Ordered wheel bearings and seals. Was supposed to to be there next morning. When I arrived to get the parts they told me they never ordered the seals. Very incompetent.

This one in Louisburg has fallen way off the mark. I drove from Lumberton to Louisburg after they confirmed that they would have a tool for me. They didn't even offer up an apology, they just turned and walked away.

Will not be shopping there again. Too many times have I gone to this location and given the wrong part for my car where I have to pull apart my car to find out it's wrong so I have to put it back together to return them. Telling me I dont get my money returned to my card immediately is unacceptable if they can take the money from my account right away then they can return it right away.

I went into the store to buy some touch-up paint for my truck, and the man who greeted me asked how he could help immediately upon my entry. I informed him I was looking for auto paint, and he referred me to the woman with whom I could speak about it. She was on the phone and I patiently waited, after which she finished the call with the customer and turned her full attention to me. I gave her some basic information and she pointed out the paint to me. The only downside was that it wasn't in stock, but she said she could have it there the next day and apologized, even telling me that I didn't have to pay for it for her to order it, in case I found it cheaper elsewhere. I work in retail, so such honesty is greatly appreciated. They will receive all of my automotive business in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them.
