I was looking for auto detailing products, the employee walked over and ask if I needed assistance. He told me the items I was looking for are in back and walked me back. I purchased 2 and ordered 4 more they did not have in stock. The employee was extremely helpful and polite I would highly recommend this store and will be going back for anything I need in the future.

Seems all the knowledgeable help is now gone last couple times I've went in I left empty handed and once I had 2 different brands of spark plugs for a 6 cylinder
Great customer service. I always feel like I am a priority to them. They will go out of their way to make sure I always have everything I need. You couldn't ask for better people. The store is fully stocked and if they don't keep it in house, they will do everything they can to get it to you in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

Great folks, very helpful and have a lot of what you’ll need for your car. Helped us install the new car battery and they were even open earlier than their hours too!
Very friendly helped diagnose my car to check codes. Got a deal on an oil and oil filter combo for 25.99 during black Friday weekend. Got to the mechanic and wrong oil filter ( had the insides of an oil filter for a bigger vehicle). I called and they let me come by and exchange it for the right one.
Shannon saved my bacon!! First time I've been to a Parts City store and I will go nowhere else now. I needed a part for my truck ASAP and Shannon drove to the Murphy store and back to retrieve it for me. Awesome staff, great prices, clean store. Why would you go anywhere else? Excellent staff and store layout. If they don't have it nobody does. And if you want it they'll get it asap. Good parts places are hard to find but this is not only good but right on the four lane in Andrews.
Stranded on the road. Needed parts. This shop identified parts. Not in stock. Could get it next day but I needed same day. They located nearest open shop with on hand part. I'll make this my first stop for now on.

Every time I go in its friendliest group of people!! They go above and beyond, I go so often I don't even have to them what I drive they have it memorized and always leave a compliment on my build!!
