Called them before I got there. They said they have the part and it’s good condition when I got there. I waited 3 1/2 hours after waiting 3 1/2 hours we went to see the part and it was broken cut in half.
Wait from 9:30 to 12:30 for offender and then when we went to take the part of the car defender was cut in half and they did not even tell me and I was wasted my whole day over there for no reason
The customer service at this place is simply terrible. From the moment you walk in, the employees greet you with nasty looks, as if you were doing them a favor by being there, when in reality you are the customer bringing your money. Their attitude is rude, always bad-tempered, and they make you feel uncomfortable with the way they respond, as if you were a burden to them.
The waiting time is unacceptable: more than 3 hours just to be helped with one part, and during all that time no one bothers to inform you or apologize. They show no interest whatsoever in providing good service; it seems they couldn’t care less about the customer experience.
In short, this is a place where you leave frustrated, feeling like you wasted your time and money, with absolutely no desire to return. The treatment is so miserable that the last thing you would ever want to do is recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible place and horrible service! Called yesterday to make sure they had the part in stock and it was in good shape. Yep all good. Drove 2 hrs then waited 1.5hrs for them to tell me the parts broken and they couldn't find me. I'm literally on your security cameras standing outside of your office with everybody else waiting for parts. Then the woman tries to argue with me about standing outside the office and then says well I don't even leave the office. So nobody bothered to even tell me until I went back inside to ask. Thanks for wasting 5.5hrs of my day! If I could give negative stars I would.
Went to pick up some used parts! Talked to a fella named Brandon he gave me a fair price way better than any other parts yard! Brandon is professional and knows his stuff! Great place
They have a bad service, they make you wait a long time and they do not validate the guarantee. I went to return or change a bomper that I bought a day before and they grabbed me the bomper and they did not return me neither the money nor the bomper

When I have had a problem with the parts, they have corrected it immediately and in a good way, they have all kinds of parts and a good price.
Went and picked up headlights for a mini Cooper for a client's car. Return home to install them and realize that they were the wrong size. Tried to take them back and now I'm stuck with overpriced used headlights that cannot be installed and I'm out of the money..
They will not take payments over the phone and make you wait in person before they pull the parts. I called about a transmission and they said I will have to come and wait for it to be pulled. This yard must only work well for the locals. I’m over an hour away and it would take at least a couple hours to pull a transmission while I wait that is still in the car. Complete nonsense. I see what all the one stars are about.
Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Waited 4 hours yes 4 hours for a radiator, everyone else that came after me, got serviced first and they won’t short staffed plenty of workers, called in advance for the part.
Hooper’s offered a great set of services when I needed a replacement A/C control panel for my Toyota. After confirming the part they had was what I needed, Brandon shipped the part to me and it came in great condition. Worked perfectly, and was communicative during the entire process. This Junkyard got every car,i was impressed to see this big junkyard here,my first time at this place and i got everything on my sonata with less hustle which was costly at the dealership.HIGHLY RECOMMEND;Thank u guys for the good work u saved me today time and alot of money
These guys were great. Called on Friday afternoon, came to pick up Saturday morning and was in and out with a brand new interior for my car. The price I got over the phone was the price I paid, and a big shout out to Brandon, Tabby and Luis. I even forgot a couple of trim pieces and Tabby shipped them out to me no problem since I'm a couple of hours away and couldn't make the drive. Definitely recommend and would come back if I need other things
Every time I want something from then it’s more the a hour wait and the last time I wanted a motor it took the 4 hours to fine it and I lived 1.5 hours away and when they did find it it was not the right motor. This place is just too slow and it needs to be updated for customer service. No one should have to wait that long to get a part.
