Tommy’s was quick to the scene after our uhall broke down. He quickly loaded the truck, and towed it to our destination. He even helped us unload our 20ft uhall when we arrived. Our driver’s name was Johnny, I and would highly recommend his service and the company's to everyone.

Had my vehicle towed to Summey’s Then had to get my car towed again to Keith Hawthorne Hyundai The experience was very professional also, the dispatcher was very respectful and nice.
Needed towing service to get my car from my home to the repair shop. The staff at Tommy’s Wrecker Service were all fantastic. The office staff/dispatch that took my call set my expectations when the driver would arrive and shared the price up front. Johnny arrived on time and was careful with my car when loading it on the flatbed. No surprises on the price. No one is excited to use a towing service, but if you are in Gaston county and require towing, I highly recommend Tommy’s to assist you.
Hit a pothole. Tire had a puncture…called Greg was there exactly on time and was super kind and helpful! Hopefully I’ll never have to use them again but if I am in trouble I’ll call!
I’ve used Tommy’s four times in the past year. They used to have very respectful employees. Now it’s horrible. The woman who answers now is very rude and 100% unhelpful. There’s plenty of other tow providers that know how to treat customers. See ya!

I am writing this unknowing of the services they provide. The driving from one of the workers on Charlotte Hwy coming from Rock Hill to Lake Wylie, was very unprofessional and had ran me off the road. They were going around 75 MPH, and had cut several people off. When traffic built up, he came speeding up behind a garbage truck and instead of breaking, he cut me off which caused me to rear off the road slightly. If I didn't he would have hit my headlight. He did the same thing to another driver as well. I called the company, and I heard nothing further of what was done in response. Please regulate your drivers better than this. This is very unsafe and unprofessional.
Daniel was fantastic. I had a fairly difficult tow job on my low to the ground BMW. Daniel made it look easy and flawlessly got the job done. Very, very, pleased to say the least! I will never call another service but them as long as I live here in Gaston County.
My truck abruptly stopped running about 5 miles from my house on a very cold Christmas Eve while enroute to a family outing. I called Tommy's Wrecker for a roll back service. Daniel, from Tommy's Wrecker arrived promptly and got my truck loaded and secured and back to the house. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about towing/loading procedures. After waiting for two hours for a different service, I decided to call you guys. Your employee, Andy arrived to my location within 20 mins, and quickly loaded my car. He was super nice and lightened the mood. The price was far better then I was expecting and Andy even gave me a business card after we arrived to my location. I should have just called y’all first!
Truck broke down the side of 85 and Tommy's was the first place I called. Very nice and polite and helpful when they answered, gave me a solid estimate and charged exactly what they told me. They got there pretty quickly and the tow driver was very nice and an awesome driver Derrick. Tommy's is awesome and I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
My experience with Tommy's wrecker has been nothing but stellar over the past 20 yrs that I have lived in the Gastonia area. They have literally driven all over North Carolina helping me with auto emergencies. I never call anyone else because they have always delivered excellent service in a timely manner!
So I have a little different five star review than most people. I was stranded at t and realize that I need to drive home. So I left my car there. They were called to safely take my vehicle to an undisclosed location and then I was to report back with some pocket change and a good attitude. After making plenty of new friends. Had a great experience and look forward to never doing business with him in the future :-)

Having your car towed is never a fun experience, but Tommy's made it the best they could! The quote was reasonable, the driver (Stephen) came when I was told he would, and he was incredibly friendly. I will certainly use Tommy's if I ever need a service like this in the future.
