This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was explained to me, everything was gone over to make sure I understood, and they really worked with me to get me and my mother in a vehicle. My Abuelo also got his first vehicle through them, yet another smooth process. We are so appreciative of the team for how they made everything so simple for us.

I know several people that were scammed by this place. Please read every detail of the contract that you sign. You will end up paying triple for your car. Double down payments etc. The way this place does business really needs to be examined by the states attorney office. Do your research and find honest reviews on any place you purchase big items.
I just recently purchased a Chevy Malibu. This is my 4 vehicle I've bought from E-Auto over the years. When I want car I come back to them. The team is very courteous and worked with me. Their cars are very clean and like brand new.. I love the customer service there. They are Prompt on calling back if I had any questions. The owner and team are all so pleasantly. I highly recommend them. Every car I've purchased was well worth it.

From the beginning of my visit until.the end, I felt zero pressure. Phelicia took time with me and guided me through every step of their process. Every question was answered completely and honestly. After I left, I heard a noise in the tire. They immediately took the car to the shop, found the problem repaired it, then went a step further and evaluated all the tires, brakes, and suspension and made adjustments with no questions asked and at no expense to me. If you want to buy an excellent used car from a company with Christian values and no pressure, EZ Auto is the place to go.
They are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helped me get a car despite my credit issues. Mr Chris and Ms Felicia were very nice at explaining everything to me and they talked to me like family. They didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything and walked me thru the whole process. It really surprised me how nice they were and willing to work with my credit. Will be buying from them in the future.

As a new customer, I love my 2014 Chevy Malibu LT.(look brand new). I must say the service has been exceptional as well as the buying process. I also like to add with the limited warranty they provide; I was able to address minor issues with the vehicle and it was handled with no problem. The team went out of there way to make sure I had transportation and put me in a loaner car ( which I heard NEVER happens); so I can make a important meeting. Not to mention they worked with me as far as my down payment. As I stated, GREAT Customer Service and a AWESOME experience all around. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.
