Do not do business with these crooks, i bought a transmission from them with a "30 day warranty" installed the transmission and it was no good, called them and they told me to check service engine light and i did. Came back with a bad solinoid code. I told them and they said that they were going to ask their transmission guy and talk to the boss and see what he wants to do. I've called 3 times and they said they would call me back and they never did. They gave me the runaround and never replaced my trans or cared to fix the problem. I'm out $700.00, bad business!!!
Warning! Reliable Auto Parts insisted they had no other way to accept payment except taking my credit card info over the phone before they would ship a $106 2010 Honda spindle to me.
Because I couldn't find this part anywhere else and I need my vehicle for work I gave them my credit card information.
Less than 2 hours later I got a notice from my credit card company that there was an unusual charge to my card using a different phone. Sure enough, someone from "Reliable Auto Parts" had attempted to use my card for a $425 charge at Walmart online. I had to cancel my card immediately.
I give this review hoping to protect anyone else from being ripped off.
Very sad that they would steal from someone just trying to find an affordable way to get their vehicle running again.
Very Friendly. SUPER FAST!! Actually had the alternator on the shelf as they told me over the phone. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. 3rd time using them. Definitely would recommend.
This place told me that the transmission out of a 4.3 will work in a 2.8 will work and it didn’t and then told me that I had to pay 35 for them to take it back to them I will never get anything from them again and I only had it for like 16 hours
It looked like they took care of removing engine and trying to save any parts that would make the installation easier for me.... great price for motor and very knowledgeable...I look forward to using them for car part needs....
When I am looking for parts online, if a part shows up in their inventory it is normally the best price. I’m located about an hour away and its normally financially worthwhile to make the drive to get parts. Nice people, good prices, large selection of the parts I need, is all I can ask for. Thanks!
Today is April 9, 2020. Purchased an engine April 4th 2020. We drove 4 hrs one away to pick it up. We have our certified mechanic check the engine and our mechanic said that 2 of the compressions were no good. We called "reliable" to inform and was told that we will not get a refund because you can not check compression without installing the engine in the vehicle. We have a receipt with 30 day warranty. We have totally been screwed by Reliable Auto Parts during these uncertain times. Karma

I’ve done a lot of business with these with guys and up to this point they have been a straight up business, that being said, I had purchased a BMW engine from them, and after doing a compression test it showed low comp on cylinder 5 and 6. They are now saying that they will not replace the engine because the don’t have one and offered me store credit? How does store credit help me if they don’t have an engine? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS EVER AGAIN, and I WOULD BEWARE, the engine I purchase had so much rust on it, it look like it came from the bottom of the ocean!!!
