When you are in a difficult situation it's always great to have someone you can trust to help you out. This crew took care of us with a tow.. fast, available, affordable, and nice. Did a great job.
Be aware, these company is a SCAM ! They are working with several stores , one such as Ganesha Food Mart- 1617 N Chester St, Gastonia, NC 28052 , if you leave a vehicle for just a few minutes Unattended it will be towed by - ,,HARDINESS AFFORDABLE TOWING”. They are sayings they have a contract and will scam every person with a ridiculous high amount , personally charged for a 3700 $ bill !
These will be investigated and case is already pending in a small claims court !
There was no TOW SIGN !! We have videos and pictures !!!
Absolutely grateful to have come across these guys. I see other reviews speaking to circumstances of why they were towed. Those have nothing to do with these guys. Those are ordinances of a property owner or the county / city.
As far as the service of Hardin's Affordable Towing, they answered the call and we had a confirmation within 5 minutes. They explained they were in the middle of another job and would be to me as quick as they could. They arrived no more than 45m later and had the car loaded and leaving 15m later.
Their rate was extremely reasonable and the gentlemen that helped me could not have been nicer.

I now they have to do they job but not robbing the drivers. You can't charge $2100 to boost your truck and think this is normal this company have to be close and never let them do staff like that. It's bad for the business
One of the dirtiest towing business I have ever seen charged my company 9800 for a tow no more then 5 mins away from his shop just a hungry man we have reported him to the national towing association of north Carolina and the government, court is next be ware of him !!!!! Towed my car at 2:30 in the morning, when to go out to see if I could get a drop fee amount took off with my car when they seen me, tows your car for nothing, drug it with the e-brake on till they got away from me and messed the tires up on my car
My car ran hot coming home after spending the day at Carowinds with my 4 grandchildren. This towing company (Scott) was very helpful with getting my car towed and helping us find a place to stay for the night. They were very timely and that was nice because it sure was hot on Saturday. Thank you Scott and Hardin's Towing for a job well done!
The men who are out in public towing for this company are disgustingly rude and are bullies. Refused to give me a manager or owner phone number and are putting money in their own pockets. $285 for nothing
Phil - Classic Transport Driver Services LLC - Low Life put a boot on our truck while the driver was with the truck getting a tire put on his trailer in which the mechanic had him at the vacant lot across from his shop because a tree fell over at his garage blocking the work area - Charged us $3500 plus fees - total $4000- for 5 mins of work!! We have call our House of Representative in which the owner knows - Legislation in on the table for this extortion to stop- You will be put out of Business- And I pray to GOD that you DON"T SLEEP at night!
Shows no mercy, wants a gate fee just to get things that you need out of your vehicle and on weekends it's more money to try to get things out of your vehicle. In the short amount of time that I broke down with a flat tire, to come back and replace the tire, my car was already towed. I think this place could also work on some customer service skills because it is very rude to act the way this "business" whom mistreats people, and can still get away with it!! This needs to be taken care of immediately as I have used towing trucks all my life for different reasons and when I had AAA I had them unlock my car several times no matter if it was 12 lunch time or midnight, I could always rely on them. I'm from South Carolina and when a car is towed, the companies always try to work out something with the customer so that in the end both parties end up winning.
Goes out there way to tow and overcharge truck drivers that provide for this country . Charged $4200 to take off a wire for parking in a place for only 3 hours . Don’t use this company for any reason and now I go out my way to go the property they tow cars and trucks from to prevent them making money and causing these problems for others
Absolute Crooks. $7000 for 1.8 miles. Shameless and in need of investigation by all governmental agencies. Thievery at its finest. Wishing nothing but the worst for owner and company.
I called & was able to be back in my car less than 45 minutes later. Not only that, but it was truly affordable & the gentleman was nice & polite. I'll definitely call Hardin's Affordable Towing again if I find myself stranded.
I called them first because of 'affordable' being in the name. Much to my surprise they are actually adorable. Had a long distance tow and got a great rate on the first call. Scott was there in 15 minutes and was super competent and profession. A decent guy too. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have a 2014 Ford Escape that locked itself into park. I was stuck in a drive through and they made sure to come out in a timely manner. I originally thought that I needed a tow. But the gentleman that came out pressed a button and my car unlocked! I recommend this amazing service. They deserve the business and amazing reviews. They were fast and efficient! It just shows that their staff are educated and know their vehicles and love to help people in need.

I called this gentleman today being in the Hot Shot business and he was Johnny-on-the-spot great price for a long distance towing after my axel broke on my trailer he was able to lift the truck on my trailer and get it off my trailer to safely tow it to Georgia from Gastonia North Carolina GREAT GUY AND BUSINESS MAN highly recommend THIS TOWING COMPANY

This man was very polite, courteous, he will try to work with you in every way he can. One of the last true at heart wrecker and tow yard owners that I've dealt with in many, many years. I can't give this man enough praise, I really think that if more automobiles had to be towed or impounded it would let this man be seen and if he was seen on how he treats his clients and the attention that he gives each of the clients. He would have the tow and wrecker service industry here in Gaston county and all surrounding counties by the horns!!! Please don't take my word for it, you will see if your car is ever impounded or you need a tow, I'll always give this guy my business!!
I wouldn't know how there service is. They never answered the phone or returned my message. But to be fair four other towing services followed suit. Kings Mountain and Cleveland county are a joke when it comes to late night towing. Don't advertise 24hrs if you're not. Zero stars for the lot

Great guy that helped me tow my vehicle from Dallas NC to Gastonia NC! I texted him he gave me a quote that was very reasonable and was there in 15 minutes to get my car for me. Was able to drop my car in a very tight space in my driveway. Highly recommend this business!!!

I posted a review on Google and their upset. I wish I could find an attorney being I have proof. But thank God for honest ppl. Eric has alway done great work anywhere he has been. Very professional. I called Sawyer's towing and they had me waiting for two hours and they never showed up. I called Hardin's and he was there in 30 minutes. I will use him from now on. And his prices are affordable.
