I've been going t6 109 for a very long time and spent thousands of dollars there who knows how much, a lot. Recently I lost almost all use of my lett arm and cannot walk but about 30 feet at a time. Anyway.... My truck shredded its tire out of nowhere so I went to 109 to get one after about killing myself walking around out there I finally found a tire that would work on the vehicle I tried to break it loose if everything I had I couldn't get anybody to help me in an adult closing time and I got charged $45 for a little headphone plug and a little plastic trim piece

109 U-Pull It is great! There is a huge variety of parts & vehicles. We were amazed by how organized it is, makes it so easy to find what you need. Service was great; thank you Cathy and Presley (I think. This young lady was super friendly and helpful checking us in. Cathy made sure we took advantage of the $75 All You Can Carry special, saved us a bunch). Thank you all!!

I've been here in Winston for 12 years. I've been to this junkyard maybe 5 times that whole time. First few time experience was great cheap price and friendly people, I came in today to get a reservoir for a clutch cylinder off of a 99 civic. I pulled it with my own tools in this cold weather not complaining about that but whats outrageous is the prices that little reservoir cost me 16 dollars. I called ahead of time about 4 days before I came here and the guy told me 7 dollars for it. Pull a part on the north side has it for 8 dollars. Why didn't I go there? Because I was running late. 109 is such a rip off. Not to mention as soon as I walked in they all looked at me as if they were better then me all because I'm Hispanic i came in with the part I pulled and they said " uno momento". 1. I speak prefect English 2. I was born here so I'm a citizen 3. I'm a veteran show me some respect dont assume i dont know English.

I have been coming to 109 u pullit overs 20 years... .. in the last 6 months almost every week... Workers are very helpful.. The manager ( katy)...VERY PROFESSIONAL...REAL LEADER.. ALWAYS GO TO DETAILS WITH CLIENT ABOUT THERE NEED...MANY TIMES AFTER PULLING PARTS I FORGET MY TOOLS BAG....ALWAYS AT FRONT MYVNEXT VISIT...IN THE LOST AND FOUND.. WILL RECOMMEND 109 u pullit..

I appreciate 109 pull apart so much. Parts was available and Kathy at the front desk explained to me how to navigate through the yard plus allowed me to borrow a tool I forgot to bring..thanks Kathy

they started charging a 2 dollar entry fee for some reason. i believe they have the good prices for most used parts. the cool thing about them is that you tell them what car you are working on and they will give you a paper with the row number and even tell you what models and what year work with your particular vehicle. i thought that was genius. they also provide a limited number of wheel barrels and push carts so make sure you go during a not so busy day, another cool part is they have bilingual people working up front for the spanish homies. great job guys!

This place is AWESOME!! CALLED TALKED TO Chris he told me what ,to do ,when i got there spoke with him he guided me on what to do and where the trucks was located and how to use their system ,grabbed a wheelbarrow and took off ,and the young lady that checked me out was very friendly and helpful also I WILL GO BACK I recommend them..I purchased a heater motor and door rubbers ,signal light switch, and battery cable for around 50 dollars ...thanks again

I have called several times and left messages to get a quote on selling my car. No one has ever called back. I tried calling the operator to have my request handled and their voicemail was full and couldn't leave a message.

Called and spoke to a lady, and she told me that they have three cars there that match the description of what I was looking for. No one would go on the lot to see if the parts were still on the car. I am not going to drive an hour and a half if I don't know that they have the parts. This is absolutely horrible customer service.

Really enjoy how they have everything setup on the yard. Always has the parts i need. My only issue is.... The website still says they can pull a part for u. But apparently they havnt done that in years. :/

It's sad you have to explain what the part is to employees they didn't know what a distributor was and the price was not as quoted over the phone and was more than a new one by $20

Good deals on used auto parts! they will buy your scrap metal items, or your junk cars

Very pleased with my experience here. Wide variety of vehicles, fairly well organized lot with rows easy to identify. Inventory is online but you can call them to confirm vehicles on the lot. They can sometimes be a bit difficult to reach on the phone, but just keep trying. I do wish they posted the price of common parts online or had a list available when you enter the check in area. A lot of salvage yards do this so you know what you'll pay ahead of time. I pulled a couple steering wheels and called them while I was on the lot. They looked up the price for me easy enough though before I made the trek into the building. Check in and out is easy as well. $2 entrance fee is in line with other yards, so I think it's fair given their selection. My only complaint is that I felt some vehicles are not mounted as safely as they could be. Most vehicles are lifted onto old wheels and welded on the four corners (perfect). Two vehicles I worked on were oddly only welded at three awkward points and the vehicle was on a slant. I didn't feel that was entirely safe. So do be careful on how you work on some of these cars. But overall, this seemed to be the exception. Mosts cars were securely mounted. I would definitely use this yard again if I have the need for it.

Was there on behalf of a business, and upon entering was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Amy. She was very helpful during my visit, and went out of her way to find a tool I had left there by accident after leaving. Amy, you saved me well over $100 and you provided customer service you won't find at any other junkyard! My boss was very pleased to hear you guys provided such great customer service and I know I will be there again at some point whether for personal or business related reasons. Thanks again!

Best junkyard in the triad customer friendly staff easy to find parts breathable atmosphere good pricing not like others that have a cop standing in the doorway ,turning your tool box upsidedown to mark a washer or bolt that's in there and this happens going in and coming out a real hassle . 109 u pull it ,a peaceful place to find the parts you need for the job .

2 bucks to get in. Lots of vehicles. They don't have everything, but they do have a lot. Great system for letting you know where vehicles are. Never could get them to answer phone though. Fun enough just looking around and discovering...better if you find what you need.

My first pull a part experience, but I found everyone friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walking around the lot and looking at the various wrecked cars. I found the parts I needed and the prices were very reasonable. Well worth the $2 entry fee...

I went to this place for the 2nd time and have this to say now. Just like the first visit I was going to use my bike on the lot to get around. I am very handicapped and use my bike to go anywhere that requires me to walk. I don't want to use a wheelchair or crutches. I can't understand what the problem is with my using my bike. What difference does it make whether I have a bike, wheelchair or anything else that doesn't affect anyone? The place was not busy so I can't i don't understand what the problem was with my using my bike I don't recommend this place. Run by ignorant folks.

No online inventory but good luck getting some to pick up the phone. Therefore, you’ll just have to drive down and check if they have the vehicle you need. Most of the time they won’t because most cars are just junk that has been sitting there for years. Don’t waste your time or money getting parts from this junk yard.

First I called a day ahead to see if they had the part for the car I needed they said yes we have a few. Went the next day and had a disrespectful, unprofessional woman try to assist me and ended up purchasing the wrong part. Called again and went up there to look again for the correct part and see if I could find another way to get the part and or get a refund and the gentlemen started to repeat over and over my situation only to say ohhh all I can do is give you a credit and the lady that helped me state that she didnt help me until she saw the reciept. Would not recommend. And a store credit is for sell to anyone if needed. Totally unpleasant with my experience and would not go back again.
