Do NOT use this place. I called and ordered part “a”, then drove 3.5 hours one way to pick up part “a”. It was labeled part “a”, so I drove the 3.5 hours home and dropped it off at the shop. Got a call today that it was, in fact, part “b”. Called Matlocks and I was told that the part was probably tagged incorrectly at the source yard. My options for a refund? Drive it the 3.5 hours (one way) OR pay for it to be shipped back. I suggested maybe they should pay for shipping, since it wasn’t my fault. Was told “that’s not going to happen”. Didn’t budge when I suggested they had incredibly poor customer service and should consider doing the right thing. The rep then told me they’re a 12 million dollar company when I implied they didn’t know what they were doing. I guess it was lost on him when I said they could be a 15 or 20 million dollar company if they actually knew what they were doing. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Kaylee was very helpful. We spoke to a gentleman on the phone who told us that there were 11 of the steering shaft we needed on the yard. When we arrived they weren't all pulled or listed and Kaylee helped us find one that was pulled that might work. Andrew went out in the warehouse and found it for us. Friendly service. Neat sculptures.
Karlee & Andrew provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were both very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I really appreciate their honesty and positive attitude. Have bought a couple bmw motors from this place and they've been great so far. Kaylee and Andrew were both very helpful and nice. Will be coming back for sure in the future!
Karlee and Andrew were very professional, informative, and helpful! Would reccomend asking for them for help when coming in! They know all the ins and outs of the parts they provide! And love their warranty they offer!
Let me tell you I have no idea what these negative reviews are talking about. Dealt with karlee, the most positive attitude. Had a little bit of a mix-up my fault. When ordering I accidentally gave the wrong information. which made it the wrong transmission. The resolve of the issue was handled with ease.thay ordered another transmission from a sister yard. It was delivered on time as promised.
So yes when I can walk into a place and feel as comfortable as I did speaking with karlee sure I'll be a return customer!!

Don’t buy from here, terrible customer service they charge me for a part a wanted they told me they had 2 when it was time to pick up they said they did have none. I didn’t get a refund I called 3-4 time about it and still never got it was about $100. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

do not buy... we have had multiple issues , 3 bad engines and all were picked up byt matlock. have made multiple attempts for refund. get the run around if we get anyone on the phone. reached out to owner, accounting etc. this will be turned over to legal at this point.
This place looks like it should be awesome from the outside. The metal sculpture art is cool, the place looks clean and organized. However, I have to echo many reviews here, customer service lacks. I travelled from out of town after paying for a bumper assy the week prior, specifically asking about the reinforcement being included at time of purchase. I was told yes and the assy was already pulled and ready to go. Unfortunately after we arrived, they discovered the reinforcement was not pulled from the truck and included with the cover on the shelf, and the truck had been crushed. Where things went wrong was how it was handled from there. They couldn't get one in for several days, and I wasn't driving back out 2.5 hours one way to get it. They stated their cost was about $160, So I suggested they refund that amount. They offered $100...excuse me? If it cost you $160, why would I find $100 acceptable? Unfortunately it has been a struggle to find the bumper assembly/cover in good shape, so I was already familiar with the prices. After some back and forth they gave me the $160, now hopefully I can find one close to that amount.
Tl:Dr, confirmed part was complete over phone, arrived and it wasn't, had to haggle to get price fairly adjusted.
Right part, delivered on time. Best price on car-part and showed up clean/undamaged. Bumped to the top of our parts supplier list. Thank you!

Update: it's been months and that part still works perfectly. Every part I've gotten from them since has been the same result. Works perfectly and for a long time. They don't sell parts they think are at risk of failing. It's that simple. See you guys next week for a long list of parts. Thank you all again. What a valuable resource this company has become for my dealership
Disgusting service. You can’t even think that everything is bad. Everything around is clean and beautiful.. It’s impossible to buy anything on this company’s website (and it’s good that it didn’t work out... previous reviews are just a nightmare!!) When you arrive at their address, you won’t be able to buy anything either because you can ONLY PICK UP there (time wasted on the road). The 2 telephone numbers that the woman in the office provided were NO ANSWER, YOU CAN'T GET A CALL!!!! I agree with previous reviews DON'T WASTE TIME, RUN...it's better to look in better places than this
