About 20 minutes later Abe was at my buddies house and ready to tow. He had the car on thr truck in 5 minutes and once we were at my house, he quickly removed my car from the truck. He helped me push my car a little bit too so it wouldn't be in the way of anything else. Amazing service and if I ever need another tow I will be coming back to these guys.
My call was answered immediately, and the tow truck was dispatched right away. Abe delivered excellent customer service, calling with an ETA and talking me through the procedure on both ends of having my car towed to the scrap yard. He was very helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the experience. I highly recommend this company!
Today, I had to have my car towed from my house to the mechanic shop and the overall experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful and Abe was efficient and friendly. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I ever need assistance
I had waited over 3 hours for onstar to help me. I called and Bill picked me up within 20 minutes and drove me an hour home. He was wonderful, pleasant, safe and fair priced! Not to mention he picked me up at 11pm!
Excellent Service! I was stranded on the shoulder of I40 and Bobby's came and safely picked me & my car up and took us where we wanted to go. The car was carefully towed and I felt safe and secure the whole time. I highly recommend Bobby's Friendly Towing!

My car decided to drop the drivers side front end on my way to work this morning .. I called Bobby’s friendly towing and was told they would have a driver right out ! Shortly afterwards I received a call from the Driver who I later learned her name to be Tessa .. She was awesome and worked very hard and meticulous to make sure not to cause any more damage to my car .. Thank you for sending such a caring and Courteous driver to help me with my car .. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a tow!
NO ONE wants to have to call a tow truck, but after a belt broke on my car's engine going down the interstate, and after my roadside assistance service failed me, I phoned Bobby's. Hooray for excellent service from the dispatcher to the tow driver - the amazing Tessa! Even though I had to wait for over an hour - the dispatcher was up front about the wait time - I was surprised and delighted to see a woman driving the tow truck, who did her job expertly and professionally, and ASKED ME how I was doing! Thank you Tessa, and thank you Bobby's for great service and for charging a fair price and for getting my car to my mechanic.
I broke down on my way to work. I was unable to contact my insurance company for roadside assistance. I called Bobby's Friendly towing and Adam was there to rescue me within 10 minutes. They towed my car back to High Point for a reasonable price. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this towing service to anyone! Thanks again y'all!!
