I've learned my lesson never buy a car without driving it first. I seen the Camaro on Cargurus I had to have this beautiful car. Good thing it's pretty all I get to do is look at it! This car has a transmission shudder so bad it's undrivable, I'm looking at least $3000 for a torque converter. Please people drive before you drive it !!!

Spent 700 for my car to still do the same thing and sound worst than when I brought it to them. Then my check engine came back on and they claim a new code popped up. saying something is wrong that they don’t have the tools for. Like so 700 paid for a nothing!!!!
The dealership said the car we purchased had been checked top to bottom with no issues. After 3 weeks the Lexus needed a timing belt, water pump, radiator and the rear tail and brake lights wouldn’t work. The car broke down and we are stuck with the lies of the dealership. Very unfortunate they didn’t properly inspect the car and we fell for their lies.
I purchased a car here in November 2024. The staff made it easy to set up a test drive, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a slightly nicer car for a reasonable price. They made the pre-purchase inspection easy (I took the car to a nearby shop, and I 100% recommend everyone does). They didn’t make excuses why I shouldn’t have it looked over, a good sign. The inspection went well and found no major issues.
The sales process was astonishingly fast; about an hour mostly waiting for more dealer tags. No waiting for salesperson to talk to sales manager, no back and forth delays. That part was excellent.
After having the car for about a month, it runs well and has no gremlins or quirks.
The only devastating fail was that this dealer did not replace the air filters. The ones in the car (cabin and engine) were beyond gross (see pic of the engine air filters). That’s a few dollars and a few minutes of work. One would expect that with any used car. I get that the inspection I paid for elsewhere should have caught this and I would have negotiated for this. 100% my responsibility.
I’m still mostly happy with the process, staff, and car. I would go back even though I live four hours away.
Bought a Ls430 from them for a good price. Turns out the price was there because I needed a timing belt and radiator replacement. Both things I couldn’t look at because I couldn’t takeoff the covers in the engine bay to inspect it. They told me they did a full inspection of the car and service history. If so, they would have at least seen the radiator leaking if the topped it off with coolant. And ran the car. Moral of the story is to bring someone to inspect it for you.
Hands down the absolute best used car buying experience I've ever had. I broke my dominant hand last week, and the friendly staff at Greensboro Auto works were kind enough to help me through the car buying process and even physically help put my old car on a tow dolly because I am unable to right now. Special thanks to Abdullah for being my right hand that day. These guys went above and beyond, not to mention providing me with a great vehicle!
I highly recommend this place and I would go shopping here again anytime.
This is my response to the owner. I have the paperwork. I was quoted a price of 507$ for the parts and 460$ for the labor. Your a liar. I know now that all of you mechanics do this. It's beyond sad. It's dishonest and deceptive. I want ever get screwed over again.

Range Rover Autobiography LWB with Vintage Tan interior: 1/1 would recommend (and buy again, if I could afford it)
Ok ur family of 6 have been bringing our vehicles for yrs. My daughter has spent thousands getting parts replaced etc. was told today they cannot service her car because it's older than 2010. Since it highly likely the issue she is having is a part they have probably replaced we won't be doing ANY business with them anymore after 8 yrs of being a customer
Very poor communication! Drove nearly 2 hours just to get there when I told them my plans was to trade my vehicle for one of there’s, my 2003 Honda Civic with just 102k on it for a 2004 Chevy trailblazer with 116k, Yet we’re told probably just be better off selling it outright! Oh really?! I needed to drive 2 hours on a Saturday with my family to be told that? Owner gave my car tons of compliments and noted how nice it was but wanted it for nothing at the end of the day, saying it needed repainted! Yet his trailblazer has bad rust issues! Wasted my time, energy, effort and money, told me just go sell else where or privately and come back & buy his vehicle, really bad business practices here y'all, buyer customer beware! Never again! Got quickly reminded why I don’t deal with car dealers anymore! An y’all tell me… does my car need repainted lol?
Went to this place from raleigh to check out a car. Can't say enough good things. Vincent was super helpful, the family that runs the place took time to evaluate my options, and the buying process was super easy. No wasted time haggling over random add on that don't make sense. Just good people selling good cars.
10/10 will come back again next time I need a ride.
Mohammed and his brother were able to help us get into a really great deal of a truck for heavy huals. Our company has purchased 2 branded title vehicles through the years second being from here. After 6 months of driving the truck 10k plus miles it still drives and runs smooth, looks great, and we have nothing but good things to say about the entire buying experience here. We would buy from them again.
Horrible Salesperson, don’t do business at all with Mohamed. Had worked out a deal with him to buy a 2019 Ford Mustang GT in CASH!!!. Drove an hour to come pick it up. When I got there he told me he let someone put a deposit down on it the day prior. He should’ve communicated with me to let me know ahead of time before I made the drive. Super shady place and seemed like his morals weren’t good either. Guess you could say I was lucky to not give him my business.

My old AC compressor for my Subaru Forester broke so I called them for a quote on replacing it. They charged high at about $2500, so I opted to replace it on my own (for about $2000 cheaper). I made an appointment with them to just refill my AC after the new compressor was in. I showed up to my appointment only for them to cancel on me when I got there without calling me beforehand. Overall they charge high and are unreliable.
Awesome family to deal with. Can't say enough for how honest and friendly they are. Along with being a great American family owned business , they listen and work with you. I haven't regret doing business here and Muhammad was awesome as well has his father and brother.
I just bought a car from Abdullah today it was an amazing experience. Got me in the same day to look at this beautiful G35. he might have cars that have titles that are salvaged or rebuilt but when he gets them he makes sure they are good vehicles. Great group of people. They were friendly, competent, and for the most part time efficient. I have had it back for about a week now and no sign of anything wrong with the alignment. They got me a full set and the alignment for a great price. The tires were not the top of the line but they were a heck of a lot better than the old ones. Give these guys a try. They did me right.
DO NOT BEING YOUR CAR HERE! Read the bad reviews and what they have in common because they were spot on!!!!They are only nice when responding to your reviews. DONT FALL FOR TRAP READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS that they delete most of anyway!!!Overcharge you, unprofessional and rush jobs!!!!!I was recommend to here by a friend who purchased a car here. Went to have my car fixed because the engine light came on. After getting battery replaced by them (which they told me I needed when actually that wasn’t the issue ) and air filter changed engine light came back on next day. They were not helpful at all when I called them the next day. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone. I took my car to the dealership and they fixed the issue . Seems like this place cuts corners and overcharges. I’d give no stars if possible .
Got some body work done here and was thoroughly impressed. I'm in the process of selling my old jeep and wanted to get some body damage worked out of the trunk so that it was functional again. Other shops quoted me $1800+ and told me that a full replacement was the only possible route with the Jeep. Well, the guy at Greensboro Auto Works told me that if I didn't want any paint work done, he could fix the functionality of the hatch and make it look better for just $300. No cutting required. Left the Jeep there for a few days and came back to it looking more than presentable, and being fully functional. That's exactly what I wanted, what we agreed upon, and what was delivered. Not much more you can ask for.
Was skeptical at first but I Bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Mohamed, has a rebuilt title got a good deal on it. Got the alignment done there at the shop they noticed while doing the alignment that the control arm was bent and because I just bought it they handled it for me. Excellent service they have been very honest and straight forward. I will be purchasing from them again when I need another vehicle. Highly recommend if you want honest straight forward car buying experience, check them out.
