I’ve been calling this place for two days and no one has answered the phone. Both days it says that it’s open but yet no one will answer and when I go by there closed. You shouldn’t say that you’re open when you’re not. Very disappointed in the NO service I received.
These guys are the best! Always willing to help and quick service as well. I've been dealing with them over 5 years now, if they don't have it, they'll point you in the right direction.
I've called twice about a window regulator for my vehicle and have gotten two different prices on it I'm not real sure about this place when I go pick up the regulator employee told me they didn't have it I left called back they had one another price was given
Make sure you need any specific part before purchasing. They will not give money back even if you don't need the part. They don't have a NO REFUND sign. now you know not to waste your gas even trying.

I appreciate your apology which was ironically sent on the same day I called about a part that I know for certain I need from a car you guys said you didn't have at all or you guys don't have anymore, I'll just assume the last option. It's fine I can spend my money elsewhere but I could not help but notice the same day that I call about a part you finally respond to my review from a month ago but I'll just assume you didn't know. No hard feelings but if I feel a certain way I will say something about it. You'll still have customers at the end of the day just not this one.
It is so nice to go to a place and find pure honesty my husband went to him thinking he needed an alternator and was shown that he simply needed a battery they lent him the tools to put it in and helped him get home soon to me thank you so much and congratulations on your new engagement
They help me all the way finding the part that I was looking for. Very friendly staff and also cheap on price. Did I mentioned that the guy who help me in my purchase gives me a free water bottle. I bough a comple rear axle for a 2007 Chevy HHR here for $150 vs the $215 at 109 u-pull it so at the end I save $50! And they pull the part out for me at $0.00 cost!. I highly recommend Central Auto Salvage at Thomasville,NC.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the prices are better than reasonable. I was surprised to get such a good service from an auto salvage company, and I’ve been to several. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend this place to other people.

Had to return a part and the 2 gentlemen that was there were willing to accommodate with us switching the part out. We will definitely be returning to do more business there.
