Celebrating our 30th anniversary, we got stock on the beach. 😔 Chase thank you for helping us out. Chase explained everything he was doing and how much will it be before charging us. He also followed us until the car was safe to drive. Thank you, Chase for helping us and for the information.

Garbage company, would not identify himself nor his company demanded 275.00 only in cash. Very suspicious I'll make sure that receipt finds its way to the IRS as reported income. Bootee our car when the car was parked the same way in front of us. We were there all of 15 mins. Guy is not trustworthy will be calling his boss. Foodlions corporate headquarters. Will make sure I get my money back one was or another. The guys name is chase apparently from Beach towing. Most uneducated, un professional person I’ve ever dealt with.

Need air on the drive on beach, called and was willing to drive to us but we were close to drive to the place. And allowed to fill up our one tire. Super friendly.

While I didn’t require any towing services, I needed a few zip ties to button something up on my truck. Chase just happened to be at the gas station at the time so I figured I’d ask if he had any zip ties. Sure enough, he did. Super neighborly guys! Thanks!

Great service. CJ was a lifesaver and was very helpful. He got us out in less than 2 minutes! Would recommend him and this company to anyone who needs it on Corolla!

The transfer case linkage on my Jeep popped off and left us in neutral as we were leaving dinner. We called North Beach Recovery and Chase towed the Jeep back to his lot and taxied us back to our Air BnB, which was miles down the beach. The next morning, we caught a ride with Chase Jr., who drove us almost 45 minutes to our family's beach house on the other side of Corolla so we could still enjoy our vacation while the Jeep was down. In less than 24 hours, Chase had the Jeep fixed and we were back out riding on the beach. We are so thankful for North Beach Recovery! Chase and Chase Jr. are great people!

Basically we accidentally tossed some valuables and drove 12 hours home without realizing. We were trying to figure out if the items were still possibly in the trash and if we were, we could drive up and get it. We called around and no one could help us. We called here and they were more than willing to assist. Unfortunately the items were not there, but the fact that someone took the time to go drive out there, check, and call back means so much given the situation. If I'm back in OBX, drinks on us for all of ya'll that were willing to help. Thank you guys so much!

We needed a quart of oil on Carova and Chase helped us out! He was super responsive and prompt and got us just what we needed. We mentioned in passing we had been walking looking for horses (from a safe distance) and he even gave us a quick call after the oil pick-up to let us know where he saw a few just after we headed out, which was so thoughtful and shows his care for his community and home. Excellent and kind service, above and beyond! If we’re back on Carova and in need of auto help, we will reach out to North Beach Recovery and Chase again.

CJ was an angel sent to us tonight. Stuck on the other side of Corolla Beach, he pulls up to us and guides us all the way home to our beach house! Flooding was unbelievable and we thank Chase Jr tremendously =A+ number 1 young guy and the help he gave was beyond words appreciated!

Chase was quick to respond, polite, professional and very helpful with getting my truck over the dunes and to our house during storm conditions. He took extra time and showed me the best and safest route to go to avoid getting stuck. I would recommend him to everyone I know who needs help!

I can’t thank CJ enough for coming to our rescue! While at the air up station on a Sunday check-out day, our tire valve stem busted and air kept rushing out of the tire. CJ was there within 20 minutes of our call and was willing to not only deal with an EV SUV but took our tire back to the shop and repaired the tire valve stem so we didn’t have to limp home to DC on a spare tire. Amazing family-run business and we are so grateful to them ❤️

We locked our key in our truck at the food lion (battery died on the key). My husband was searching places close so we didn’t have to wait 2 hours for road side because we literally just bought 20lbs of fish from the seafood market that was locked in there. (ace hardware, fire station, or police station didn’t have anything/couldn’t help us) He called Chase, who was very polite, & said I’m actually 5 minutes away heading that way I’ll be right there. And he was super quick. Hopped out and right away shoved a book in my husband’s hands to sign. Then I asked the cost $350!!!!! We have a wedge unlock kit at home but we live 12 hours away & that didn’t even cost us $20! We said absolutely not, handed him his book he was pushing my husband to sign before barely saying hi & he jumped in his van & left. We honestly thought it would be $150 at most & we’re willing to pay that solely for convenience & our fish not to go bad. He said he would give us a deal if we handed him cash but we didn’t have cash & we were totally on 2 different wave lengths. While standing out there trying to figure out next steps we saw a worker to a random business step out of a work vehicle & asked if they had any recommendations or know where we could buy a lock out kit. & they confirmed our feelings by stating Chase is always up to his ways & over charging desperate people. They were even mind blown at the cost & called someone they knew to ask their suggestion and the person on the phone even stated. “chase is back to his ways”… if your in a desperate situation that needs help quick I would recommend calling but expect to be over charged big time!

Chase was wonderful! We rented (what we were told) was an AWD vehicle. We quickly found out that it was 2 wheel when we got stuck in the sand and needed to be towed. Chase was kind and informative. He went out of his way to document everything as to help us get reimbursed by the rental company. Great guy!

Chase helped me get my jeep out of the sand at 8:40pm, we thought we were stranded and had no idea what to do. He approached us and helped quickly without expecting anything. The best person I have come across while in OBX!

Chase and his team are “Top-Notch” and provided professional and quality service for my son during a busy time in Corolla! My son’s Jeep TJ overheated and cracked his radiator. We were able to drive it off the beach and take it to the North Beach Recovery lot. He gave us a fair price to tow it back to Chesapeake!!! We had no problem leaving the Jeep with him knowing that Chase and his team would take care of us and we were able to finish our vacation. His team delivered the Jeep to our home with no issues!!! My valve stem started leaking air after deflating my tires to drive on the beach. Chase hooked me up on a Sunday and had my valve stem replaced and tire ready to go quick. Very friendly and easy to communicate with I recommend him to everybody!

North Beach Recovery are definately the best. They are fast to respond, very knowledgeable and actually care about helping you. They go above and beyond. I actually broke something in my drive train. They got me off the beach, found a place for me to park until the next morning until the tow truck could arrive, I live out of state. Then drove me to my hotel. They went above and beyond. I cannot explain how much I appreciate what they did for me and my family.

We were on vacation and my Jeep got stuck driving to the rental house on the beach. Chase came and towed me out, gave us a place to park off the beach and a 4x4 rental to drive on the beach for the rest of our stay. Saved our vacation!

Chase was a lifesaver. It was my family’s first time to Corolla and we were not prepared to drive on beach. North Beach Recovery was recommended and rightly so. Chase met up with us within minutes of us reaching out to him transported us to our vacation rental, while doing so he gave us the lay of the land and a brief history of Corolla. He also provided us a loner 4x4 vehicle and valeted our non 4x4 vehicle for the duration of our stay. He was also available anytime we needed him throughout the trip. If you need towing or transportation in the outer banks area definitely call Chase at North Beach Recovery.

We got a flat tire in our rental while out to dinner in OBX. Our rental company was less than helpful, even AAA. When I called North Beach Recovery, they were very nice and let us know they could help us. Chase came fairly quickly and patched our tire in less than 15 mins. We are so thankful for Chase and his help!

We had an issue with our SUV on Easter Sunday. My wife contacted Chase and he was very responsive. We were able to bring our SUV to his place that same day, and he had it checked out and on our way in no time. We are happy to have discovered Chase and North Beach Towing. Would highly recommend if you need auto help.

Chase was fantastic. We needed transportation out of our 4x4 Beach rental. We had a large group with a lot of stuff. He was prompt, friendly and helped with loading and unloading all our stuff. I would definitely recommend North Beach Recovery and will definitely use them again if we stay in the 4x4 area.

We were going over the sand in Corolla and when we went over a few bumps, our battery bounced out of the housing and caused a fire in the vehicle. We got the fire out but needed tools to get the battery hooked back up and in place. CJ came to our resuce. CJ was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us and we were on our way in 10 mins. He led us out of the 4x4 area safely. We would highly recommend CJ and North Beach towing to everyone!

We got stuck right during the tornado warning, rain was strong, our Denali was just 2 WD, people tried to help us twice but no progress. I called a local tow company but they couldn’t assist, however, they recommended I call Recovery Crew, they arrived during the storm within 20 minutes the most, it took the gentleman about 5 minutes to get us back on the road, very reliable company, would recommend them anytime. An hour after it all, they called me back to follow up and make sure we got home alright. Amazing service, would recommend them in a heart beat.

Can I give a sixth star? Threw the bead on my F250 Super Duty on July 4th. Called Chase and he was there in about 15 minutes, used his boom to lift my truck and we had the bead reseated and re-inflated in about 8 minutes. Great service by him and his son - his card is going in the glove box!

Casey (I think that was his name) couldn’t have been better. He truly saved us the minute we arrived in Corolla for our 4th of July vacation and we locked out keys in car with our luggage and groceries. He just happened to be in the area on the busiest day of the year and came to our rescue. THANK YOU! 🙏
