Great experience! Above and beyond all thanks to the gentleman that helped me “Thad.” I was on my way home driving through Gastonia area to Georgia about four hours away, and I needed to get my truck towed to a place where they could fix it in the next couple days. Not only did Thad Bring my truck to where it needed to be, he also brought me and my two dogs to my hotel that I had to get. Then that hotel double booked me and he waited for me to make sure I got checked in because he knew it was a little bit of a sketchy area. Then he brought me to the hotel. I ultimately stayed in for 2 1/2 days. This gentleman was above and beyond considerate in the fact that I had two dogs, and one of them is a jerk With new people. He was so understanding and made this chaotic experience As seamless as possible. Give this man a raise! Seriously, I’ve gotten towed before, but this was during Thanksgiving and nowhere was open. Great company, exceptional person work in there. I’m sorry I didn’t leave the review earlier, sir. I really appreciate you so much.
Big Thad was awesome went above and beyond to make sure that my classic CBR 900rr got home safe and secure. These guys are super kind and honest! I could not recommend them enough! My car had an unfortunate meeting with a pot hole which resulted in an instant flat. Called their services and Thad came out quickly. Again, super friendly people to work with.
