These guys are amazing! I get all my auto parts here and always get great prices with quick and fast turnaround time. BJ is the man and knows his stuff. He is honest and always tells you upfront what is the best direction to take while not breaking your wallet!
This place does horrible business! Their customer service was nonexistent. My attempts to seek redress for the defective parts they sold were met with indifference and complete disregard. It was as if they believed they could simply sell me defective parts on separate occasions and then turn their backs on any responsibility when I reached out to them. Their dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and out of my money, time and effort. They have no intentions of honoring any warranties or guarantees they had promised. It is clear they are operating in a manner that prioritizes profit over maintaining a reputable business.
Only giving one star due 0 not being available. Ordered parts for our shop and we gave specific location of part in car when ordering, first part shipped was wrong. Called and again gave exact location of needed parts and received wrong part again after paying for both parts and not receiving any refund for the first part. Sent both parts that they sent to us (in their box with their packing material) and received a call that the returned parts didn't belong to them and they refused to refund our shop stating no warranty was applied. They sent two wrong parts and refused to credit us or send the correct needed part. We found another shop to send our PCM for repairs rather then paying them again for a wrong part and not being refunded.
