Jason was amazing! He helped me tow my car after a winter storm when no one else would! He was there within 45 mins and he lead me out of a very icy area making sure I was safe before leaving. What a life saver!!!!
I did not use this company but he was very helpful in helping us locate my brother-in-law's truck after an accident. He was even courteous enough to Call me back the next day to make sure that we found it without any issues
They are awesome! I had accidentally backed into a ditch and couldn't get out. They arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and had me back on the road with no damage to the undercarriage. And the cost was very reasonable. Many, many thanks!!

Great service! The guys super friendly, quick to get the job done, and charged 1/3 of what the other local guys were going to charge me. He answers texts quickly and even disconnected my battery for me so my vehicle couldn’t catch fire. 10/10 if you need a tow use these guys
Great outfit, really went above and beyond. Appreciated all their help after my grandmother's car accident. They even found her hearing aid that had been knocked out during the crash. So thankful there is good people out there. Do business with these guys you wont regret it!

This towing company is great. My 17 year old daughter had a massive tire blowout and they picked her up and took her to a tire shop where they put a new one on. I was at work and they took great care of her. They called me throughout the process and called when she got home also. Glad to know good people are still out there.

He was very kind and understanding which was super helpful because I was a crying mess on rhe phone. We headed out in our classic car for a joy ride on Sat., June 28th when the fuel pump decided to stop working. We were stuck at McDonald's in Murphy and knew that we were going to need a tow home. I phoned Berrong Towing and they showed up to tow us within 15-20 minutes (when we thought we might be waiting for hours)... Picked us up and seamlessly brought us home at a price that was awesome for this kind of service. DO NOT phone anyone else for any kind of towing needs. This company knows what customer service is all about, something so lacking now in many companies. Friendly, kind and caring, great service & great prices. If there were 10 stars they would get 10 stars.
I saw the good reviews and decided to give him a call. Car had lugged and stalled out on the side of the highway. Instantly picked up his phone and said he'd be on his way once he dropped off his current one.

Jason and Colton were simply amazing… I called them and they were there within 30 minutes and did a great job and very professional! I would highly recommend them. I am a realtor in the north Georgia mountains and get stuck sometimes and I’m pretty good about getting it out, but on a hill like this it takes a true professional and they did a heck of a job! Highly recommend Berrong Towing (Jason), while traveling through Murphy our car broke down, being the car that it is and the issues we had it was a difficult tow. Jason came and although he was somewhat concerned about causing damage to the car he reached out to a few more people who refused to try. Jason got the job done towed our car to a dealership, gave us a ride and actually called us later to make sure we got a rental and was back on the road. This company just answered first call and was on the scene within 20 minutes. I called from out of state for one of my drivers in a pinch on a mountain. This amazing company delivered and got them out of the situation in a jiffy. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and use this company.

Jason is the best!!! We woke him up and he came in like 30 minutes. We had 2 trucks hanging off the side of the road (one tried to pull the other one out). I had no idea how or if we were gonna get one of them out. Jason did his magic, he got both of us out with no damage to either one. Pricing was very fair too. And he’s a super nice guy!
Had a very bad and complex wreck, truck was flipped on its side 50 feet down an embankment. Jason was there within 30 minutes. He was the most nicest and helpful person, he went above and beyond literally. Even helped me look for my belongings. Very fair with pricing. The most professional tow company I’ve seen. Really awesome guy, we couldn’t believe that he was able to pull us out. We got into a bad situation while staying at an air bnb with a very steep driveway. It was scary and a rainy, Sunday morning. But he came to the rescue within 30 minutes, and was very kind to us.
Great service. It's a small family company. We were stuck on the side of the rd and they picked us up within 30 min from me calling them. The owner was the nicest person you will meet. He took us to a local auto shop in town that they trusted. Great service there to. We were back on the rd by the end of the day. Thank you so much for all you do.
This man was absolutely amazing! My sister got into a horrible wreck on her way to Georgia and he happen to be driving by and was able to stop and tow her car. Her car is totaled. After she got discharged from the hospital, he allowed us to go and get her things after hours. When we got to the impound lot, he was genuinely concerned about her and her well being and was making sure she was alright. You can tell that he cares more about the customers he serves than he does getting money. We can not thank him enough!
Locked my keys outta my car around 6pm and called Berrong Towing to see if they could help me out. He answered quickly while on another job and told me he could help me out in just a little bit. When he arrived he was professional and quick and charged me an affordable price for an after hours call. Good people, would recommend them to anybody I know in the Murphy area
These guys are awesome. I bought a Jeep yesterday and needed it towed back to my house. They were there quick and got the Jeep to my house no problem. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
