Hands down the most amazing service I have ever received, especially in this business. They missed a box of small pieces that most places would have probably just been thrown away. But he cashed me to tell me and then shipped it to me the following day. Use these guys if you can!
Extremely rude and unprofessional, that was my first and last time there, person at front desk was very rude, I told him I've placed an order yesterday and I'm here to pick it up he said I don't think so!! Well I told him you wanna look it up please and he rudely said wait outside like I wasn't gonna pay for the part or something. It was horrible customer service.

Incredible service and quality. Kyle absolutely went above and beyond helping me find a low mileage engine at a fair price. He was very transparent about the condition of it, and helped me verify it would work for my application. When it arrived (shipped really fast) it was every bit as clean as I could have hoped for. Wires and most hoses were all unplugged, not cut. No signs of oil leaks or damage. Many salvage places act like you're being a huge pain just by asking a couple of basic questions before spending thousands of dollars on a used part. Totally different experience with Southern auto. Fair Pricing and Great Service. I just drove 160 miles to pick up a manual transmission and all the small parts also needed for a three pedal conversion. Looking for a rare Nissan frontier transmission for 7 months called and the guys were nice and had my part ready the next day just put in and the transmission works well they stay busy but there is a reason why because they do what they can to help you

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I purchased a motor and it took me a year to get the car fixed up and running and the motor was clicking really bad. When I called they gave me the run around for 3 weeks and when I finally talked to the owner he said I purchased the motor 11 months ago and I only bought the 3 month warranty and the warranty ran out 8 months ago. So I spent 700 dollars on a bad motor!!
Horrible, I will never go here again!!! Ordered a motor from them, they said they had to pull it, said it will be next day out and ready, I never received a phone call, I spoke to a lady there she said this happens a lot, she informed me that they ordered a engine elsewhere down the road. So after 2 weeks i never got the engine!!! I confront the owner and he says that the other shop didn't have it so hell have to try to get one somewhere else, i waited waited and waited, i have still yet to get my product i paid for!! Its been over a month!!! I need my car on the road! Wow!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!
Ordered a transfer case from these guys on a BMW X5. My customer was in a time crunch to get out of town so he drove 3.5 hr round trip to pick up the transfer case. He gets back and they had given him the front differential . After calling multiple times I finally get ahold of someone at 8:45 am the following day And was assured that the transfer case was on the delivery truck, and would be delivered by early afternoon. At 1:30 I get a call saying they are sorry but the part I needed is bad. 3 days of waiting around for a part they didn't have... unacceptable
Would give negative stars if I was able. Ordered a part from them over the phone to be shipped. Part was found to be broken when they took it off the vehicle. Instead of refunding me right then and calling me to let me know they wouldn't be sending it. They decided they would just disregard everything and try to scam me. So a week goes by and I call to see what the hold up is, then they proceed to tell me they never sent it, no apology or anything. Now it's almost a month after I placed the order and I still don't have a refund back on my card. Fraudulent company, here's your warning do NOT order from them.
My son was in desperate need for a VW ECM relay that is not kept in stock at regular local auto parts stores. His car was stuffed completely full and ready to go back to college on an early hot summer Saturday afternoon, and the ECM relay failed so that his car would not start. In spite of the fact that Southern Imports closes at 2:00 PM on Saturday, and in spite of the fact that we called them at 1:50 PM, the person who answered the phone VERY KINDLY said they would wait for us to get there to go and find the part. By the time we located and removed an ECM relay, it was 3:30 PM, but the person who waited on us was very patient and understanding in spite of our keeping him long after closing hours. This type of customer care and service is RARE. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate Southern Import's kindness to wait around for an extra 1.5 hours past closing on a hot Saturday afternoon. The ECM relay worked on my son's car, and it started right away. Now my son will be back at college on time for his Monday classes. By all means, Southern Import Auto Parts is a very friendly place to do business! We will not hesitate to go there again. Thank you!
Called for a transmission and confirmed they sent it and said 2-3 days for arrival. Then I waited a week and called again. They said they had messed up on it and said next day in the morning. Called back next day in the afternoon and they said they didn't have the transmission.
I bought a part from them 2/10/16. However it was faulty and unusable. Here it is 3/9/16 and I've yet to be issued a refund, with no explanation as to why it's taking so long. HORRIBLE customer service. I will not be doing business with them again.
