Worst towing company in Greensboro!! I wish I could rate ZERO STARS. The owner lied to me about what they are able to fix. I needed my rear quarter panel bent back into place and the owner told me they are able to do that. Come time to pick up my car no bodywork was done. On top of being mislead about what will be fixed they also dropped my car and ruined my exhaust muffler, and they refuse to take responsibility. The owner lied to me and said it was from my wheel coming off, which is simply not true the only part that was ruined was right where it fell onto the dolly when my car fell off. What kind of business ruins your car and won’t accept responsibility. Not only did they ruin my muffler, they also didn’t fix or replace it so now I have to pay for their mistake and bring it somewhere else to get fixed. They also said they called me telling me to pick up my car but I never received one phone call from them and when I went to pick up my car they didn’t even have my phone number. When I came to pick up my car I called ahead like they said and got a Lyft to the business, I arrived at 9:30am and only the mechanic was there, even after they stated they open at 9am. I had to wait 3:30 hours for someone to arrive, it was noon when someone finally showed up that would let me get my car. Who I spoke with the day of picking up my car had no idea what had been done to it and had no idea how much I owed them even when I knew the price. He also didn’t know my phone number and told me he called 13 numbers back tracking phone calls to reach me. So clearly they never had my phone number in the first place even when I gave it to them the day I got towed.
This has been the worst tow experience and mechanic shop experience I have ever had. I was mislead and lied to and taken advantage of. If I ever need a tow I will not be calling this place. The owner is untrustworthy and runs a horrible business.
DANNY WAS AMAZING. THE PRICING WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. HE GOT TO ME IN 30 MIN. QUICK PULL UP AND DROP TO MECHANIC SHOP. ENJOYED SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
EZ towing is outstanding. Scott is amazing and very friendly to talk to over the phone . My daughter needed her car pick up from another towing company back to her apartment on a Sunday. I had talk to Scott I give him the address he says the driver will be there in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday I paid over the phone right away because the price was very reasonable for Greensboro.
I called my daughter back in 15 minutes she said the driver was already at the place waiting on her . That was a HUGE WOW!!!! My daughter said the driver was excellent, friendly and respectful to her properly. Don’t know the driver name but Thank you. I would 100% recommend EZ towing. “Top Tier” for the extra fast service.
Definitely recommend theses guys for towing. I needed my car towed home to high point from Greensboro. They came through with same day tow and they are super affordable. Danny was the truck driver and he was amazing at backing the car into the perfect spot in my drive way.
Danny is THE man. He arrived to where I was at in such a quickness, almost no wait time compared to other companies out here. Was very professional and quick with getting my car out of the situation I was in. Dropped it off at my shop with no issues whatsoever. Just watching him hook up to the car with ease was jaw dropping, any other company I’ve used was always some type of issue. But no Danny showed me that these other drivers just don’t know what they doing. It was almost as if he does nothing live, breath, and eat towing. Ez towing & recovery can get my business any day of the week at any time of the day as long as I can get Danny to be my tow man, or a driver that’s at least as professional, knowledgeable, and fast as Danny is
Danny was very professional. He arrived in a quick and timely fashion, got right to work and had my car towed to my shop. If there was an option for 6 stars, EZ towing and recovery would get it from me any day!!! Would highly recommend for all your towing needs!!
100% recommend! I had a blow out on the highway after 11 pm on a rainy night. I’m not from the area and they were able to recommend a tire shop to tow me to with hotels near by for my accommodations. The driver was super nice, professional and even gave me a ride to the hotel. Superb service!
Junior was absolutely fantastic. Helped tow me twice in two days and he showed up within an hour both times and was incredibly nice as well as quick and efficient transporting my car to the each location. Would absolutely recommend them in the future!

Cash only business took me 4 hours to get them on the phone to get my car when I did get my car he didn't even ask for ID ,
just $265 with no receipt.
You can go in there and claim any car you want.
My car was towed from Walmart on Wendover avenue with no explanation, he doesn't know why they called, he doesn't know who called, and neither does Walmart.
So, in my mind he stole my car and held it for ransom. $265 Ransom and didn't give me a receipt so I can get reimbursed through my insurance company.
This is not a legitimate business person.
Car subframe and axel broke at 2am on a Monday, I called 10 places that were “24. Hour” this was the only place to pick up. They were there in less than 25 minutes. They fixed my car for a good price and were really chill. As an out-of-state cost you that didn’t have my tools here. It was really appreciated. If you go here ask for Rico that’s my guy.

I can’t say thank you enough to Rico and Scott! I had a company fleet vehicle to break down a little before 9pm. I spoke to Rico and he had Scott (driver) dispatched to us and arrived within 45 minutes or less. In my line of work, it’s very hard to get a tow that quick these days especially after hours. I called 3 other companies and EZ Towing was the only one to actually answer the phone. Rico was very helpful and the process was quick and efficient to get assistance. I appreciate the fact that although it was after hours, they cut us a deal on the price. I will definitely call them first in the future and continue to use them for all our of company fleet needs! Had a late night issue (midnight) called EZ Towing, Rico came and actually got the vehicle started and got us on our way rather than having to tow it. Obviously, we had to pay the fee for him to show up, but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were very grateful to not have to have it towed. Thank you, Rico, and EZ Towing! My car needed to be towed on one of the hottest days of the year. I had my 93 year old dad in the car. I called them and in five minutes Rico called and said he was on the way. He arrived within a few minutes. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time assisting my father with getting in and out of his truck. I highly recommend this service!

One of my cars was having transmission trouble, and I had it Towed to Carmax by Scott for an offer to sell it to them before I got another car. Carmax didn't offer as much as I had hoped. So Scott had me talk to his supervisor, Rico. Rico offered to match Carmax's offer, as well as waive the fee for my tow. I got the title and met Scott at their shop, and sold my car to Rico. They were professional, quick and reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
I used EZ Towing to repair a tire blow out on the high way. I was traveling on I-40 and ran over some what I believe was road work debrie in the road that tore my back tire completely off the rim. I was floored at the damage that was done to the tire and how dangerous that could have been for me and my sister. I called my insurance for help from towing in the area She gave me EZ Towing
They showed up in @15-20 min The guy that came to help us who's name was Chris was so nice and made us feel not only safe but assured that he was able to help us and he did.
