I had such a great experience at L&L U-Pull-It in Shelby! The staff here are some of the kindest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It’s rare these days to find a place where people genuinely care about helping you, but that’s exactly what I found here. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts and great service!
I'm building stands for my vise and drill press and they help me find different things even gave me suggestions to use also found a stainless steel tabletop which will make a great workbench . We even took time to give me ideas on how to build the stands
L&L U-Pull-It of Shelby will definitely be my go-to for my Future needs

Prices were great compared to other places. Found the parts I needed fast and even had one of employees loan me a tool to help make the job easier for me to get the parts I needed off of the vehicle. I will definitely be coming here from now on for any other parts I need that don't have to be brand new.
Decided to check this place out. Bought an alternator at a great price. Vehicle was super easy to find on the lot. Car parts have 30-day warranty with the exception of tire sets posted in the hallway which made me feel better in case the alternator I bought was bad. I give this place a 5-star all day long! Great staff too!
Went in to get some tires and the tag was wrong. After I left I asked if I could exchange for the right size and even pay any difference I was told over the phone tire sales are final. There is no posted signs anywhere stating that and I want informed at not prior to checkout. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They do have a return policy so to not accept this as a return is ludicrous. I've already spoke to my attorney.
There prices have gone up so much only giving 1 star because -1 was not allowed you can buy new stuff cheaper than their prices and the bad part is you’re having to take the part off and pay premium price shaking my head
I found a driveshaft and rear axle for a dodge there. Paid good money to have the parts pulled for me. When I arrived to pick my parts up, I got the axle but only half of a driveshaft. I was told it was never there and it was my fault. Wouldn’t refund my money and I as told it was my fault. Look at the photo. Sure looks like the part was there to me or there would be corrosion on that part. If you want to get took, go to l and l is the moral of the story.
Would not recommend this place. I scheduled through Peddle a pickup for Monday and they called and said they couldn't pick it up until the following Monday between 7-11am. The day came and I asked for an estimated time and they said they couldn't give me one, not even a window of time. I waited all day called 5 times and they finally said the truck broke down and could make it. Absolutely no customer service and very unprofessional. I called Peddle and complained.
Few places like that left..so glad I found it. Had my part for a good price...took it to the mechanic had it installed...Loved the experience...VERY PLEASED that they had the part!! New customer here!!
Gave two different quotes and amount was agreed upon both times. The owner approved the amount then when tow truck driver arrived tried to nickle and dime my wife all because she was female and the owner also refused to give his info. Told his employee not to give out his name but little does he know it's 2024 it's not hard to find people. They are vindictive and lie. I'll be surprised if they are open much longer , the way they try to take advantage of women. It's insulting and very unprofessional. But got his info in the long run when the empluyee showed the text to us from him. Idiots
They won't let reviews on their page so I will let yall know the L and L U Pull in kings mountain, the front desk is very unprofessional. Wasted my time yesterday waiting on the tow truck around 9 am to about 2 pm until I finally gave them a call and the front desk said their tow truck is broke down. Idk why they didn't call me to lmk so I told them tomorrow will work give me a call when yall can get it. I call around 10 am today and no answer straight to voice mail so i called wheelzy to update me on my offer and the tow truck finally answered their calls (ofcourse) and when she spoke to me she was rude and hung up on me. Waste of time and energy on this company. 10 out of 10 DON'T recommend.
If you like car parts you will feel like a kid in a candy shop. You might find candy there too but I don't recommend eating it
$2 entry parts are priced low. Friendly staff and a few extras can be found in the office area. Yard sale rooms and convenient restroom.
Oh tires there start around $15
And if u can't find what you need they are selling cars out front to replace your old broke down Betty.
They came to my location to pick up a cat I sold to them and wrote me a check. Three days later I decide to go cash it at Wal-Mart and they denied there check. It's Sunday so we will find out why tomorrow. So now this trip has costed me time and money. Maybe come Monday morning after I talk to someone I can get back on here and leave a better review. As for now I'm not happy at all.
