Terrible hours, pretty high prices, and I've never had as many mildly unpleasant conversations with junkyard staff as I've had here. My least favorite big junkyard I've ever been to, and I've spent a lot of time in a lot of yards.

The staff in Winston Salem are exceptional, extremely polite, and very efficient. I’ve never left without finding exactly what I need because of how extensive their inventory is. The pricing is very reasonable and has helped my broke butt. Take my Jeep from being a lawn ornament to Roadworthy.

I was looking for a factory radio for my jeep with CD and was told on the phone that they had two. Upon arrival, I was told that they had one with CD, but 6 others without. They give me a list of all of the jeeps in their yard. They changed $2 just to go into the yard. I found 3 of the jeeps on the list and none had radios. I looked for the rest of the jeeps and they were not where they were supposed to be. Be Aware. They have No idea what parts are still on the cars that they have. I guess the $2 is to make sure they make some money in case they don't have the parts.

Driver was very rude. He wanted me to use my vehicle to pull a vehicle that I sold to the company, out of my driveway. When I didn't do it his satisfaction, he became agitated. I'm not supposed to have to do any their work for them while one of their employees supervises. If the man with no hair and an attitude shows up, send him on.

The Price when we called was one thing then when we bought the part, the price was higher. We had someone else call. Write that minute while we were there and again We’re quoted a lower price and when I brought this to the attention of the manager, it made no difference very unhappy Very unprofessional

It would be nice if you could get a live person when you call or at the very least a callback when you leave a msg about a vehicle you need to dispose of. It would seem to their advantage to return calls that will result in money in THEIR pocket. I also find it unprofessional that they aren't replying on here to any reviews....good or bad. Hmmm..maybe they don't even read them!

Definitely feels like the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down a bit over the years, but all in all it’s still my favorite place to go for parts because of how clean the yard is

After paying $2 entrance fee and telling me their parts match my vehiclle ( it didn't) they are more expensive then eBay. This place is truly a Junk Yard. Go and find a better place.

This place operates with integrity. There parts are priced fairly. Sara was very helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely deserves a long paid vacation. I had an amazing experience and will buy all my auto parts here from now on.

I went there with my son a couple of weeks ago looking for a dome light. We found what we thought would work and took it to their building. They normally do not walk out with you to make sure the part works, however my son left foot was in a cast from surgery and was having to walk everywhere we went. Rob agreed to come outside and watched as we installed the light. He was very accommodating and my son also bought a battery while he was there for a different vehicle and it still cranks fine. We both appreciated his help.

Front counter staff was very helpful in trying to get me to the car and part i needed. Showed me where to go and was very nice. Prices are very acceptable for a used parts yard. There selection is fairly wide and they do a great job at keeping new cars on the yard to get parts off of.

Worst experience in all the times I’ve went up here. Due to a rude employee all around due to waiting on someone in the parking lot then employee got mad just bc we wanted to look and not having tools and was completely disrespectful older dude with a nasty un groomed beard honestly worst experience in the past 3 years

I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and I asked for help pulling the part and was told "no we don't do that here, we don't even have tools. You are going to have to bring someone with you that can pull the parts". So, it appears as this business only caters to the able bodied person. Be damned if you're disabled they don't care and refuse to assist me! 22 years I served in the Army and this is is a slap in the face. This is ridiculous work practice.

Bad experience at the $75 all you can carry. Forgot a drain hose in my wheel barrow when I carried everything across. At this point I have already carried everything a not so nice employee felt the need to rummage through my tools and take my drain hose. I was willing to re carry everything but instead he threw it in the trash!!!! Very sketchy place!!!

Called and set up a time for someone to come out and pick up a car, was given a window of 12-3 the next day. No one ever called or showed up, called and couldn't get in touch with anyone and left 3 voicemails, none were returned.

Pulled a kicker amp and radio out of a car yesterday and when I got to the front realized I forgot my wallet, set the stuff behind the desk next to that plastic cart that sits behind heir counter behind the door and the girl behind the counter said she would hold it for me. Didn’t make it back yesterday in time but I called first thing this morning and made sure parts were where I left them ( wiring for amp, an alpine radio and a kicker amp). Two separate employees told me and my wife they were still there and I told them I would be there in ten minutes only to arrive and the amp not be there (wiring and alpine radio were), when I asked where the amp the girl shrugged me off and couldn’t even look me in the eye. I go to walk out and she says “so you don’t want the other stuff?” Why would I want wiring and no amp? I’m pretty sure one of the employees snagged it after I called to check on it. Live and learn but they don’t care about customer service.

Upon arrival, I was directed to 3 possible matches to the part I needed. I located and remove the part very quickly. The whole process was very efficient and staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again for hard to find parts at a very reasonable price.

They tell you when you call that they have the year vehicle that you are looking for parts for. But will not tell you if they have a particular part. Said I would have to drive all the way there and look and see if the part that I was looking for was on the vehicle that I had pull off of it myself. So they want me to drive for 1 and 1/2 hours just to see if it is on it. Said they don't confirm if they have the part or if it is any good. The customer service just needs to be handled ALOT BETTER.

Service was great; thank you Cathy and Presley (I think. This young lady was super friendly and helpful checking us in. Cathy made sure we took advantage of the $75 All You Can Carry special, saved us a bunch). Thank you all!!

I've been here in Winston for 12 years. I've been to this junkyard maybe 5 times that whole time. First few time experience was great cheap price and friendly people, I came in today to get a reservoir for a clutch cylinder off of a 99 civic. I pulled it with my own tools in this cold weather not complaining about that but whats outrageous is the prices that little reservoir cost me 16 dollars. I called ahead of time about 4 days before I came here and the guy told me 7 dollars for it. Pull a part on the north side has it for 8 dollars. Why didn't I go there? Because I was running late. 109 is such a rip off. Not to mention as soon as I walked in they all looked at me as if they were better then me all because I'm Hispanic i came in with the part I pulled and they said " uno momento". 1. I speak prefect English 2. I was born here so I'm a citizen 3. I'm a veteran show me some respect dont assume i dont know English.
