They “broke” my bumper off during a tow and don’t want to help me because I had accident damage on my front bumper prior to service. My bumper is hanging off now.
I have used Ultimate Towing several times and have always found the staff to be very courteous and helpful, the wrecker driver is excellent, not only in the every day towing but also knowledgeable in how to hook up to many seemingly impossible to do but he does it without damaging vehicles. These guys get the job done. Sorry to say I've had to call on them 2 times in the last month and each time they have responded with in a hour each time, so you can't go wrong calling on them when your having trouble. They also have some nice trucks...
I use ultimate towing for most of my moves. We move large equipment over 50,000 pounds across state lines frequently. They've always been on time and no issues. They communicate great each time, Bobby the owner has reached out to me more than once to ensure his people are doing a great job each time. Hannah and Jess are awesome at what they do in scheduling everything from machines to broke down trucks, Kevin and Tim the drivers haven't failed me yet, and the equipment side run by Jason have been awesome as well for our porto-johns, dumpsters, and equipment rentals. After more than a year of a working relationship with this team, my company looks forward to continuing it.
