Thanks to Alex for being so helpful with my husbands Dodge Charger. He helped figure out that the reason the lights stopped working was due to 2 blown fuses. We purchased them for $5 and he put them in for us. Awesome customer service skills. Thanks again, Alex!

Im a little disappointed. When they sold me my breaks they had the wrong break pads in the box (1 set was correct the other was wrong) I all ready had the one installed so I drove up to the store to to exchange. I was told they would not exchange it unless I uninstalled the other and brought it back. It’s kind of hard to drive back up with no breaks. I spoke to the manager she was nice but would not fix there mistake. Very disappointing service.

The guy locked the door an hour early before closing, and then stood behind the counter, as I was trying to open the door and just stared at me instead of telling me that they were closed then walked away to the back. Some customer service!

Great experience with my parts that I needed and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable of their store and the parts. Store was really clean and very nice staff .GREAT EXPERIENCE AND 2 THUMBS UP 5 STAR FOR SURE

Sign says they open at 8am, went in at 8:30am and doors were locked. Two people behind the counter wouldn’t open the doors after trying to get their attention. 0 stars.

I had the best experience at O'Reilly today that I've ever had. I was having starting problems with my truck. And I stopped at the store. A super guy that I believe was named Jay was working. He came out and checked it. Found the battery was bad. We went and got a battery and a new cable end. He came outside. Installed everything on truck and had me going in just a few minutes. He was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He absolutely made my day. Thank GOD that there are guys like him.

Drove my friend there. Apparently we'll stocked with knowledgable folk to help.

Awesome friendly and professional service from Jaymz today with windshield wiper replacement for me. He got the right part and quickly replaced it for me. After a long drive from Pennsylvania today I was delighted with the service I received. Our son is now a freshman at Gardner Webb and we will highly recommend your store. THANKS!

Staff was SUPER helpful with my jeep yesterday! Help with checking and switching out the battery! Great people! Highly recommend!!!

I had to go and get a new battery and a young man by the name of Alex helped me. He was extremely nice and did a great job installing the new battery. It was very hot outside, but he did not care. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly before I left.

Newer store, lots of different brands and not too expensive. Really knowledgeable associates who were very helpful. Much better than the other chain stores nearby.

I was finishing up my car and realized I needed a coil for my car so I call to oreilly and went up there to get it and I needed spark plugs and this nice young gapped them for so i was in and out fast service

Camron is very funny and helpful super cut dry humor but it’s the best type of humor. Wayne is very kind and knowledgeable about car parts and the store in general. He always gets the best deals. Jason is very kind and helpful for deliveries to mechanic shops around Boiling Springs.

I needed car upholstery cleaner and some vaccuum line . They had both items in stock . It was a good experience .

The best store I’ve ever been in, it was a great experience, Wayne deserves a raise very helpful and Michael is great as well, Charity is so sweet and Josh is very knowledgeable and the best orielly manager I’ve ever seen

First experience was very friendly but Wayne or David have no knowledge of much at all. 2nd Charity was very helpful and friendly. Chad also very helpful. I will go back in hopes they stop hiring high school kids to run a store.

Charity is the best. Always smiling best customer service. Half the people up there have no idea what they are doing.

This is a really nice store im so excited they finally got it up and to the person that had a issue with Jason I had to deal with him to but he told me he was leaving I delt with a really nice guy the past few times I been there though I wanna say his name was wayne but I really like coming here rather than napa it'll be a matter of time before there shut down I'm definitely going to give them a 5 star
