They were so professional, I couldn't believe how fast they got to me. They even offered service to me which I like for reasonable prices. If anybody needs a tow or your car fixed they are the people to call.
Showed up within 5-10 min on a BUSY on ramp for the highway no hassle and was on my way to my destination after calling 3 other tow companies 10/10 recommend if you in the Greensboro NC
Unprofessional at the supposed business they should be running. STEALING vehicles parked at a residence to be able to hold the vehicle hostage in order extort money from people with no option but to pay to get their property back. Disgusting people. Didn't have my car and hour, just enjoy stealing from people because they can. And messed up my bumper on top of it!
LOL they just now replied to my 1 star review 4 years later at midnight. Well, I totally understand you get towed if you don’t park properly. However my 1 star review wasn’t because I was mad about getting towed. That’s whatever, I was ready to pay and retrieve my car just a few hours after it was towed. I was a college student with a job to attend. HOWEVER when I got to the tow yard and tried to pay, they insisted they had to keep my car overnight in a lot that was barely secured by a chain link fence. I said please I have my money now, that’s my car, just open the gate so I can drive to Winston Salem for work. They said it is not their policy to release cars same day. Obviously it’s been 4 years maybe they’ve wisened up or that was just a single disgruntled employee but I’m nonetheless CACKLING that they decided to do the little review response for appearances 4 years later. This place is run by predatory people regardless of who hires them. Never cool to confiscate people’s cars and hold them for no reason. They probably charge way too much to retrieve your car. It’s funny they want to recover their Google rating this badly.
Literally the most unprofessional business interaction ever. While out of town celebrating an event for my son, we parked in a strip mall parking lot. The towing sign was covered by a group of people as we entered the lot. We did not see the sign , we were in the wrong.
Fast forward to the instruction to meet a random man on a street corner with 250.00 dollars cash to get your car back. No receipt. This company is taking in money hand over fist and I am SURE they are reporting the “cash” transactions as income.
Lesson learned. I will not be visiting Greensboro area again after this experience. I am so grateful we had friends with us so we did not have to call an Uber to take us to an atm machine to get cash. The entire set up breeds the opportunity for people to be taken advantage of.
I literally was in the store for 17 minutes came out looking for my car. Called, no answer. Called back & they asked for to 250 via CASHAPP. When the website says 225. Went & picked up the car & there isn’t even a set building of the “business”. I believe it’s a few broke guys tryna make it out by towing lol.
They will tow your car if it’s parked for even five minutes even if you are a customer for which the parking is marked! Then they won’t answer the phone when you try to call them to figure out how to get the car back! I know they’re sitting there twiddling their damn thumbs bc the phone rang a different number of times and I got three different messages! They make you pay cash only so it’s clearly a scam too. I’d give zero stars if I could, this place needs to be shut down.
Horrible scammers. Was parked for a very brief time and made sure that it was not a spot marked as designed for a business (as some were) . Came back and no car. I literally thought it was stolen. Nope - happened to see a sign about "we will tow 24/7" . Called and was told $250 cash. What reputable company is cash only?
While we were waiting on our Uber Mr Tow Truck man proceeded to start towing another car. He was quite proud that he had towed 10 over the last bit.
The impound yard itself was incredibly sketchy and scary. Rude rude people. I asked the Uber driver to please wait because I felt unsafe. Uber drivers ROCK.
In summation - horrible horrible scammers.
These guys are scamming everyone in town and charging crazy outrageous rates. I paid $250 to get my 20 year old 4 door sedan out of their impound. No one picks up the phone when you call and they only take cash which enables them to charge people different rates based on the car your driving it appears. I just got ripped off badly right before Thanksgiving.
Nobody is going to be happy about their car being towed. My WORK VAN was towed from in front of my home (my paid for parking spot) while i was working on the AC. They said they tow commercial vehicles. i went to the place frustrated because i was servicing my home and my work van was towed. Sal did not even attempt to deescalate the situation, further more he added on to the frustration by threatening me. He is the worst person you could put working in a towing company. I would understand if i was illegally parked but i wasn’t. I told them not to touch my property again and instead of trying to do anything other than get aggressive he tells me he has his concealed carry license practically telling me he carry’s a gun and implies that he will use it. I was then charged $300 because it’s a van. i swear that i have not seen anything more unprofessional than this guy. feels like he was hired under the table FOR THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, get better staff. They basically stole my car. Parked behind Don's on Tate Street 10 minutes before opening, and went into eat without leaving the property. After I was done with lunch I went out and my car was missing. Told them I was driving a Nissan they claimed they found it at 9:45.
After the restaurant owner vouched for me they were still giving me difficulty. The owner called and kept yelling that he was on vacation and that I should pay him $200. He was upset because I was ruining his vacation, and the irony was that he ruined mine. I took time off, and had plans after eating. He claimed to have been in this business forever, but clearly fails to listen to customers.
After all the confusion, and after telling them it was a Nissan several times it turned out the car they were talking about was a Honda. They gave me my car back without charging. Clearly a mistake like this is Theft. I wouldn't reccreccrecom anyone to utilize this towing company. They fail at communicating, and they are ok with causing distress because they think they are right. A clear sign of arrogance.
Having companies like this is bad for our community in Greensboro. If someone had a weaker resolve they would have paid the 200$, the company would have gotten away with it because they just think they are right.
