Truck was towed into them, in SCR Derate. Upon their inspection, they came back with an estimate of $16k, to replace 4 harnesses, including the chassis harness at over $4k, replace the After treatment control module, replace the doser gasket, etc.... we wound up towing the truck back to my mechanic in NJ, where the truck was fixed. He found 2 broken wires in the NOx sensor harness, which he repaired. There was still no power to the sensors, so he inspected further. He found that the DLC signal wire was rubbed thru on top of the transmission. He repaired that wire, reconnected everything that was disconnected, and the truck took itself out of Derate. He proceeded to run a forced Regen, then a subliminal crystalization Regen to verify his fix. The truck is fixed, and was less then $2500.
Glenn and Jarred out of the Evansville, IN location are AMAZING. They go above and beyond to help with my fleet needs. I can always count on them to help me the same day (usually within the same hour I call) with whatever I need. They answer any and all questions and do so with a smile. They've helped my maintenance needs for my fleet and my customers fleet immensely since we started using them back in January. You couldn't convince me to use anyone else! Those two deserve a raise :-)
Greg, Jason, Jeremy, Mike and Karen have all made my experiencs with your company well above and beyond normal. Especially in the heavy duty truck arena!! Most of your local competitors truly suck for both customer service and repair quality.

We had a truck broke down in Conover NC. All I needed was 10 gallons of antifreeze delivered. I was told the charge would be for 105$ plus 30$ fuel charge, and then the cost of the antifreeze and when they arrived at the shop they would send me an invoice. 3 hours later, their roadside technician would not let me driver go before payment and I had not received an invoice. After calling them, they sent me an invoice for over $800! 340$ of that invoice was for labor although my driver poured the antifreeze in the truck and tightened clamps (that he already had) up himself. Then while the technician was waiting to hear that they been paid, he proceeded to do an inspection on our truck. I didn't ask for any of that and these people took advantage of someone in need of help. Plus, if it took their technician two hours to do anything that we needed, then they need to fire him and hire someone else. I will never call these people again and I will always remember being screwed by National Fleet management.
Great group of people. Clean shop and helped me out by taking me to the hotel and bringing me back once the truck was fixed. They got the truck fixed in the time frame they said it would be done and kept up with me on what they have done as they were fixing it.

Unfortunately my experience is that they’ll refuse what you ask and do the bare minimum to get your truck out of their shop if you’re a single truck owner operator.
This NTB location was great!! They took care of my car issues and worked with me on my payment including 90days same as cash easy financing if I couldn’t pay up front! They seem to be honest and really care!! I will be coming back with all my vehicles!!!

David in service made sure that everything was top notch and showed the true meaning of above and beyond customer service he was knowledgeable and the mechanics were excellent as well!
