Worst store to buy car parts from they NEVER have your car part ready for next day pick up it's always 2 day's or more . Can't count on this store or company to do anything right and to be so over price on parts and this is the best you get as a customer what a shame. Update place a order on May 21 of 2026 and still haven't been able to pick up my order because of this lazy store can't do anything but waste your time and money so maybe in weeks this P.OS store can have my order ready for pick up. This store needs to close and never open agin it would served the city better by being closed
According to my mechanic all the parts were well made and fit perfectly. No problems at all! Would highly recommend this store to everyone. The service was great and all the employees were very professional and courteous. Thanks to everyone at the Fallston N.A.P.A
Always call my Napa store first to check to see that they have my parts in stock in first. It's close to me, well stocked and very informative of my needs. The guys are very helpful. In town, prices are reasonably and stocked.
Went in today to get 2 quarts of transmission fluid. When I went in I said hello to the guys working there. They didn't say hey, can I help you or anything. I had just got the car I have so I asked if they could help me figure out which fluid was best for my car. When I asked the guy behind the register actually blew his breath. Then didn't even attempt to help me. They acted like I was a burden. I have never left a bad review for anywhere but will never go back here. The 2 quarts was right at 20 bucks and that seemed high also.
Napa, in Fallston, NC, has bolts n parts you can't find at any other store you would think would carry when you need them. Like, my cub cadet, the spindles underneath that pulls the blades . Well they were needing just bolts to be rebuilt. The new part for the whole contraption was going to cost $80 plus labor then a delivery charge to and from the house. But, when your blessed with a great neighbor as I am They went to Napa n bought to bolts to rebuild it for me for less than $20. You would think that places that sell cub cadets would offer this but no they don't. Thry would rather you buy the whole part and replace it. It's so sad, to think how the world has become these days so greedy. However, glad we have a Napa close to us, taking care of our needs!
