I spoke to Alex on the phone and he was so fast and helpful with my situation!!! He made the process so easy! Then Aaron is the one who actually picked up my vehicle and he took his time to make sure my vehicle was strapped properly and unloaded it exactly where I needed. I can't thank these two or this company enough for such an easy process during a stressful situation!
Driver was great but the dispatch won’t tell you about the hidden card fee of 40% went from 1500 over the phone to 1950 at drop beware truck drivers it’s not good to lie my good brother it was around 1500 at the end of the job then went to 1950 with card fee even the driver even said I gotta be the bad guy our dispatch don’t tell people about the card fee stop all that lying 100% transparent is highly incorrect
So I had Gaston Towing bring my s2000 to my shop. Can I say these guys were professional! They seen my car and made sure it was strapped right and even drove with care ! Most times you see tow trucks flying down the road but they did a fantastic job making sure it made it to its new destination safely. I’d give 20 stars if I could. I would definitely be using them again and will also recommend them to anyone who cares about their ride as much as I do !
Don’t ever do business with these crooks. They want to charge you a $50 fee just to remove your personal belongings from your car after a horrible accident. No storage fees or anything just a one time fee to recover your own property. They are scam artists.
Great experience! Above and beyond all thanks to the gentleman that helped me “Thad.” I was on my way home driving through Gastonia area to Georgia about four hours away, and I needed to get my truck towed to a place where they could fix it in the next couple days. Not only did Thad Bring my truck to where it needed to be, he also brought me and my two dogs to my hotel that I had to get. Then that hotel double booked me and he waited for me to make sure I got checked in because he knew it was a little bit of a sketchy area. Then he brought me to the hotel. I ultimately stayed in for 2 1/2 days. This gentleman was above and beyond considerate in the fact that I had two dogs, and one of them is a jerk With new people. He was so understanding and made this chaotic experience As seamless as possible. Give this man a raise! Seriously, I’ve gotten towed before, but this was during Thanksgiving and nowhere was open. Great company, exceptional person work in there. I’m sorry I didn’t leave the review earlier, sir. I really appreciate you so much.
These guys are super kind and honest! I could not recommend them enough! My car had an unfortunate meeting with a pot hole which resulted in an instant flat. Called their services and Thad came out quickly. Again, super friendly people to work with.

Both guys I spoke with were very kind, quick, professional, and so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and they will be the first place I call if I needy car towed again. Hopefully, that is not anytime again soon though
I called the other day for a scheduled tow. Morning of I called 6 times and sent 2 texts and nothing. Then after already scheduling another tow company to come out they call back. Very upset with the lack of customer service. Maybe they’re better in emergency situations but as far as scheduling ahead do NOT recommend
The guys are very good at what they do. Very courteous and professional and very helpful. Very reasonable rates. Hopefully I won't break down visiting family again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks for ALL you do in Gastonia, NC.

I just had an amazing experience with this towing company. I worked with Justin. My alternator died and I had to leave my car at a Dollar General near my home and from the moment I called them this morning the customer service was amazing and they were very friendly.
Justin was even kind enough to come to my home first and get my keys for me so that he could put my car in neutral to get it to my house.
I forgot to mention that from the time of my initial call this morning until the time my car was in my driveway was under an hour, including Justin coming to my home first to get my keys.
Justin even recommended a company that can fix my vehicle (Randys' Auto Care) if I can't get my vehicle fixed and they will even tow it there.
I highly recommend Gaston Towing & Transport for any of your towing needs and whatever else they offer! I will be saving their # and referring them to others. I was stuck on hwy 81 with my dogs and life in tow with a bad blow out at 530pm. I called 3 other companies they told me 3 hours. I called goston towing and transport and the operator said you going to need a tire asap cause everything closes early around here, we gonna send someone right away. The operator and driver at Gaston helped me navigate a unfamiliar city and get me to a shop before right before closing. Today they helped a man in need, get home to his wife and child. Let me just tell you how awesome this company responded and took care of my tire that was literally sitting on its rim since Monday. I had first contacted my insurance and roadside service, to no avail, no one bothered to take the service call for 48 hours. These are some of the best guys I ever had to deal with. My car broke down several miles from my house and my insurance company was going to charge me and arm and a leg to tow it back, not to mention the potential several hour wait time. I called these guys up and they only charged me a fraction of the price and were out there in no time at all to help me out. I spoke with guy named Cameron Williams who was very helpful and polite. Cameron was absolutely phenomenal! We had to have our suburban towed a total of 3 times over the span of 2 days & every time I called he was willing & ready to help. Very nice & went above & beyond to take care of us. After waiting for ONSTAR services for over 3 hours my patience and frustration was just through the roof. Being 2 hours away from home I had no idea who to contact locally for help. This business had the best reviews and I can see WHY! Cameron was super friendly and professional , he was compassionate and was more than willing to help. HE EVEN CALLED A TIRE PLACE TO ASSIST ME IN GETTING A TIRE. Not to mention within 45 minutes he was to me and my vehicle was at the tire place. The driver was super fast and friendly as well. Their service was amazing to say the least BEST IN CLASS ALL AROUND THE BOARD. Call them I promise you won't be sorry!
