I have called this place twice and every time the same guy is very nasty, rude, and his tone is giving he is not a friendly person…terrible customer service!!!!
I have kieth for years never had a problem some times there busy but always super helpful and best place to get used parts and reasonable and helpful .
This bone yard has a lot of parts for my van. Guess it depends on the car or truck that your looking for. I have no problem with parts there. And they don't cost a lot.
Love this place. I can get just about anything I need when it comes to used auto parts for my car. Patterson is a good man and all his help are great friendly people. Every one of them.

Patterson is a great pick and pull. They do not charge, like many do, just to walk their property. When you find what your looking it very reasonably priced. Friend and helpful. Patterson's will be my first stop on all my auto part need in the future.
Great place to find parts you need. I have found most of my parts here and if they didn't have it. They called around to help me locate my part. Very friendly and funny group there!
Called ahead about a door for a Mustang and was told they had one for $100.00 that would fit my car. I told the worker on the phone, I was driving from Lincolnton to get it that day and was told to come on down and the parts car was parked right up front. I got there and after finally waiting for the fellow to end his conversation (20 min.) on the phone he acted as if he forgot about our phone an hour and a half earlier. Then to make matters worse when he sent another worker to get my part, he proceeded to tell me that the owner called him and said he wanted $175.00 for the door. Letting me drive all the way down there on a lie and wasting my time. I decided enough was enough and just left and ended up getting the door from another junkyard about a block up the road for $85.00. Not sure what to make of the situation considering I was always told Patterson's would do you but as for me I won't waste my time there again or suggest anyone else to.
I went to find a spark plug wire for my 96 Thunderbird and I had to look through a few engines before I found the one that would fit my car, thankfully I was able to find one and it only cost me a dollar. They have a lot of cars to look through. Everyone was really helpful in where I needed to look. I will definitely be going back.
Nathan I be leave after looking at your Google posts that you meant Patterson Auto Center Service & Parts 315 Central Freeway E, Bldg G, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 and not Pattersons Auto parts in Gastonia NC. As have dealt with them alot and have never had any problems. Everyone have dealt with has been very honest and they stand behind there parts.I know lot of people that deal with them with out one complaint.
First vehicle purchase as a young airman and they lied straight to my face after I signed papers with a year warranty which I never got, sold me a car with starter issues, and old battery, this place is a pos!
