O'Reilly Auto parts was very helpful with wipers for my Equinox. They were very cordial and acted like they appreciated my business. They are in Clemmons and the best!
I was turned away at auto zone because they couldn’t change my battery. I really need a battery ASAP! I decided to try O’Reillys and Connor hooked me up right away! I had a few options of different batteries I could get and he explained them all to me, and helped me pick the best one for me. I will definitely be coming back!
Ask for Wes! He is very helpful with recommendations and even walks you to the aisle to show you the products he recommends. Hands down the best customer service at an auto parts store. Kudos to you for hiring staff that is all about service. Thank you Wes, your competitors can learn from your great service.

Cons - if a customer talk to another customer such as being socially talking about our day .why would a (employee) going to ask if we are (arguing). This sounds more like click bait and feels unsafe due to being racially profiled.
Good selection of on-hand parts and a seemingly endless supply of parts available to order. Biggest complaint is the lack of employees at the counter and hold times if someone eventually answers the phone.
I almost always get what I need. Immediately. ...later the same day is the longest I've waited for a part
Good people here...they can find what you need and if they don't have it in the store they track it down. Great bunch that are easy to talk to and they are all friendly.just ask for Boscoe!

I had a great experience at O'Reillys auto.. Justin was very helpful. I don't suggest you go to auto zone or advance...they don't know what there talking about..and was very rude ..
Excellent customer service! Keeps me coming back to O'Reilly vs other major competitors. I'm always impressed by the knowledge of the staff and expertise is top notch. The install of my wiper blades was quick, easy, and affordable. Justin went above and beyond to provide the best possible service and to double check the fitment of the high quality Bosch blade. Highly recommend!
Usually have what you want....good service! Today these folks made my day.....they were able to get me a part for my car that even the dealership didn't have and couldn't get!! They are my heroes for sure especially Justin!! He is great and is a great customer service rep for this store in Clemmons. A big thank you for all their help!!

When I have my wife stop on her way home from work to pick up parts or supplies for me at this particular O’Reilly’s why do they charge her 25% more than they charge me for the same item when I go in the store or to another O’Reilly’s store? Very frustrating. I buy 80% of my parts at the O’Reilly’s in Mocksville and I don’t have that same problem there. The guys at Mocksville will do all they can to help a customer. Thats not what I’ve experienced at this particular store. They don’t seem interested in explaining to you the different options they have for the same application. I get the feeling they’re only interested in selling me the most expensive alternator (or any other part) they have, taking my money and getting me out the door and out of their hair. It’s 2022 guys but still a little old fashion helpfulness and attitude goes far. And I’ll repeat, don’t have a woman stop to pick up anything here unless you call first, let them know exactly what you need and find out the price they’ll charge her. I’m not someone who needs petted and I usually leave good reviews. I hate leaving any negative comment for anyone but this one is heartfelt and reflects my true experience every time I’ve dealt with this particular store. I’m not obligated to give you my business. I’ll continue to be an O’Reilly’s customer but it will be at a different store where I feel my business is appreciated and not taken for granted.
O'Reilly auto parts is a good auto parts store with reasonable prices. I bought an air conditioning door actuator six months ago. It went out today. I went to the store and Wes did a warranty exchange. Good to shop at a store that stands behind their warranty. Great customer service. I will definitely continue to shop at O'Reilys!! Thanks for the great service!!
First and last place I will buy car parts from this day forward. Sara and Jacob are prime examples of exactly how to establish customer loyalty. Both were genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without some type of fake and forced retail act.
I went in to buy a lightbulb, and very quickly decided to spend $100 on other things instead of ordering online.
5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for how well I was treated today.
Fast friendly service. Great customer service, knowledgable staff. Bought a battery for a truck, given several options and prices. Got battery installed quickly, less time spent wasting time.

Awesome customer service! My dad ordered a part with Andy and I picked it up today from the same associate. He was very polite and helpful! Always nice to recieve above and beyond customer service. The other associate working with him was awesome as well though I didnt catch his name. Wish I would've to give him recognition as well!

Fantastik Auto parts and auto accessories store right off Lewisville clemmons road in Clemmons. Very friendly staff. Love their prices on wiper blades and batteries.
The techs are very willing but usually spread pretty thin. Inventory is good but could be better.
Totally love their tool borrow program. Who wants to buy a $100+ torque wrench that you use once a year?
Also very much appreciate the everyday 10% discount for vets.
Stood in line and waited my turn. As soon as I started asking about the parts I needed, assistant manager answered the phone and didn’t even let me finish. There are several other auto parts stores. I guess if you call you get first class treatment!

Come here for all your automotive needs. Whether it's windshield wipers or a battery they will install it free for you. Thank you from the ladies. I had to order a complete new tail light with casing and all. They removed the old one which took a special tool and mounted the new one for me. The staff are professional and friendly. They are great at explaining everything to you while educating you about your car. Well stocked and clean. It's definitely a cut above the rest.
