Ordered an instrument cluster (it looked brand new) and a window regulator for my mom’s Jeep. Was installed and worked Great. Also seen a 2013 Honda Accord for sale while there and purchased it at a great price. Wes did a Great job with selling the car and the pricing. The companies parts are Great.
I would caution anyone considering doing business here. After I paid for a part and signed the receipt the owner told Stacey (sales associate) that he didn’t want to sell just a truck bed side because he could get more money for the whole bed. After a drawn out process I was finally refunded. I want to emphasize that this was not Stacey’s fault. Rather it shows the lack of integrity on the part of the owner.
Theses people are rude and do not provide tracking on your parts I’ve paid 1,000 for my part and a extra $200 shipping and no one has shipped my part out for 6-7 days after purchase is absolutely unacceptable
Extremely poor shipping service. I placed bulk orders for center consoles with this company, and the representative (Stacy) was dishonest from the start, Before receiving payment, this person (Stacy) communicates very politely and uses a calm, reassuring tone that builds trust. However, once the payment is made, his attitude changes completely. He becomes rigid, uncooperative, and dismissive in communication. Unfortunately, this behavior appears to be supported by management as well, as there has been no accountability or resolution from their side, If there was no responsibility for shipping, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Delaying shipment by 10–15 days is one thing, but taking more than a full month to ship paid orders is unacceptable business practice.
Communication was very poor, with excessive missed comments and follow-ups. No pictures were provided before shipping despite repeated requests. On calls, the representative spoke as if he was doing a favor, even though full payment had already been made.
Due to these issues, I canceled the order and despite repeated requests, they have not refunded my $1,230, this is a very unprofessional salvage operation. I strongly recommend others avoid doing business with them
Bought land cruiser parts and saw a really cool old 57 Belair while I was there. First time coming here and will continue! Hard to find parts and busy place
I checked out their Upull it and got some parts then they recommended me to come see their full service yard up the street. They had some hard to find parts I can’t find anywhere. Great pricing and friendly staff that helped me with my needs. Will be using both locations again!
Do not use this company under any circumstances. Buy your parts somewhere else. Very rude customer service and they will not sell you the part you need.
L & L was helpful and quick in helping me locate a part I needed. The price was also very reasonable. I am especially grateful as this part was unavailable at any other salvage yard.

I have never had a problem with l&l they are always nice friendly and honest with me every time I deal with them , sometimes it's a little slow getting a part that has to be pulled, 9 out of 10 times I go there to get a part that is hard to find or is hard to remove instead of a u pull was looking at the reviews and some of the negative 1 could have been avoided , never buy a part especially a used one that you haven't saw ,you never know what you are getting but if you see it you can at least see if other parts maybe a issue /like on a motor or a transmission / always be polite to whoever you are dealing with if you act unkind n be rude you not going to get the best service n you don't really want that do you , most of all you have to remember you are buying a used part that works but key word used you can't expect a brand new part it's used if you want new buy new you honestly get what you pay for so I guess I am saying that it's a 2 sided story like most things you can't blame it all on l&l because when you but used it is a gamble you take Everytime you shop at 1 of these places why complain n point fingers if you don't win man up put your big boy pants on n go with the flow N someone on a review was talking about the part being dirty realy people are you just looking for some drama and can't find anything else of course a used part sitting in a field is dirty not like it is being Rebuilt or anything like that people are crazy if you buy used you can't expect new if you want that buy new l&l is my go to as far as I am concerned n I stand behind that 100 percent I will shop there before I go anywhere else good place good people fair prices
I drive for an hour, they told me they had the part, then made me wait an hour and a half only to tell me they didn't have it. Very bad service, I don't recommend going there.
Called for a car window. They wouldn’t verify if they had it, also wouldn’t pull it ahead of time even if I prepaid. Explained I’m an hour away and don’t want to waste a trip. Avoid this place
Stacy is a liar and a joke of a businessman. I ordered a few parts and he assured me it would be coming on delivery in a few days. The next week came by and when I called the parts were not even on the truck. He had a smart unprofessional remark to make to me and told me if I don’t want the parts, buy them somewhere else. Thank you for the advice as I will be doing business elsewhere and not with this company. I’ve also had issues with a couple of engines and it is like pulling teeth to get them to get it right. But that’s part of the business, be wary of who you buy from.
This place is a total joke. Ordered a part, was told it would be delivered on Monday or Wednesday. When the part did not arrive on Wednesday, I called to check on its status and was told it had never been ordered. Instead of apologizing, the salesperson acted as if it were our fault.
I needed a door for my car and couldn't find one locally and I got lucky and found one here, 3 hours away. Made the trip, got the door at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. If they were local, I'd be here more for other stuff.
Was told i would get 300 dollars for my car scrap price. They showed up, loaded my car, then said they were gonna pay 200 because it had "aftermarket catalytic converter" which it doesn't.. When i disagreed they said they would charge me 50 because they had put the car on the tow truck. I said no and they finally said they would give me 250. I figured that was my only option and took it. Then my wife had to drive 45 minutes away to get the new check. Do not deal with these crooks!!
Oh how I wish I read these reviews before purchasing here. We bought a motor for a 2015 Ford Fusion. Stacy assured us that they have high standards and would have the motor pulled and cleaned for pick up in 5-7 days. Ten days later, I called to get status. We drove to pick it up two days ago. My boyfriend noticed some sketchy stuff immediately. There was oil dripping from the oil pan which had a major break. After being told that they had just fired a worker for 'this kind of crap', we decided to not take the motor. It was then pointed out that all sales are final. Final sale on sight unseen? Okay, maybe we can just replace the oil pan, so we take it home to our mechanic friend. He was shocked at the condition of the motor. Dirty Turbo, smashed lines, Harness wires that were unnecessarily cut very low. Every side of it would have to be taken off and rebuilt, replaced and then maybe we can install it and hope it works! I brought it back yesterday to try to reason with Stacy and Dave (the manager) . We had put blue painters tape on all of the damages. There were many. I explained that this was not what I was promised and the motor was totally unacceptable. Both men said they have no mechanic experience but that I was buying the motor inside of all of these parts and tough luck. Dave did eventually offer to get me another one, if they had it, but this gesture seemed insincere. By then I had zero trust and wanted my $2240.00 back so i could buy elsewhere, Dave said, no way and went back to his desk so he could resume on his bag of chips. They attempted to take back my receipt and refused to write returned on my invoice. I have that part on video luckily. I have contacted my credit card company. No promises that I will get a refund. Let's pray!
They Suck.... they couldn't guarantee ah good engine I needed, they took way longer than they said to bring item, they didn't want to give me my Core charge, they gave me ah engine that was Locked Up, they wouldn't give me my $1,137 back.....Too many issues to deal with them....!!!!!
Great experience, never been to a pull it yard so I had no idea what to expect. Thankfully L&L does the hard part for ya, so most of it is waiting in a nice air conditioned room while they get what you need. Left there with a great condition side mirror, a fair price, and a smile. Will be returning for other parts on my car soon enough!

They have reasonable prices considering we drove from Asheville to here but I've sat and watched people come in after us and leave before us. My bro spoke to them several times and the part was supposed to be waiting. It wasn't, and we ended up waiting hours longer than we should have. Not the most polite but considering people are coming in and out of this place consistently. They try to be nice but it should be 1st come, 1st served basis. The part we waited so long for was broken when we got it good thing he paid attention because it's non-refundable... Just a heads up. But they were more than willing to help exchange on the spot.
