I wanted to thank all over Towing or responding as quick as they did. It's hard to get stranded on the side of the road and somebody's driveway you don't even know who they are but the battery was dead everything shut down. Definitely five star rating for their service attention to the situation.
My truck broke down on I40 and All Over Towing showed up around the time told to me. The tow truck operator was Ben. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had my truck ready to tow in a short amount of time considering it was cold (about 40 degrees) and pooring rain. Ben disconnected the drive shaft in the mud, didn't break any bolts and was not cursing and carrying on like I had expected. He came out from under the truck soke & wet but still pleasant to talk to. The inside of Ben's truck was immaculate! You eat off the floor! No dust or dirt at all and it even smelled nice.
A pleasant change from a previous tow where the operator complained constantly about the difficulty he had disconnecting the drive shaft on a warm sunny day.
I was not have a good day but Ben made it a little better with his easy going attitude. He's a great ambassador for the company.
Kayla was very helpful, I texted her pictures of my vehicle and where it was stuck. She had a driver out with 90 minutes. Driver was great and quickly got the vehicle moved.
I was really in a pickle & they made me a sandwich! Lol jk On a real note he did a great job getting my car out of the snow & mud! & made sure to be very careful with my car I really appreciate that! & the staff at the storage station worked with me & were very nice! Thank you guys again & I highly recommend using their towing services!
If you can find somebody else to tow your vehicle or your 18-wheeler then I suggest you do so! They are ripoff artists this guy told me $200 initially to pull my truck downhill then he jumped up to $1,000 half of my drive wheels are just barely off the road and spinning in the mud not even a big job and he told me it was $1,000 just to come out I told him politely to have a great day! If you can find somebody else to do your job I suggest not using these guys he didn't even look at the job before he told me it was $1,000 straight scam artist
Geico sent the vulnerable out. They were some nasty people when your company came out. They were very respectful helpful and they started my car with no problem and I think y’all so much good service.

I was in Greensboro for a work conference just after an ice storm. All Over Towing was the 3rd towing company that was FINALLY able to assist me with getting my car to a safe location. They were kind, understanding, polite, friendly- I wish I could come up with more adjectives. Aaron Holcomb was my end “tow & delivery driver” and his communication was ON POINT. I will be forever grateful for their assistance in a situation that had me feeling overwhelmed and beyond stressed. Y’all are amazing people!
They’re great, I always book there to drop my trailer whenever I’m on home time and there’s never any issue but if it is Alex the customer service rep is there to solve it swiftly! And there tow guys know exactly what their doing as well. 10/10 recommend

The driver went above and beyond. I had a tire blow out on me and the driver who changed my tire made sure that I made it to the gas station to put more air in the donut tire that was put on. Thank you for the service provided to me. I would recommend All Over Towing to anyone.
Very good experience from the first call to the tow. The person I spoke to about getting a tow was so kind, during a stressful time. The tow truck driver arrived on time and was very nice, knowledgable and quick. The price was quite reasonable too. I will def. keep them in mind, in case I ever need a tow again. I highly recommend them.
To have a wrecker show up on a Sunday morning in a little less than an hour to drag a mini bus is beyond 5 stars worth. Personable driver for pickup, service with a smile kinda thing. 100% would use again in the future. Price was spot on as well for expectations. Keep up the good work yall!
My car would not start this morning and I assumed it was the starter. I called All Over Towing at 6:46am and by 7:02am a technician was there on the scene. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff from the person who answered the phone & took the request to the technician that arrived. Turns out it was my battery. I received a jump and was sent on my way. A professional experience from dispatch to completion. They arrived quickly to change a tire for our daughter after she couldn't find her jack. Price was reasonable and service was great! They had her back on the road within 40 minutes of the original phone call. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Excellent service. I was in a real bind and they answered my call right away. I was quoted an hour to arrive and the tiw truck was there in under 30 minutes to get me to the repair shop. The process couldn't have been faster or easier. I will definitely call All Over Towing again in the future.

Had vehicle transported to my BMW service center - Greensboro to Winston-Salem. The service center recommended All Over Towing.
Driver and assistant/trainee were great. Friendly, helpful, and patient. Greatly enjoyed my conversations with them while driving to Winston. (It turns out it really is a small world as we discovered overseas connections and similar experiences.)
I appreciated that both had prior military service - it says a lot about a company that employs veterans.
Most importantly, care was taken as my car was loaded, transported, and dropped off at the service center.
I hoping to not use them again but, if needed, my first phone call will be to All Over Towing.
I broke down on the side of 52 today in Winston Salem. After finally getting through to GEICO, they were able to dispatch towing and it was All Over Towing. They were on site within 20 minutes of being dispatched and got me right off the highway and home safely. The gentleman that helped me was professional and super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again should I ever need roadside assistance!
All Over Towing done great job for my company on 11-8-2025 when we had a fuel hauler go down and needed to off load fuel at their next stop. You guys driver Ben super nice guy towed our driver to his next stop to off load their fuel and then towed our truck with the tanker trailer back to our shop from Blacksburg VA all the way to Greensboro NC. I helped Ben unhook and talked to him for a bit and Ben talked about being with you guys for long time towing. Ben went above and beyond came back by shop following week dropped off hat and shirt to me. He loves what he does I can see he has the tow life in his heart. Thank you guys for all the hard work and my hat goes off to Ben for a awesome job he does everyday.
Needed emergency tow after our car hydroplaned and hit barrier on interstate. 1am in pouring rain...After searching many local options for towing. Called All Over Towing. Dispatcher Alex was great. Gave me estimate for local tow (priced very reasonable) with time frame and instructions. Good communication from driver when vehicle picked up as well. They did what I needed, when I needed.
My dads truck broke down at night about an hour from home. I called a few towing companies in the area, but most said they couldn’t help because it was a weekend night and told me to call back in the morning. Thankfully, one of them recommended All Over Towing.

I had to get my car towed to my preferred mechanic. I couldn't stay with the car, but they took care of it and delivered it right where I needed it. Payment of the service was quick and easy. The woman who talked me through the setup process was very friendly and calming. Will use again in the future!
We were out of town, approximately 45 minutes away. Very shortly after I called i got a text from the owner that said " on the road heading your way". The owner himself came out to pick up my vehicle. Super friendly guy! He knew we were trying to help family and he said " I've got this, you go ahead and do what you need to do". He got it secured and took it to my house. It was there waiting on me when we finally got home! Thanks again!!!
The operator knew exactly how to get my car unstuck from where it was. Zero damaged my car, friendly service, kindness, just everything you want when you’re in a vulnerable situation. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
Ben and Jorge are experts. They know and practice safety in a very dangerous profession and take care of you and your vehicles like they are gold. They were out at 3:20 AM, up at the top of a dangerous mountain, and working during a tornado watch to get me and the truck and trailer safely to a shop. They were both my heros. They are very personable and professional and they put me at ease about the situation. Thank you so much AOT!
Seriously, thank you so much for getting me off the side of Hwy 40! What a terrible feeling to have a flat tire during rush hour. From the moment I called All Over Towing to the moment my car was back in town at the tire shop was 50 mins flat. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Aaron was friendly and super quick getting us off the side of the road.
