10/10 I recommend to any and everyone! Affordable, Fast and Geninue. Mr. Dee helped me with me towing and fixing my vehicle. Originally was getting my vehicle towed to a repair shop and after Mr. Dee was informed what was wrong with my car he told me exactly what my issue was. He assisted me by helping me get to a nearby Autozone and guided me into replacing my battery. Come to find out that was exactly my issue and my car works no issue, he saved me potentially from spending a few hundred dollars!! Amazing service, great guy, and really great skill in getting my Ford Explorer towed despite it being in a difficult position. Highly recommend Triple L over other local companies who were rude or unavailable.
So impressed with the service I received from this company. The driver rescued me and my young kids from a very narrow section of shoulder on I-40. He came very quickly and was super knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle. My family was traveling and were from out of town. We still had 2 hours left in our trip and he got us back on the road in super reasonable time frame. Can't say enough good things about this experience. If you have to be stuck on the side of the road, these are the people you want to help you out!

I used Triple L's for a tow to the repair shop when my car broke down in Greensboro earlier this month. Called them up and was told they could be there in about 45 minutes - he arrived in 40. Had the car up and rolling away ten minutes later. Five stars in every area - customer service, equipment, clearly knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys every day.
Friend had their car that was on a car dolly towed by this place. The car was going to scrap but he wanted the dolly and LLL's towing was nice enough to figure the tow cost on just the dolly so my friend didn't have to waste money for the whole tow bill!
When my miata, which only has like 4½inches of clearance, broke down on the left hand side of i85 these guys where the only ones who said they would help me within ten miles, thank you so much!
Towing was quick . Would give him a 5 star but I’ve been waiting for my invoice to give to my insurance for 4 days now and he’s been brushing me off saying he’s been too busy with other towings and that he’ll send it when he gets back in office. Now he isn’t responding back and I’m very unsatisfied because I was referred to him and not sure if I will use him in the future because of this.. I wish everything was professional from the beginning instead of taking my payment and not providing my complete service.
Dee was amazing. I am a female college student and I broke down near Greensboro. Dee asked where I wanted to take it, he offered his recommendation and honestly saved me a lot of money. Even though I was close to UNCG, I still felt stranded and alone in the moment but Dee was professional, patient and also made me feel safe. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and called me this evening to check in. He charged me $85 and I know from other family members that have had a tow, this a very reasonable price.

Had a great experience with Dee at Triple L's Towing. He was responsive, skilled at diagnosing the issue, and helped us out of a situation on a Sunday. Very professional, with competitive prices. Dee used his roll off trailer to help get a piece of equipment loaded on to a trailer. The original meet up time way 10am. However things did not go as planned. Dee worked with me throughout the entire day to get this loaded. He was polite and more than fair about the entire process. And that includes his rate. . 3 other towing companies would not help me or flat out hung up on me.
