Made an offer on a part on ebay. I waited a couple hours for them to accept and Im sort of in a hurry for it which was completely my fault and beyond the control of this business. Well they didn't so I called and not only was I greeted nicely on the phone, the guy heard my story and ACTED SWIFTLY to accept the offer so I can get the part ordered. Definitely recommend.
