I think it’s down right disgusting and not very professional that your service employee Justin was very nasty and making sexual remarks while he was doing a battery test. Further more after he was done he try’s to contact me at 11pm talking very inappropriate. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be using your services for that matter!
Went to look at auction vehicles & Aaron showed me around the lot for prob over an hour. He was very patient & helpful.
We didn't win anything, but am glad that they said they do the mechanic's lein, so if we were to have won, it *should* be an easy titling process with the DMV.
We'll keep an eye out for more future auctions, though I wish they'd just start the pricing at the reserve price they want.

Matt was very responsive to our need for a jump start. I was so impressed that Gray’s Towing answered our AAA call so quickly & had to drive 30 minutes to get to our location. Thank you, Matt for working on Labor Day!!! About 10 minutes before Matt was to arrive, we figured out where the battery was & was able to charge our own battery with a charger we had. I’m sure Matt would have done an excellent job.

Brandon picked up my car and towed it to Mr. Tire in Morehead City after I had a flat. When I went to get the spare, I realized there wasn’t one available.
He arrived within 30 minutes at my home and knew exactly where to go. Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent service.
My engine sensor came on a car became running rough and couldn’t get over 20 miles an hour. Call the dealership and they recommended Gray’s towing, the tow truck operator called us and he said he would be there in 15 minutes and ask for a good location. Kevin pulled up so I was upset made calm down. He asked me what the problem was, he said not to worry they find out at the dealership. He was very polite and friendly which eased my anxiety. On the way back to the dealership, we got to talk and with Kevin and come to find out he was from the same area of the state that which we originally moved from and we got talking about the things we missed about upstate New York. He is an asset to company.

Grays towing has helped me tremendously these past few months. I recently bought a used Honda civic and it has constantly given me issues. I’ve used AAA about 3 times to get help with my car and grays towing was there asap. They’re fast and reliable and clearly know their jobs. Nick I drove all the way from Havelock to check my car tires since the dashboard said a tire or tires were low on air. Plus, I had received a notice that a tire or tires were dangerously low. He was so laid-back about the whole situation and so helpful. After traveling all that way, all he had to do was add 7 pounds of pressure to one of my tires. Very friendly person. Very helpful and did not make me feel dumb because I couldn’t do it myself. Thank you, Nick I.
Gray's Towing is an excellent towing service. Twice in 8 months I had to use Gray's Towing, and I was blessed both times Robert rescued me and my broken down car. Robert has always been very friendly, professional and extremely skilled at his job. If I should need a towing service again, I would definitely call Gray's and ask for Robert, their number #1 tow truck guy!

Today I had the unfortunate even of having to tow my car to the service center. Tesla booked Gray’s Towing for towing the vehicle to the nearest service center. Gray’s Towing did a great job scheduling and picking up the vehicle. As the driver, Mr. Robert Outlaw did an excellent job too. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable on getting the Tesla hooked up and ready for towing. I hope I don’t need to tow a vehicle again but if I had to I will definitely be happy to call them to pick up my car.
