These guys did an awesome job with my project. Very knowledgeable and prepared for a difficult tow. They helped me get an non-running backhoe (about 15k lbs) on a trailer and made it look easy. Highly recommend!

Awesome service. Got my truck stuck in my own yard and tow truck driver came out at 7:30pm and got it unstuck. Very friendly and very knowledgeable driver. 5/5 to the driver for coming out past closing and helping me get unstuck. If you have to have towing OR/AND recovery, piedmont towing is the way to go!!!

Tow for less than a mile was $100 I payed close to that price in Rockingham to go 15 miles! Other than being overpriced the fellow was knowledgeable of his job though he wasn’t very professional after making us wait 1hour and a half, he found the need to make the process slower by texting on his phone pausing the tow 3 times.
Donny arrived within a hour and quickly towed my Jeep to Express Oil. Donny was quick and professional. If I have another issue I will call on Piedmont Towing.

Needed a tow on a Saturday, expecting an all day event to get a truck on site and much to my surprise, the Driver showed up within an hour! Super friendly and professional and without issue loaded my vehicle and professionally used 4 tire straps to secure it on the tow bed. Verified payment and the tow to address and off he went. Great experience considering the circumstance of needing a tow! Price was very reasonable aswell! Thanks again ?

Was stuck on the interstate in a storm extremely pregnant with twins, called another company and they made me cry with so many questions, called Piedmont Towing and they were so nice, quick, and affordable. You never want to have to call a tow truck, but should the need arise, I would definitely call these guys. Gregory arrived quicker than I anticipated and took excellent care of my vehicle under less than pleasant conditions (it was raining this morning). It was obvious Gregory knew what he was doing. He quickly assessed the situation and had my vehicle loaded up and off to the repair shop.
They were great! Very friendly and polite employee who came to help me, I wish I’d gotten his name. He was asking about my car and was very cooperative and kind and helpful. The only issue was that there was a bit of a long wait time, about 45 minutes to one hour, but they were busy and they had to come from Advance to clemmons so that might be why. They’re the cheapest around and they did a great job, seriously y’all! I was pretty nervous throughout the situation but they were awesome. I’ll definitely call y’all again if I need help! :)
Terrible company and service. They towed my car to the body shop after being rear ended. In the process they damaged my FRONT END! Their insurance company still has not paid for the damage! Use Joe’s Tow if you really need one.
My Son slid off of an on ramp and down a very steep embankment off of highway 421. Pete came out and it was not going to be an easy job to do. A WS Police Officer had to arrive to stop traffic. Pete was very patient since we had to wait for the Officer to get to the scene. My son Joshua and myself appreciated Pete’s positive attitude and the excellent job he did getting the truck back on the road.
