Not good I am Naver buy this company any more parts I buy bumper I pay full payment and bumper come all holl and bad color and broke I call guy and he say he pay me but I call him again he dont picked up my call so I tried to call him so I don’t buy anymore because picture is different and parts come different

Although everything did not go as planned, both Pedro and Moi were professional and accommodating. they made things right for me! I would highly recommend using Fenix Parts in Greensboro!

Called this place yesterday to ask for close up photos of seats and the initial person I spoke to was friendly and said it wouldn’t be a problem but I never received anything. Called the next day and spoke to someone different and he wasn’t friendly or willing to get the photos needed. There are photos on their website site but I explained to him I needed clearer pictures due to the fabric pattern having small changes from different trim levels and generational changes. If I had looked at the reviews of this place beforehand I wouldn’t have bothered calling them at all.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. Called Monday the 8th to order a transmission was told would arrive at my shop no later than Friday. That did not happen. Called Mondayand was told Tuesday. No go. Call again Tuesday Andrew tells me now it will be weds. Why? You have been lying to me. Tells me it’s in Florida no where near Nc. Guess what here it is Thursday and no transmission. Will never purchase anything from this company again. Andrew is absolutely useless

Hours on door and Maps and by text with their call center said open until 5 pm, but paper on door said customers can only pick up until 4 pm. I unfortunately drove an hour to come pay for something (NOT pick up) and they were locked up.

Justin does an excellent job getting parts and making sure they are the correct ones. Whenever there is an issue he gets it fixed, fast.

Poor customer service . Called about a part for my car guy said he didnt know what a Front Sam Module was . Why are you even selling parts if your don’t know what anything is . Someone get that guy out of there !!

I’m disgusted with the way things are run here. Not only are they liars, but also scammers. Who sells a transmission and claims it’s good with a warranty, but then will not honor their warranty after everything asked to verify was completed. 32 thousand miles on a transmission they claim, but it was absolutely disgusting and was proven to have many more miles on it than that. We’ve jumped through so many hoops for them to warranty it and proved everything they asked for and more. Then they claimed they have a labor warranty that was never offered to us upon purchase? Lies, lies, lies. These people are disgusting and completely unprofessional. Please save yourself the time and money and do not deal with these people.

Buyer beware. I purchased a transmission they claimed only had 32K mile on it. Transmission was installed by a trusted area shop that's been in business for almost 40 years. The transmission was defective but came with a 6 month warranty. I've had nothing but red tape and been run around for several months now. I was finally told new trans was on its way. Several days later I was told warranty was denied due to improper programming. Transmission was programmed and even double checked by another area transmission shop. 3 separate shops have now said the trans was defective and all agree the trans had much higher mileage. I was also told I refused to purchase coverage for lost labor. I was never offered it. I've been in business since 1982. I started working on cars in 1975 with my uncle at the age of 12. I build record setting race engines for customers all over the world. Out of all my dealings with other companies throughout the years, Fenix has been the worst. Terrible service. If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. Customer Service is the worst. The employees have smart attitudes when asking a simple questions. Work for a mechanic company. I will be advising not to go here.

A bunch of crooks I bought engine from this crooks after the transaction they won't pick up your calls in other words you are on your own .the warranty are just sweet talks to make you get the garbage they sale.avoid them if you can

The employees here are hard-working and super helpful. If they can't get the part they will source for you. Not your average junk yard, they carry parts from cars that are on the road today!

Ok so I came here to get a transmission in Nov. I bought the 3 yr warranty. It wasn't a good transmission so I came back to get replacement. We went round and round with getting a new transmission and to add to the frustration they didn't want to pay the labor cost. Very inconsistent needless to say problem was not solved until 3 weeks later. Adding to the post now Jan 23 2023, the mechanic needs to be paid he put a lean on my truck and situation not handled. Plz fix this ASAP! Now, Feb. 16 ,2023, I received my check as promised but was not the exact amount I was told. Might need to keep y'alls word

So I bought an engine from these crooks that lasted 1,087 miles and a rod went threw the block after driving it for 3 weeks. Which is when I put tags and insurance on the vehicle for my son who’s getting his license. I did purchase the engine 8 month due to them having access to one but didn’t install until last month when it was time for him to drive. So literally 3 weeks of usage and when I called they sent me two the lady who sold me the engine to only tell me sorry we’re not doing anything per my manager. So save your money and don’t give it to these crooks. Because they sell Garbage wish I would have read the reviews. Hopefully the next person does and don’t make the same mistake I did.

The outcome of our experience with Fenix Tri City Auto Parts leads us to the opinion that these are some bad people you want to avoid. When checking the engine they sold us, it was locked up & would not turn over by hand. Removed the spark plugs & inserted borescope inside of cylinders -- the attached photos are what we found. The inside of the engine was so wrecked it is not even recognizable. We thought we had received a core engine by mistake, but when we contacted Fenix Tri City Auto Parts, they informed us that there was no "warranty." Warranty aside, we asked what about the fact that they sold us a blown engine that never had a hope to be usable; don't they think they have an obligation to provide a running engine for the money they were paid? Their response was that they had no legal obligation to do anything. And they don't, that's true :( Would post ZERO stars if possible!!

Ordered an engine computer for BMW X3, paid almost $300. They sent me a computer with damaged pins, can't use it. If I straighten the pins, they will break off. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks now, sending emails and calls, and they are not responding. Very bad.

I run the shop at ReDrive automotive. Moi always has everything I need. Quick to answer. I think i call him daily at this point. Good quality parts. Always fast to fix any issues. I personally recommend to all my customers looking for used parts to call moi.

The worst service ever.told me to come up ther to purchase a part then left for lunch after waiting an hour he came back and told me the part wouldnt be ready for another day then said he was sorry and could do it in 30mins. The part I got was no good and had to be returned then the same man had me walk back and forth from the yard 3times to get my refund and the man saw that I had a broken foot. If for not being hurt I would have went to jail that day. It amazes me how someone like that has a job.

Exremely Bad service I requested for a fully functional operational powered 2005 dodge ram 1500 driver seat paid about $134.00 had it delivered to a shop 45 minutes from me went and picked up the driver seat and took off the powered rack went and connected it only worked back and forth. I called and they said I had to return the chair and 1hr and a half away and they would refund me my money I told them no way in hell would I drive that far. I demanded a refund they said they wouldn't until i returned the chair. So i called my credit card account and filed a dispute.His name is Chis he told me it was supposed to be tested but it wasn't he hung up the phone on me.

I called about an a/c compressor on Monday, I placed my order and was told I would receive a call when it arrives on Wednesday, I never received a call so I called to see if the part had come in and was told it would be in on Thursday because the truck it was coming on had broke down. Friday comes and no one has called me back yet, so I called to see had the part come in again. It had, I went to pick the part up and waited over 30 minutes for them to locate the part. After waiting for a while the same guy that told me they were looking for the part asked me what I was waiting for. The prices are good but the communication and Customer service was not what I expected after reading the reviews.
