Terrible. Booted a tractor trailer for a flat tire. Then locked down roadside assistance truck upon arrival. Then forced to pay fines to remove locks. Total came out to over $7000. Complete scam artists. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS!!! They were completely clueless the whole time.
This was a terrible experience! I felt like our driver was being held hostage in our company delivery truck and he never left the truck. Our driver pulled into a parking lot to answer a phone call and while he is on the phone call a man comes to the door and said he put a boot on the truck. This gets better...I called the number for the Chambers Towing & Recovery Center (Owner of this company: Willis Chambers) and I am told it is 1750. I said.... you are kidding...he said no if we did not pay the $1750 it would be double this amount if they towed our truck. Also, I asked if I could speak with the owner of the Recovery Center and he said he could make the call but he would probably charge us $5000. Also, unless you pay cash it is an additional 20% more. So pulling into a parking space to make a phone call by mistake and not seeing the sign ended up with us paying $2100. This is highway robbery for sure and they are getting away with this. Unreal!!! This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau as well. Also, I plan on calling the owner of the Pancake House in Gastonia tomorrow and let them know what happened by our mistake on their property.
Con artists, very unprofessional. Got my 18 wheeler towed and they didn't disconnect the driveline (axel) and ruined the transmission. Then wouldn't even walk over to the truck when it wouldn't start. I have pictures to prove they never touched the driveline wouldn't use this company already have my lawyer involved for the damages they caused which could have been prevented if they would have do their job properly
There's nothing affordable about this business. I was charged $2000 to get a rope lock taken off my truck for accidentally parking in a no trespassing lot. I did not see the genuinely did not see the sign. After leaving for 30 minutes I returned to my truck and trailer with locks on both.
