Great repair shop. Went for an inspection today and they were very professional and got me in and out fast.

Just maintenance this visit. Great job as usual. Wilson Brothers in Grandy, NC is my "go to" for all of my automotive maintenance and mechanical needs. Highly recommend.

We picked up a screw in a tire on our way home from OBX vacation and were incredibly lucky to be near Wilson Bros! They took us right as they opened, patched, remounted, balanced, and even put the spare back in the trunk and re-packed all our vacation luggage! Very pleasant staff, super reasonable price. Above and beyond. Thank you!!

We had car trouble at the start of vacation. The staff at Wilson Brothers were extremely friendly, helpful and did a great job of fixing our car. They were also honest as they could have inflated the repairs needed, but told us it was a simple repair job and had our car back to us quickly. Wish they had a shop in our hometown!

We had alternator problems on our trip we made appointment for on our way home and they took care of it and were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter (18) was traveling home to VA from the beach, (the furthest she’d ever driven), when her car overheated a mile or so away from their shop. She had the same issue the night before and it appeared to be the thermostat, so a couple of friends replaced it in the parking lot of the auto parts store. We thought all was well, until the next day when it happened again. Turns out she needed a new radiator fan! I was getting ready to drive from Northern Virginia because I knew how nervous she must’ve felt, but Scott made her feel at ease, had her car repaired and had her back safely on the road quicker than we could’ve hoped for. This mom is forever thankful!

On the way home from the obx we went over a nail and our tire started to flatten quickly! I googled auto shop near us on the road and Wilson popped up! I read the other great reviews and how helpful they are so we stopped. The woman at the desk was so kind and we were back on the road in 14 mins! Thank you all! Highly recommend this shop!

I was a pain in the butt and asked them to try and take my warranty…they usually don’t but they called to get it set up anyway. They did the work they said for the price they said and slightly quicker than they thought it would be. I almost gave 4 stars because I asked them to put a multimeter on my throttle control sensor since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and they didn’t test it…so now I have to take it somewhere else and pay another diagnostic fee. All in all these guys do great work and communicate well.

Paul was very informative and let us know what was going on. This was an old truck that had been sitting for a year on the beach and we just wanted it fixed enough to pass inspection. He fixed a damaged wiring connection on the brake lights and It was done in a day. It was done so quickly we had to make arrangements to pick it up and pay for it, not expecting it to be done so fast. I highly recommend going here they did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Five Star Service... was down for the week playing golf with our golf group and was leaving one golf course headed to another and my buddy noticed his low tire pressure light showing 20lbs in left rear tire. Pulled into local gas station to put air in the tire and try to see if we could see anything in the tire! And yes we had a problem.. Wilson Brothers was recommended by someone pumping gas and over heard our conversation. Made the short trip down to Wilson Brothers, explained what we found and they had us back on the road in less than 10 mins... Yes we made our tee time... What can be worse than your car breaking down, full of stuff, on your way to the beach for a vacation? Not much! But that's what happened to us recently. Our insurance company contacted the nearest tow company and the car was taken to Wilson Brothers...and I'm glad it was! As this happened on a weekend, we left the keys in a drop box but first thing Monday morning, we got a call asking for details. Scott listened, was upfront about their timetable but assured me he'd do all he could to at least get me a diagnosis, which I appreciated. During the week, we were in constant contact about what was wrong with the car, solutions to solve our problems given we were only in town for a week, and how Wilson Brothers could help. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! When we determined the car wasn't salvageable, Scott even worked with me about towing to Carmax to sell my hunk of junk some 200 miles away. All in all, I got an incredible partner in helping me work out a terrible situation and a company, and staff, that went above and beyond to serve us when they didn't need to. I can't say enough great things about Wilson Brothers and highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

One of the best auto shops I've ever done business with. They accommodated me when they didn't have to and we're extremely gracious about it as well. Not only that, my wait time was minimal. I found my auto shop for future work.

Friendly and fast service. They took care of my punctured tire really quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. Would definitely recommend.

When I came to Wilson Bros I was treated like family. Scott walked me through the repair process and the cost before any repairs were done. Will definitely return in the future and reccomend them to family and friends!

The employees are professional and knowledgeable. Go above and beyond. Very happy with the work done on our Prius Hybrid. We will be sure to contact them when our vehicles need servicing. We brought a dozen donuts for their enjoyment.

We were just starting a 10 hour road trip when we had some car troubles. We stopped by Wilson Bros per a local recommendation and the service tech was exceptionally helpful. They checked us out and gave us guidance in getting home safely. Never expected service like that without an appointment! We can't thank them enough for their help!

Amazing and very helpful mechanics. I was on my way to Roanoke Island. My car's one of front tires almost ran out of air. The nearby gas stations air pump wasn't working properly. I stopped by their shop. They were closed but helped me out on getting the air for all the tires. Also, I got to see the workshop where they were working on cars. They care about what they do and that's great. I am very thankful for the help and information I got.

I have a home in the Carova, so needed my Suburban for obvious reasons. The engine light came on while we were here and I was worried about it dying on the beach with the tide coming in. Paul got me in immediately, ordered the parts, fixed the problem, and got me back on the road in time to get back to Carova before dark. I could not be happier.

My family and I were traveling from Delaware and coming to the Outer Banks for our first time when our vehicle suddenly became disabled because the alternator had failed which caused us to be stranded. A great local guy named Ronald who we asked for a recommendation called Paul and he was there with a flatbed in about 15 minutes. Less than two hours later Paul and his team were calling to say our vehicle had been repaired and was ready to go! This service was exceptional and his prices were very reasonable and fair!! Wish I could give ten stars!!!

My car had a ground fuse issue and when I came to pick it up they charged me 400 dollars, after they said they did it at a 'discount'. In what way is that a discount? On the other hand he was extremely rude and made it sound like he was doing me a favor for charging me 'at a discounted rate'. I used to bring all of my cars here but not anymore. If you enjoy being 'discounted' and paying loads of money then come here and enjoy being ripped off!

Highly Recommend!!! We had an emergency on our way home to NY from OBX our water pump went. I called this shop - they offered a very reasonably priced tow and fixed the truck quickly! Saved the day & we are back on the road - couldn’t ask for a better solution to what we thought was going to be a nightmare!!

We just came down from northern VA for our annual OBX vacation upon stopping the truck started to leak a massive amount of fluid, the radiator was cracked. I'm a mechanic and could have fixed it if I had my tools. To my dismay I researched local mechanics and came along Wilson Brothers, I'm so glad I selected them. I thought it it would take a week at least to get the truck back, they returned it within 24 hours! You don't need to look any further these are the guys you want to hire, extremely reasonable pricing, knowledge, quick and friendly service! Thanks Wilson Brothers!

This is an honest, reputable repair shop. We were told that we needed a new transmission at a different repair place while on vacation in OBX; luckily, a friend referred us to Wilson Brothers, & J.R. told us we only needed our alternator replaced. My husband & I were 4 hours from home with our 19 month old twin boys & 15 year old son when our car had these issues, so I know we were easy pickings for an unscrupulous repair shop. We were so blessed to find Wilson Bros! These guys are trustworthy, knowledgeable & fair. :)
