My car had a flat tire and AAA towed my car to Riviera Tire. I found the owner very friendly, my car was ready when he said it would be and it was a fair price for the used tire. I would definitely recommend this place for your car!

I worked in a used car lot and know my way around a car.
I was a service manager and did the first inspection on all new to us cars.
From there they went to one of my mechanics to repair or out on the lot.
I was impressed with his knowledge and experience.
Very rude I called nobody picked up so I moved on to find somewhere else that had a tire. Well he calls back and before I say anything yells why didn’t you leave a voicemail and hangs up
On the start of our trip home from OBX, one of our tires started to lose air fast. Luckily, we were able to pull into Riviera Tire just before the tire went completely flat. The shop staff were friendly and they were quick to come take a look. The tire had a pretty big hole and they were able to plug & patch it on the spot. We were in and out in under 1 hour and back on the road home. With 3 little kids in tow, this shop was our saving grace. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone local or any vacationers that happen to get stuck close to the area on their way home. Thanks again, Riviera Tire!
During this Pandemic my life has been incredibly hectic and stressful, I've been racing to get everything done in a day that needs to be done. It's almost like the folks at Riviera could read the panic in my voice today when I called with a flat tire. I am not exaggerating when I say they changed out that flat in ten minutes. Best pit crew on the east coast for this racing-through-life mom! Y'all saved my day! THANK YOU ???

I was lied to about pricing on tires. Was told one price and when i got there the price doubled and they were rude as hell every time i did business with them. Never again! I'll go to 252 tire from now on!
Hated it is exactly what happened, I missed an appointment 3 times because i am mentally and physically handicapped and i totally forgot so they refused me just because i did not buy there expensive tires and I cannot respect them anymore coming from a local person.....First the woman started yelling at me then some guy named Mark came on and continued yelling at me so if you need an alignment do not go here unless you spend a whole lot of money......These are my opinions and i am sticking too them....Ha Ha do not trust facebook reviews because both facebook and riviera are very corrupted due to most likely family problems, plus they hang up on you if your on the phone even if you do not understand
Had a front end alignment done and when I left a day later the car was pulling horribly to the right. I did not have $ to get it looked at but when I did, the mechanic stated that the control arm bushings were shot and that Riviera should of seen that when they did the front end alignment. They sent me down the road with bad bushings and we ruined a brand new set of tires because of it! Never take your car there for front end alignments! They should just stick to selling tires.
