I never write reviews, but Ram’s Towing went out of their way to take care of getting our disabled vehicle to the correct location after one shop suggested another shop, in Wilmington. He also provided photos to us. Andrew provided excellent customer service that was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them if you need a vehicle towed.

Dependable, kind, trustworthy, efficient, and goes the extra mile (literally and figuratively) are all words I would use to describe this company! Very transparent about pricing, which I also found to be very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a tow truck.

Arrived in NC after a 11hr drive from Indiana. Car battery went out while filling up my truck in Whiteville NC. Sat there from 4 hours waiting for AAA, google tow companies near by and came across Ram Towing, called him, he answered and within 30mins he was there to get my truck jumped off. Wanted to say Thank you again.
Literally saved the day! We were stuck in the middle of nowhere in the heat on the side of the road. After triple A and verizon roadside failed to find us a tow, we called Rams. He picked up on first ring and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Such a nice guy. Very fast and professional and a fair price. Would highly recommend!
Very responsive when asked to retrieve my daughter’s car from the middle of nowhere. Very fair price and just a great guy to deal with. AAA and the insurance company both failed to get a tow arranged. One call to Rams and it was quickly in the shop. Also, the shop that he recommended was fantastic (Automotive Electric in Whiteville).
Meeting this gentleman late at night stuck on the side of the road 1 hour away from home, was one of the best things that happened. He was the only person willing to come out and help me out, the rest of the towing companies I was dealing with were asking absurd pricing or just didn’t feel like coming due to being so late at night. We talked a lot and got to know each other well on the ride home. Even showed me his newly installed Turbo on his truck. The owner is by far a great person who I would strongly recommend to anyone needing help in his area!
My son called Rams after our regular tow guy didn't answer. After 11pm. Sick on the side of the road with a flat & no key to remove my cars locking lug nut. The driver got to us in less than 30 minutes, was extremely careful while loading my car & drove it to my house. He was very friendly & helped us tremendously at a more than reasonable rate. I highly recommend Rams & an very Thandie for the service we received!
He went to tow my car in pouring rain. He slipped in the ditch and he had to be towed out of the ditch. He delivered my car and his fee was very good considering the circumstances. I would call him again.
Alternator died in my Toyota Avalon and was stranded in the middle of nowhere. Called and was taken to my location in no time at all. Highly recommend using this service! Also, really enjoyed the conversation on my ride. Thanks again!!

Man, let me tell you this guy was the best! On the way back from Wilmington my belt broke right by the exit of Whiteville. After calling many people in the area and no one willing to even just bring me out a belt, I then found Ram's Towing. He brought me out a belt and helped us get the new one put on. He charged me in what I believe was pretty cheap especially for it being dark out and him going out of the way on a Saturday night.
Although we only made it 30 minutes down the road due to the belt breaking again because the actual issue was a pulley being messed up, I am glad we called Rams Towing to help us get back on the road and I would highly recommend you do the same!

I hit a deer early one morning and called David at Rams towing. It was early morning and he immediately was on the way. It was a 2 hr drive for him so I was surprised he accepted the tow. When he arrived he was very professional and got my car to the body shop in a very timely manner. His price was way cheaper than expected and the professionalism and quality was amazing. I have used him a couple times since then for local towns and he had always been on time and always went above and beyond. I would and have recommended him to friends and family. He not only towed my sisters car, but also does repairs. He takes great pride in what he does and definitely has gained all of my business.
