We have utilized Junk Raiders previously to remove household items. This time they helped move furniture to consign plus rearranged heavy items in the house. Great communication from start to finish. Rea and TJ have completed jobs for us three to four times for our residential remodeling project. They are great with communicating their timeline, they are prompt and thorough. Our first time using Junk Radiers in charlotte, NC. The first thing I loved was how quickly they called with an eta. Isiah and Rae gave us a call to tell me when they would be there and were there on the dot! They got our piano out of our house in no time at all. Very impressed with the job they did. Raekwon and Isiah were very professional and explained pricing before touching anything. With my approval they went about their work quickly and efficiently. Before I knew it they were done and the huge entertainment center was gone. This is the best way to get rid of unwanted items. I was quite impressed.

The guys who removed "my junk" were great. They were friendly and very professional. They did their estimate which my estimate was way off . It was twice as much as I told them originally . The price they gave me was really fair for the amount I needed for them to remove .
I was surprised in their ability to remove my junk . They had a determination and attitude that I don't see in many other people that you hire for services needed on your property or rental property . They worked diligently and with purpose and commitment to compete the task of removal.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Raekwon and Matt were great to work with and quickly and efficiently removed several bulky items from our home (including a piano, couch, etc.). They arrived within the window of time I was given and got to work immediately. So happy with the service, cleanup, and, even better, they did it all the same day that I called them about an estimate. Great work all around!
It's tough trying to pick from a bunch of companies you don't know just by reading reviews that you really don't know if you can trust. Something just gave me a clue Junk Raiders was the one to try. I needed a 20 year old treadmill picked and wanted to get an estimate. From the very first communication to the last they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The treadmill was picked up and done within about 2 hours of contacting them for about $40 less than I expected to have to pay. They were careful not to damage my house & didn't treat the treadmill like junk either. Nice touch! Highly recommended!
