Curtis showed up and got me out of a terrible situation with a blown engine in the middle of an intersection. Affordable, quick and professional work. My car was offloaded with no damages or scraping and they were careful to handle my car correctly. Used them twice, and will call them again if I have any other issues.
My tire got a flat on 85 and I had called a few local places. This is the first company who actually answered the phone. Once they dispatched the tow truck my way, they called me and then the driver called me to confirm my location. They were extremely quick, reasonable and so nice to me even though I gave them the wrong location and they had to circle back to me. Mr Charles was very careful with my vehicle and made sure I was safe and comfortable on my ride over to the repair shop. I am so grateful they were able to get me sorted. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve been told that towing truck will arrive within an hour, in 1 hour and 30 minutes I called and dispatch said , that truck is 1 minute away . In another 30 minutes I called again , and dispatch said that truck won’t come
Had a breakdown and needed a time sensitive towing service. Called and was given a 30-40 minute wait time which I agreed to. Over an hour later the tow arrives and tries to up-charge from the original quoted price because of the vehicle type. Unfortunately, Past the 30-40 minute wait quota, the services were no longer needed. After informing the driver that their services were no longer needed, the driver proceeded to curse at and display aggressive behavior which was inappropriate and unprofessional.
The tow truck driver Mr. Raheem was first of all on time. He was a man of his word! A man of INTEGRITY! I've had terrible experiences recently dealing with "shady" tow services telling me they could tow my vehicle in 35 minutes but show up hour and half later or not even show up at all! Second Mr. Raheem was professional and patient and new exactly what he was doing. I will definitely use you guys again and would recommend you over any of these bum towing co. I guarantee you they don't have a Mr. Raheem on their team! Thanks guys!
My insurance company couldn't give me an accurate estimate on when they could provide towing assistance so I found 24hr Affordable Towing online. Abdullah asked for 15 minutes to reach me and he was there in 15 minutes! He came through quickly and it was much appreciated! Thanks so much!
Called about tow that was time sensitive. Promised it would be done that day. Told me the next day "he was busy" so didn't do it. Said it would be done that day, didn't happen. This went on for about 5 days of him promising to tow the car but never happened. If you need someone professional or reliable call someone else. 1 star is far more than this company deserves.
DO NOT USE THEM.. IF I COULD RATE IT WITH A MINUS SIGN I WOULD.... he damaged my car as he dragged it out of mud by hooking it to the left wheel. He didn't ask my consent to do this and ended up damaging it now I'm unable to drive it above 50 mph it shakes really bad. Tried calling him and explained him what went wrong and he promised to call me back. He is now sending me to voicemail ignoring my calls. I will sue this company. DO NOT USE SOMETIMES WHAT IS CHEAP ENDED UP COSTING MUCH MUCH MUCH MORE. DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE SERVICE.
NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO, este hombre saco mi carro del lodo guiñandole de la llanta izquierda, el no me pidio permiso para hacer esto. Daño los rines de mi carro no puedo conducirlo arriba de 50 mph sin que vibre horriblemente, trate de llamarlo para ver si reparaba el daño y ahora ignora mis llamadas. LO BARATO SALE CARO NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO ES UNA BASURA.
I called because they were 3 miles away. Said they would be there in 15 minutes. After a 1 & 1/2 hours and several phone calls, they still did not show up. Called a different company and they were there in 10 minutes for the same price.
