I ordered door panels for my truck and they were the wrong color so I sent them back. Here’s where it gets dicey I did the return on eBay and everything was automated well I sent the two door panels back in the same box that they came to me in. Well eBay wanted them in 2 separate boxes. They only partially refunded me for one. So I sent my evidence to them and explained what happened they didn’t care. Denied. Then I opened an appeal it was also denied. So I messaged the seller and he was extremely nice and helpful and refunded me outside of eBay. He went out of his way to make sure I got my refund that eBay tried to screw me out of. 5 stars from me! There are still good people in the world that will try to do what’s right. He could’ve easily said no but he didn’t. Will order from them again when I need something just won’t go through eBay lol. Thanks so much
I bought this engine from them and they told me it had issues which is the reason for the discounted price which was fine , but we thought it was a 5.3 Chevy engine turned out to be a 4.8 ,,, I called and he immediately offered me my money back or if had any other idea to let him know , so just we agreed just to discount the motor a little more and give me some money back but keep the motor which was very and we’re both happy

Came and got a fender and bumper for my Yukon great group of guys helped with everything I needed and gave me a great price on my parts, recommend over everywhere else they don’t try to pull and arm and a leg and they are very quick!!!
Ben has been great to work with, needed a 6.0 vortec and 4180e transmission. It came with a warranty, the transmission has given me some issues and Ben has done everything to make it right. Great group of guys to deal with, highly recommend.
I highly recommend this parts company/junkyard. They say what they gonna do and sell you the right parts with a good warranty. Instead of arguing with customers about parts they will just refund your money back or give you a different part If you are looking to get any parts from a junkyard, don’t go anywhere else.
Ben and his brother were great to deal with purchased a used Duramax engine and everything worked perfectly. They made the swap easy no wires where cut and no shortcuts where made when they remove the engine. Would definitely recommend doing business with these guys!
