Chris (driver) came to tow our vehicle and ended up fixing it! Very friendly customer service from him and Brandon. Gaston Towing came out within an hour or less to tow. We normally use another towing company but their customer service has gone downhill badly and was more expensive. Definitely recommend Gaston Towing!! Will use them again!
Needed two vehicles towed quickly and used Gaston Towing and Transport who did an amazing job! Both Brandon and Andy were professional and respectful guys to work with! I would highly recommend this company for any towing needs anyone has!
My son (young driver) was hit in a hit and run accident today. Gaston Towing was called by the responding police officer when my son was initially unable to start his car after being hit. The tow truck driver cranked and DROVE my son's car onto the tow truck, locked it up in their lot 5 miles away then charged us $275 (cash only) to get it back. That's impoundment. NO VICTIM OF A CRIME SHOULD BE GOUGED BY THE PEOPLE THEY CALL FOR HELP. These are not honest folks.
Re: insurance: The car is fully insured but old so a claim would mean totalling and replacing the car which we can't afford. We were stuck and Gaston Towing knew it.
This was my first experience needing a vehicle tow in quite some time, and Gaston Towing & Transport made the process seamless. The team was exceptionally professional and courteous, and the pricing was far more reasonable than anticipated. The driver, Aaron, provided outstanding service—he was friendly, efficient, and highly professional throughout. I would not hesitate to contact this company again should I need towing services in the future. Highly recommended!
I spoke to Alex on the phone and he was so fast and helpful with my situation!!! He made the process so easy! Then Aaron is the one who actually picked up my vehicle and he took his time to make sure my vehicle was strapped properly and unloaded it exactly where I needed. I can't thank these two or this company enough for such an easy process during a stressful situation!
So I had Gaston Towing bring my s2000 to my shop. Can I say these guys were professional! They seen my car and made sure it was strapped right and even drove with care ! Most times you see tow trucks flying down the road but they did a fantastic job making sure it made it to its new destination safely. I’d give 20 stars if I could. I would definitely be using them again and will also recommend them to anyone who cares about their ride as much as I do !
Don’t ever do business with these crooks. They want to charge you a $50 fee just to remove your personal belongings from your car after a horrible accident. No storage fees or anything just a one time fee to recover your own property. They are scam artists.
Great experience! Above and beyond all thanks to the gentleman that helped me “Thad.” I was on my way home driving through Gastonia area to Georgia about four hours away, and I needed to get my truck towed to a place where they could fix it in the next couple days. Not only did Thad Bring my truck to where it needed to be, he also brought me and my two dogs to my hotel that I had to get. Then that hotel double booked me and he waited for me to make sure I got checked in because he knew it was a little bit of a sketchy area. Then he brought me to the hotel. I ultimately stayed in for 2 1/2 days. This gentleman was above and beyond considerate in the fact that I had two dogs, and one of them is a jerk With new people. He was so understanding and made this chaotic experience As seamless as possible. Give this man a raise! Seriously, I’ve gotten towed before, but this was during Thanksgiving and nowhere was open. Great company, exceptional person work in there. I’m sorry I didn’t leave the review earlier, sir. I really appreciate you so much.
These guys are super kind and honest! I could not recommend them enough! My car had an unfortunate meeting with a pot hole which resulted in an instant flat. Called their services and Thad came out quickly. Again, super friendly people to work with.

Both guys I spoke with were very kind, quick, professional, and so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and they will be the first place I call if I needy car towed again. Hopefully, that is not anytime again soon though

I had someone slam me driving down the I 85 south. Was my first time ever happening!!! I am so upset but Gaston towing and transport was very helpful picking up my vehicle and dropping me off at hotel . I appreciate Justin so much for helping me.
I just had an amazing experience with this towing company. I worked with Justin. My alternator died and I had to leave my car at a Dollar General near my home and from the moment I called them this morning the customer service was amazing and they were very friendly.
Justin was even kind enough to come to my home first and get my keys for me so that he could put my car in neutral to get it to my house.
I forgot to mention that from the time of my initial call this morning until the time my car was in my driveway was under an hour, including Justin coming to my home first to get my keys.
Justin even recommended a company that can fix my vehicle (Randys' Auto Care) if I can't get my vehicle fixed and they will even tow it there.
I highly recommend Gaston Towing & Transport for any of your towing needs and whatever else they offer! I will be saving their # and referring them to others. Hopefully, I won't need their services again if you know what I mean but if I do I will be calling them ! I was stuck on hwy 81 with my dogs and life in tow with a bad blow out at 530pm. I called 3 other companies they told me 3 hours. I called goston towing and transport and the operator said you going to need a tire asap cause everything closes early around here, we gonna send someone right away. The operator and driver at Gaston helped me navigate a unfamiliar city and get me to a shop before right before closing. Today they helped a man in need, get home to his wife and child. God bless you guys for a job well done.

Let me just tell you how awesome this company responded and took care of my tire that was literally sitting on its rim since Monday. I had first contacted my insurance and roadside service, to no avail, no one bothered to take the service call for 48 hours. These are some of the best guys I ever had to deal with. My car broke down several miles from my house and my insurance company was going to charge me and arm and a leg to tow it back, not to mention the potential several hour wait time. I called these guys up and they only charged me a fraction of the price and were out there in no time at all to help me out. I spoke with guy named Cameron Williams who was very helpful and polite. Cameron was absolutely phenomenal! We had to have our suburban towed a total of 3 times over the span of 2 days & every time I called he was willing & ready to help. Very nice & went above & beyond to take care of us. I called multiple companies before coming across them & was quoted hours wait time, the response time of Gaston Towing was the quickest in Gaston county. After waiting for ONSTAR services for over 3 hours my patience and frustration was just through the roof. Being 2 hours away from home I had no idea who to contact locally for help. This business had the best reviews and I can see WHY! Cameron was super friendly and professional , he was compassionate and was more than willing to help. HE EVEN CALLED A TIRE PLACE TO ASSIST ME IN GETTING A TIRE. Not to mention within 45 minutes he was to me and my vehicle was at the tire place. The driver was super fast and friendly as well. Their service was amazing to say the least BEST IN CLASS ALL AROUND THE BOARD. Call them I promise you won't be sorry!
I sent in a request for a quote and was given a reply quickly! They contacted me and gave me a fair price, I agreed to the price and they quickly came and picked up my car and towed it to a local repair shop! I had lost my keys and they got my car door unlocked in just a couple minutes too. Super friendly and super efficient at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or even roadside assistance!
