Shut down 3 minutes before close while running to lock the door. Just needing 1 qt of atf. Said “we are closing soon”. Bought my replacement power steering hoses earlier and came away slightly short on fluid and this is how they treat folks.
Great store. I stopped by since I had a check engine light on my dashboard, Ryan scanned it and gave me all the information I needed to know in order to fix my situation. He was incredible helpful.
A very nice and clean store that used to be a Dollar General, so it is larger than I expected it to be. Prices were fairly expensive but the staff were top notch and great in expertise.
We stopped in here before lunch at the Italian place next door and we were able to get the windshield wipers and cabin air filter that we needed. I think they might be a little more expensive than other auto parts stores, so it might be worth comparing before you purchase.
This O'Reilly is always great except for when Neil is working. He always has a bad attitude when I come in and always sells me more expensive parts even when i ask for cheap parts and specifically last time I came in I was ready to sign my receipt and he yanks his pen out of his pocket and throws it on the counter. He makes me want to leave and go to advance auto.
Needed transmission fluid for my car. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made my visit less stressful. Thank you Ryan and Terry for outstanding service.
The store manager Pete!! does not care about the customer I had to return a part I did not need he told me it has to go back to the store it ws purchased from which is 30mins from my home which is 10min from the yanceyville store. I have problems every time I go in the yanceyville store.
Came into store looking for a product not of normal inventory but took chance store may have it. Employees took time and trouble to try to locate product elsewhere for me. Over and beyond expectation.
I suppose anytime another store opens, in chain stores, the personnel there try harder. This applies to this situation also. I'm not saying that this is a negative effect, quite the contrary. The customers benefit from this greatly! This new store location (very small town) initially made little sense to me, especially if you factor in an Advance Auto already here. However O'Reilly's research was right on the money. Additionally their one hour later closing time, 9 as opposed to AA's 8, makes a great deal of difference to gearheads. This effect is magnified when you include the time and gas you save by not having to drive to the next closet store, about 30 miles, round-trip. Staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly and the store is super clean. My new favorite go to place for auto parts!!
