I own a mobile car repair business and I frequent 25 to 30 stores throughout several districts. I came in for some fuses, but ended up having a great conversation with Jeff at the counter, and he answered a lot of technical and business related-questions for me that have gone unanswered at other stores. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I needed a battery. I had to jump start my truck to get to the store. I walk in and was greeted by Joe. Within a few minutes Joe has what I need pulled up and ready to go! Competitive price, Joe took care of installation and I am on my way. Great service!
My Yukon battery was not charging - a battery I purchased at O'Reilly SF. They found me in their records and replaced it under warranty. Jeffrey was very helpful and kind. The gentlemen in the parking lot at Publix that got my truck started so I could make it to O'Reillys also get a shout out for being so kind and considerate.
Always a great experience at O'Reilly's stores. They don't always have everything you might want, but they've had the essentials I needed every time. And friendly & helpful on top of that!

Well, I just had a lengthy conversation with Lee the store manager of the Oreilly's in Sherrills Ford. I called him to enlighten him as to an employees actions regarding professional conduct. It has come to our attention that Conner has made it his mission to trash talk local shops that do not do business with that Oreilly's. Conner has not even done business with the local shops but based on some third party comment he has decided to trash talk shops. Pretty shallow indeed. I called Lee to let him know about this and Lee said they recommend businesses based on how much business that business does with them. Hmm, sounds like recommendations are bought then. Normally recommendations would be made on past experience and/or first hand knowledge, not money spent in the store. I would hope any customer asking for a recommendation would want to be referred to a shop with good moral aptitude and good work ethic and not if they have spent enough to buy that recommendation. You be the judge. Base your decisions on real first hand knowledge and experience. This was a great way for us to confirm that we do business with great parts stores. Oreilly's should rethink there place in the commercial parts world. We have the best customers and thankfully they can read through Conner's trash talk and Lee's acceptance of it. They have verbally disputed Conner and will continue to do so, even in front of other customers in the store. Best wishes.

These guys were great The extra mile to help me out with a problem I had with a purchase from another store in another state. They did everything they could just to rectify the problem which eventually they accomplished with good grace the cheerful attitude. Definitely recommend this particular store to anybody looking for parts.
Jeff is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met And has a loud mouth. He talks about himself every time I go in instead of helping. I hope he goes back to California soon........ And stays!
