This place does horrible business! Their customer service was nonexistent. My attempts to seek redress for the defective parts they sold were met with indifference and complete disregard. It was as if they believed they could simply sell me defective parts on separate occasions and then turn their backs on any responsibility when I reached out to them. Their dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and out of my money, time and effort. They have no intentions of honoring any warranties or guarantees they had promised. It is clear they are operating in a manner that prioritizes profit over maintaining a reputable business.
Only giving one star due 0 not being available. Ordered parts for our shop and we gave specific location of part in car when ordering, first part shipped was wrong. Called and again gave exact location of needed parts and received wrong part again after paying for both parts and not receiving any refund for the first part.
Sent both parts that they sent to us (in their box with their packing material) and received a call that the returned parts didn't belong to them and they refused to refund our shop stating no warranty was applied.
They sent two wrong parts and refused to credit us or send the correct needed part.
We found another shop to send our PCM for repairs rather then paying them again for a wrong part and not being refunded.
These guys are amazing! I get all my auto parts here and always get great prices with quick and fast turnaround time. BJ is the man and knows his stuff. He is honest and always tells you upfront what is the best direction to take while not breaking your wallet!
These guys are great they worked with M&M in Randleman NC to get me an A1 tailgate for my Envoy & did it lightning fast. My Sister didn’t have time to run all the way from Burlington to Randleman. Thank God because @ an arthritic 54 painting & swapping tailgates is so much easier than fixing all the weather damage to mine. Being from the New York State (true upstate birthplace of Kodak, Xerox, & Bauch & Lomb) I am not used to such friendly above and beyond service now days. It existed here when I was younger but not today with all the entitled, participation trophy winners. It is so nice to be treated the way I treat people.
I called place after place looking for a lamp for my quarter panel. One place I called led me to you guys. I am so grateful for you not only did they have the part, but was generous enough to put it on my car with the proper tools. I was going to attempt to use a Youtube video, a mallet, and butter knife when I returned home. Thank you soooo much for your time, your business, and your kindness. I highly recommend you guys go check them out if you need car parts!!!!!
Goes above and beyond with great customer service. Had my truck back on the road with new headlight and tailight assemblies, installed and even did my NC inspection there. Great to have such a convenience close to home!
