Very frustrated with the dealers in my area so I took my truck back to Jacky Jones for a 60k service and some additional work. The folks there made sure that my truck was taken care of and kept me in the loop for the additional work being performed. From purchase to service they have proven that I can trust them.

Drove on to lot to see what they might have available. Josh was there and started talking with us. He proceeded to tell us he had a F150 he had just taken in. Asked if we would like to see it even though wasn't ready to have on lot It was just what we were looking for. Bought it. The process was super easy. From sales to service I could not recommend a better dealership. Thank you guys!

We purchased a truck from this dealership and accidentally left my husband’s sterling silver cross hanging from the rearview mirror. About 30 minutes after leaving, we realized it was missing and immediately called the dealership. The salesperson who sold us the truck, Josh, said he would go get it right away and mail it to us. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, we called again. The same salesperson admitted he had forgotten but said he would take care of it immediately. At three weeks, we called again and spoke with another employee who said he would look into it and call us back. No call ever came. After a full month, we finally spoke with the general manager, Jaclyn, who claimed the cross had already been sent but the wrong ZIP code was used and that it was being resent. A few days later, we received an envelope from the dealership containing a handmade cross made of rusty nails—which was not even remotely close to what we lost or described. This item came from someone we had never spoken with before. When we contacted the general manager again, she insisted that this was what was found in lost and found. When we asked whether the cleaning crew might have access to the vehicle, we were told they were “good Christian people” and that one was even a preacher—an inappropriate and irrelevant response. We were then told the salesperson claimed we didn’t call until two weeks later (which is completely false) and were asked, essentially, what we expected. The general manager stated they were not responsible for items left behind, refused to make any effort to resolve the situation, was extremely rude, and hung up on us. We gave this dealership multiple chances over more than a month to do the right thing. Instead, we were met with excuses, contradictions, deflection, and disrespect. This wasn’t just about a piece of jewelry—it was about honesty, accountability, and customer service. If this is how concerns are handled after they have your money, buyers should think carefully before doing business here.

The experience was pleasant. The deal started online, quickly moved to in person, the paperwork was quick and it felt fair. I was concerned about the hard shifts in transmission and had it looked at by ford. It has a leak and some scarring on the valve walls. Seems that should have been identified or caught earlier by Jacky Jones dealership. They did us right by almost giving us a ford warranty that is taking care of problem but we still have $100 deductible. I might believe they knew this was going to happen. Just my opinion.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Jacky Jones in Hayesville. Our salesperson, John, was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I wasn’t exactly sure what Jeep package I wanted, so John advised me to drive different models to compare the differences. Not once did he make us feel rushed or pressured. John took the time to answer all of our questions, and was patient throughout. He made the process easy and enjoyable, and I highly recommend his services. I love the model I chose, and I’m happy with my choice! Thank you, John! I’d like to give a shoutout to the finance manager, Jeff, as well. I’ve bought from many different dealers over the years and always dreaded the financial portion of the transaction. In our experience, most of the financial managers have pressured us to do extended warranties, etc. Jeff asked only once, and accepted our answer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and we appreciate him, too.

I am very pleased with my experience with Jacky Jones Ford in Hayesville. The salesman Jessie was entirely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was also very patient with my wife and myself as we navigated the process of buying a new car. We shopped pretty extensively near and far, but we chose Jacky Jones, it was a good price and a very comfortable environment. The finance manager Chris was very efficient and didn’t exercise pressure to upsell us, just educating us regarding our options. We purchased a car online from Jacky Jones and had a spectacular experience. Their sales and financing teams were very responsive and answered all of our questions. We were not able to pick up the car, so they arranged quick and safe delivery for us. Once we had the car, they set up a FaceTime call to help us with questions we had regarding the features of the car. It was seamless and spectacular! Easy to make appointments online. Reminders are sent, good communication. The service writer at Quick Lane was very helpful on my questions about other services and costs. Their tire prices beat Tire Rack by $30 a tire. I will be going back for new tires in a few weeks.

Eric and Cassidy and their team exemplify professionalism and deliver the services on time with no surprise charges. If there is a need for a repair or service that was not included in the original service request, they promptly call to discuss what is needed, provide the cost to the penny, and provide an accurate timeline as to when the car will be ready to pick up. I love these guys! They are simply the best!

Definitely recommend Jacky Jones. I live 150 mi away but they brought my truck to me not once but twice. I decided I wanted red instead of space white. The nice part, I wasn’t treated like a dumb female. I was treated with understanding and respect. Thanks guys. I absolutely love my beautiful Maverick Lariat.

Very good professional guys in general. I haven't seen this in the United States yet. They take care of every client very well. If you don't believe it, try to come and even talk to them. I went there from Chicago to buy a car, and I never regretted it. Everything was as stipulated; the car was like new.
